Cannot get orders right. Repeatedly sending the wrong items, items missing, without any care. When ring up to question them, told not there fault. Avoid avoid avoid!

We recently visited the McDonald’s in Morley on the road to the White Rose, and it was fantastic! This will now be my go-to McDonald’s, even though I have to drive past two others to get there. It’s located in a converted old pub, which means it’s absolutely massive inside. The amount of space is a game-changer—no scrambling for tables or waiting around. We walked straight in and sat down with no hassle. As an added bonus, we got a free ice cream for completing their online quiz, which was a nice touch. The extra space really sets this McDonald’s apart. It’s in a league of its own, and I’d highly recommend it! 👍🏻

Took them 13 minutes to make a coffee after I ordered even though It was late on an evening and I was the only person inside. Rude service, staff were too busy having a chat and once I finally got it the lid wasn't on properly so it was lucky I checked.

I ordered at the drive through and from the get go staff weren't listening! I gave my order which was simply 2 plain tripple cheese burgers and a coke only to receive 2 double burgers with pickle and a diet coke, manager Reece was very unhelpful, took my double burgers away and just slung an extra burger in and loosely wrapped back up and gave me them stone cold, drink was wrong and forgot my chips! All the staff were looking at us and laughing whilst manager was unapologetically mocking us...This is not the first time this has happened here, standards are shockingly low as service is run by kids who find everything funny.. terrible experience, needs a management overhall!

Absolutely shocking this is not the first time ive had issues at this restaurant, I was given completely the wrong order and asked for it to be changed which took some time, after receiving half my order back I had to wait for the rest which made my first half order cold, the manager Reece was neither use nor ornament, this place is run terribly, the staff are young and barely out of kindergarten, bad management from Reece who is also very young himself, they did not care about orders as they were to busy laughing and messing around, appalling service.

Waited 20 minutes and the place was empty, finally got our food and it was stone cold. While we were Waiting two separate customers brought their order back because there was a problem. Customer Service was below standard and overall it was a poor experience.

Once upon a time, as I was on a train journey from Wakefield to Leeds, I found myself gazing absentmindedly out of the window. The rhythmic clatter of the tracks and the fleeting countryside views felt almost hypnotic. But then, something caught my eye- a charming McDonald’s with an adorable and inviting exterior nestled in what seemed like the outskirts of Leeds. It was the kind of place that instantly sparked curiosity. As soon as I reached Leeds, I couldn’t get it out of my mind. With just a few keystrokes, I uncovered its location on Google: Wide Lane, a suburban gem quite far from the bustling city center. Realizing it wasn’t within walking distance, I marked it on my mental map as a place to visit when time allowed. Fast forward three weeks, and that curiosity finally got the better of me. Today, I hopped on a bus from the city center, ready to explore. The ride itself built up the anticipation, winding through streets that gradually grew quieter as the city faded into the background. When I arrived, I was utterly mesmerized. The surroundings of this McDonald’s were serene, almost picturesque, and the building itself seemed to blend modernity with warmth. Stepping inside, I was relieved to find it wasn’t bustling with crowds. The atmosphere was just as I preferred - peaceful and inviting. The staff added to the charm. Clara and Wendy, in particular, were attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. There was something else that caught my attention - air chargers neatly placed on the tables! I had never seen such a thoughtful touch at any McDonald’s before. It was a small but significant detail that showcased how modern and customer-focused this location was. As I soaked in the ambiance, my thoughts drifted back to a few years ago when I worked at a KFC in my hometown of Dalat, Vietnam. The memories of the camaraderie among the staff, and the satisfaction of serving customers all came rushing back or even the decorations/designs outside the house. This McDonald’s reminded me of those days, not in the hustle and bustle, but in its unique ability to create a welcoming space for everyone. I left feeling grateful for the experience. This visit was more than just a trip to McDonald’s - it was a reminder of how even the simplest moments can evoke powerful emotions and cherished memories. If given the chance, I would absolutely return to this little suburban treasure. Thank you, Wide Lane McDonald’s, for giving me such lovely moments to carry with me.

The inability to put the promo sauces in your order is quite impressive. no matter how many times I have ordered the share box and selected the sauces they never put them in. At this point, I think they do it on purpose

well I ordered a meal but I didn't get that I just got the burger which was cold 🤷‍♂️ this place must just employ idiots how can you forget what a meal is, I asked for my kids meal to not have stuff on guess what it came with it still good job no allergies cause wouldn't have gone well, I suggested you get people who can read and do a job not just lick windows

I placed my order at 13.15 and my food showed up at 14.53. Freezing cold and inedible. Now I ordered a quick meal of FAST food because I was in a hurry... it was neither fast or a meal because it went in the bin. Absolutely shshocking and a waste of money

This mcdonalds seems to be very inconsistent recently. I ordered a regular coke, paid sugar tax on it, but was delivered a half full coke zero without any ice in it. due to this is was warm and unpleasant. if you're out of coke don't just use zero, take it off the menu so customers can order something else they like. the cheese bites were also very overcooked to the point they turned brownish black inside. the rest of the food was barely warm.

