Sauce was ordered not in delivery

Not enough salt and I paid for two dips and never got them this keeps happening

Food was so cold and rock hard

The chicken in the sweet chilli wrap was overcooked to the point I thought it was a bone

finally recieved my food nice and hot.

I waited over a hour for my food to come and it was all freezing cold

food cold, definitely inedible, will think twice before ordering again from here

Did not receive order even though all of my details were correct

my cheeseburger wasn't made how I wanted it. I want a refund for that because my son didn't eat it.

I left a note for the delivery details and even put a pin on the map and driver still struggle to find it. When I told him that I put a pin on the map, he just answered “Oh, I don’t check the map.” What’s the point of having the option to put a pin on the map if the driver doesn’t even care about it and making it sound like it’s my problem.

Milkshake was missing from order

the order had food missing from it. it was very disappointing as someone in the household was missing a meal along with other missing items from the order. I would like a refund for this order, it was a large order and unacceptable thay half my order was missing. I spent 55 pounds and delivery to have things missing and members of the family not be able to enjoy the meal as they had no meal !

The most incompetent Mcdonalds branch i have ever witnessed. Almost every single time you order from them you can gurantee there will be at least one missing item.

Delivery was by electric bike, poor guy's app wasn't working so food arrived cold. Mcspicy burger was rubbery. Disappointing.

Didn’t receive my order said it was delivered but not to my house. This has happened to me before then have to go through the whole process of getting a refund that somehow takes forever but they quickly take the money from your account when you order.

The burger, fries & apple pie were cold, so I didn’t enjoy my food. I put a note on my Oder asking for 2 cubes of ice in my drink, it came with loads of ice in it. So McDonald’s don’t bother to read what you ask. It’s so disappointing as this is meant to be a treat to save myself cooking. Being hungry & waiting for your Oder, thinking you’re going to enjoy a takeaway is a big let down when the food arrives cold. To be offered a refund of £2.19 is an insult when you make a complaint!

Slow delivery, cold food and 2 apple pies missing.

Food was cold. Had to reheat in microwave. Promotion on apple but they only gave one even though its buy one get one free.

The timer just kept changing and when the food eventually turned up it was stone cold will not be using this site again. Absolutely fuming not only did I wait 50 mins for my food it arrived cold

I was tracking the driver and he went in the opposite direction to me I assume to deliver someone else's food and when he finally arrived he went to the wrong block I had to go outside to find him

Waiting over an hour for one meal from McDonald’s for my son and it came freezing cold and stale I wouldn’t even feed that to my dog! I expect a FULL refund!

Took 50 minutes to get the food from the tome i placed the order to the time it was delivered. Delivery was 30 later then estimated for somewhere thats 10 minute drive away

Of course. As always at McDonald's one thing was missing from the order. In the last few orders 4/6 were missing. And who did Just eat punish for that? Me. Now the restaurant employees will be able to not add food to the order because after all Just eat will claim that the customer is lying anyway. joke

This place rarely get the order right, there is always something missing or they don't remove things that you request. My partner has a strong dislike for cheese, but if you ask the to remove it, they seem to add more. Burgers are thrown together.

The buy 1 applie pie get 1 apple pie free did not work on the Justeat app. I wasted 10 minutes clearing the basket, restarting the app, etc. Then I had to go on the computer to order again. Also, the codes are annoying, please get rid of them.

Why are the bags always soaked with my drink when delivered it’s so annoying. My food and dessert got filled with Fanta

JUST EAT - you need to make sure your drivers understand basic english !!!! I specificly put a note to CALL WHEN OUTSIDE AND NOT DELIVER WITHOUT CALLING, driver came and rang door bell. When i tried talking to him, he just said “yeah yeah yeah”, i asked “you don’t understand, right ?”. He answered “no no sorry”. Not the forst time tho ! You should do better than that to resolve constant issues with daft drivers and missing orders !!!!!!!!
