Here’s a sample review: “I recently visited the McDonald’s location at Walworth and had a very disappointing experience. The staff was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. When I asked a simple question about my order, the stuff rolled their eyes and gave me an attitude instead of helping. I understand it can get busy, but there’s no excuse for treating customers poorly. It made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. This is not the level of service I expect from McDonald’s, and it’s really disheartening. I hope management takes steps to improve staff training and ensure a better experience for everyone.

No self service till but quickest service I've had at maccies in my entire life! Very impressed

An ordering terminal would be nice, for the rest we were disturbed twice by a homeless person in the restaurant who was forcing herself to get money...

The McDonald's team at Walworth is outstanding! They are incredibly cooperative and always ensure their tasks are done efficiently and with care. The staff's professionalism and friendly attitude make it a pleasure to visit. This is by far the best McDonald's I've been to. Keep up the excellent work!

As far as McDonalds go this is a decent one and the food has always been up to standard. The staff are friendly and I've never had any issues with them. Personally I prefer the self service kiosk and this McDonalds does not have these so that would be my only issue.

Girl with the hair had a bad attitude. Also, other boy on the counter looked a bit greasy x

The food is up to the standard, but the place is dirty and has an unpleasant odor. Additionally, delivery personnel seem to be permanently stationed there, along with some homeless individuals. I’ve even come across someone injecting drugs in the restroom. It’s shocking that McDonald’s hasn’t taken any action to address these issues. The police should step in. I’ve decided to stop visiting altogether.

I don't really like eating at this place because it's dangerous and on several occasions rude people have come in.

McDonald's is McDonald's, the most famous fast food. This 24 hours saved us because we had to have dinner at an unusual time. Acceptable/tolerable environment and food

disgusting , if i was to drink the 5 litre hand soap i have in my house rather than the mcdonalds i was served , i would feel better and content.

I had never been to a UK McDonald's that didn't support the loyalty program. Beware of that. I guess no self-serve kiosks was a warning. The burger was fine but the fries were close to cold and the Coke Zero tasted weird. I could not drink it.

As an FYI this is one of the best McDonald's in London the food is cooked at restaurant grade

My food came look-warm, and unpleasant. my large fries came as a medium and fries was really cold and saggy most of my drink were spilt in the bag already before getting. I am not happy with this at all. Something need to be done about this ASAP!!!

Was due between 1:10-1:30 and I waited till almost 3am for my order, just woke up and it’s saying delivered at 1:15, definitely not been delivered at all, £34 is a lot of money to lose as a single parent, I need a refund

Easily the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Total chaos, you can only order with the cashier and they are so chaotic and annoyed that they have to work here... We chosed this one because it had a place to sit but next time rather take food with you and eat in a park.

I recently visited the McDonald’s in Walworth and had a very disappointing experience with the manager on duty, Sabrina. I accidentally placed an order through the app that was sent to the wrong location. Since this was my first time dealing with such a mistake, I approached Sabrina to ask for assistance. Unfortunately, instead of helping to resolve the issue, Sabrina was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She gave me nothing but attitude when all I was seeking was a solution. Her behavior made an already stressful situation worse, and I left the restaurant feeling frustrated and disrespected. I understand that mistakes happen, but I believe they should be handled with kindness and professionalism, especially by a manager. I hope this feedback leads to better customer service in the future.

The delivery of the food at this location was speedy enough, they provided me my Mc Chicken Speedily enough during a lunch break, ate in so I was able to take in the atmosphere not too crowded and a calming presence 🐔 😋

completely cold burger chips cold. very poor quality could not eat

asked for no egg in muffin but got egg. hash brown was squashed didn't get the freebie for spending over £10 so very poor today