This has to be the best McDonald restaurant I have ever been in. Large spacious and clean, great car park with even the option to have click and serve to any of the parking bays as they are ALL numbered. Food was fast and delicious, staff were amazing. A great place to pop to for some grub

Food I brought today at 9pm once after I paid second window collection order drive threw One off the girls passes over my order fillet o fish x2 orders hot chocolate drinks I would have posted you how much tartar sauce was all over flooding all inside around the carton cheese was just dumped in also hot chocolate lid wasn’t secured on one off the drinks it was hot and fell over my leg really burnt me gosh what a poor service rushing & just yapping away no please or thank you…they really need too fix themselves do something about this really terrible service not happened once good few times so I’m not bothering going in there no more..I rather eat something better pizza etc same charge better staff service go to Pizza Hut always deals there..don’t waste time & money at McDonald on wide lane..or anywhere give your kids the best food…annoying

I got shouted at by a manager for sitting down where I wasn't allowed despite it not been labled . Worse attitude I have encountered. Very poor.

Drive through ( where you have to go and park up for food ) not really what it’s about is it. service was therefore not efficient, Then what was meant to be a McRib meal came out looking like at was a bbq sauce sandwich with a rib patty somewhere near the bun. Whatever ming mong in the back who prepares theses burgers has hit the pinnacle of his/hers/they/them it’s career so at least try perfect it. Thanks

Absolutely disgraceful I was waiting 20 WHOLE MINUTES just for 2 caramel frappes and when they was FINALLY handed over they gave me a disgusting side eye I am disgusted and will never be coming here again after this experience. This is mist kian again. I am just commenting on the employee on gave me a side eye. After leaving my comment this employee proceeded to chase me out of the drive through and attempted to kick my car only achieving falling over on her head. How embarrassing 🫦🥰💪

Be warned, on a morning, there can be an incredibly rude lady mopping the floor. Bare in mind the place is open for business, as I'm leaving I say a quick "sorry" since you have to leave through the doorway she's mopping and I recived a very rude "No you're not". Like, maybe do the mopping before people can get in then? I've heard her say similar remarks to others leaving too. There's no problem with being kind!

My order never turned up . Was told that I can’t have a refund due to the driver trying to contact me but I had no missed calls & I was also told it was left in a safe place outside the building which it was not !! I will not be ordering from here again

Whoever is the manager or staff of this McDonald's is a complete and utter waste of time. I've ordered multiple times from here and every single time they have either got it wrong or missed items. To add to insult they don't blame themselves they blame the courier and ask you to claim it back through them. Ive never had issues with the britiania road one or the elland road one it's just this poorly managed wide lane one. If I could give negative stars I would

Never again. This has to be one of the most overwrought and worst run McDonalds in the region. They cannot handle the combination of onlibe takeaway, drive thru and in person orders. Got my son's burger wrong twice in a row on top of our food taking 35 minutes to arrive. An angry drive through customer came in and shouted for the same reason. Another parent complained about their child's order being wrong. The wait, atmosphere and overall experience were quite horrendous.

Former Brewer's Fayre pub converted into a McDonald's. Plenty of parking and really spacious inside. Despite appearing to be relatively quiet on a Sunday evening, food appeared to take some time to be prepared and brought to our table, although it was clearly freshly prepared. Food served with more like a grunt than a smile.

The only item that arrived that was ours was a coffee, all our food was missing and we were given someone else’s order.

It’s always a risk ordering from here, as there’s often something wrong/missing but tonight was the worst. Half the order was missing and the stuff that did arrive was stone cold with no sauces or straws. Whoever was on shift tonight needs to give their head a shake.

Every order from here has something missing just ordered today, chicken big mac missing! Ask for a refund they tell you go to uber!! How is it the delivery drivers fault? He didn't pack the bag n forget to put burger in!!! Sort it out!!

Deliver driver went 10 minutes in the complete wrong direction and stayed around there for a bit before deciding to turn up. I assume either doing something else on the way or delivering to someone else at the same time.

I ordered on the app around 1045pm. I didn't know at the time but the restaurant closed at 1100pm. This aside, if the app had let me order my food, pay for it, and let the restaurant staff cook it, I wouldn't be hungry right now. Instead, I had to arrive just in time to see the drive-through menu boards go blank, By the time the car behind had reversed back out the entrance. I thought I'd had enough and did the same. You guessed it. This fraction of a delay saw me walk to the main entrance only to be met by a crowd of happy team members, just finishing their shifts. Why, oh, why do you insist that your customers "arrive and check in" before you let someone. Someone wanting to finish their shift on time as well as keeping hungry customers' content and nourished, begin cooking the food they've ordered? I may as well not bother ordering on the app at all and just speak to a real person at the drive-through. It's surely quicker than pulling over, ordering, paying, etc as you have just proven.

Ordered x2 cheese burgers and fries, the burgers had far far too much salt on them, and far far too much ketchup on them, a lot of the ketchup ended up on my clothes, not impressed, please Mc Donald staff "don't do the job if u can't do it"!!!.
