McDonald's in Kingston upon Hull, City of

Been here quite a few times now, they always put ketchup on my wife's burger when she expressly states no ketchup, luckily it's not actual tomato which is a seed allergen, READ THE ORDER TICKET, one day somebody will either died because of the staffs obvious blatant incompetence or claim from McDonalds

Ordered a paid for 5 meals, get home to find only 4 meals provided- appalling service, no customer care at all.

Cold food. It was stupid busy though, not for me.

Ordered via McDonald's app only received part of the order. Food we did get was pretty much room temperature when it arrived. Contacted McDonald's about missing products and they fob off that it's Uber to sort. Sorry the service was sorted via Thier app if they choose to push the delivery off to Uber that's on them my order and service is via McDonald's not Uber

The food is always Maccies five-star quality, but the service is an absolute shambles in this shop, especially the mornings. We stopped ordering food because a coffee takes 10 minutes.

Since the internal remodelling this McDonalds is shocking. Serious lack of seating and feels like prams/push chairs/wheelchairs have been completely disregarded.

Bit tight in space now after there latest rebuild but staff willing to help make way for disabled chair users

Using the drive through. Nightmare waiting for the food. Get served relatively quickly at the counter but then have to pull up and wait in the car park. Would have been quicker just going in and getting it, or ordering before setting off.

order never delivered. Driver rude, couldn't find adress where every house has clear number told me to go outside to find him. Ridiculous

Can't really review the food or service as I haven't bothered getting anything. Tried coming here a few times on the way to work to get a coffee. How they can not have cappuccino, but have white coffee or latte makes no sense to me. Its just coffee and milk

This is my closest McD to me. It's always of a reasonable standard, neither amazing or bad...and it's this consistency that keeps me coming back. You know exactly what you are getting so when you have a McD Itch...this is the perfect scratch for it. Its so consistent...its often very busy in peak times...but not for me today, was fast and quick as I was there for Brekkie.

My order never arrived. This is the third time in the last three months. This has happened with Just Eat going to go to a different app.

Burgers came with crispy onions, despite these showing as not available. We did not want these. Burgers ruined. Fries were stone cold due to long wait time. All in all a huge waste of money

The drinks didn’t taste right and my food was cold

Said no crispy onions were available so couldn’t request to be removed then sent it with crispy onions

All the food was absolutely stone cold an inedable. The fish fingers out the happy meal and a beef burger was missing. Half the drink spilt all over and the driver took forever by going a totally opposite way to my house. Not happy at all...

Ordered from here waited over a hour and still no sign of a delivery driver and I rang McDonald’s up and they said no drivers are available,so why let people order if there are no drivers.

Ordered to take away. Waited some time before order came, and when it did, we had to wait over 10 minutes for the apple pie to arrive. Food was then cold before we even left. Surely if the pie was going to take 20 minutes in all, then surely get the rest of the food ready just before the pie was ready. We asked for no onions in burger for happy meals, when we got home there were onions. Good job I checked, someone could have an allergic reaction and could of been serious. Also no drinks with the happy meal. Never again will I go there, or any other McDonald's again

Delivery 10/10 but chips not cooked

Ordered chicken selects 9 box sent chicken nuggets in a chicken select box not happy my child won’t eat chicken nuggets and is now left very hungry!! Not happy at all how hard is it to tell the difference between chicken nuggets and selects

Terrible service. ordered food. within 15 mins the food was delivered on bike only 2 bags of drinks nothing id ordered. rang and they tried saying I was the last delivery only I tracked it and I was the only one. so obviously it was packed wrong. Now have to wait for a refund. delivery driver wasn't interested jusylt took the food and left. cheers for that. Not!

We were told our order would take between 15/30 minutes and it took an hour to arrive. The food also arrived cold which we are not impressed with. Especially when the restaurant is only 10 minutes away

No food arrived, delivery guy tried to give me a McFlurry instead of my meals. I gave him the code before he handed me the wrong order, which I handed back to him. No food arrived, very disappointed as use just eat all the time, will not be using again as too much hassle trying to sort out refund and a Saturday treat for my kids ruined!! I best get my refund and some compensation for the inconvenience. Disappointed and unhappy customer

There were no straws for 2 large drinks. The McCrispy's taste was really bad. My friend and I would not have eaten it if we were not hungry, but we had to eat it because we were hungry. The potatoes were extremely dry. These business owners do not deserve the money they charge. I wish my house was closer to Mc Holderness Road in town.

Worst McDonald's I've been to, order pionts not working staff just push past you when you are waiting for your order, supposed to be fast food 20 minutes waiting for food 😑, they just concentrated on the drive through

Receipt clearly shows food ready at 11:07 and driver was there to collect according to justeat tracking at 11:22 and food was not delivered while 12:04 and was stone cold. I live 5 mins drive away so this is just eat drivers fault.

Kept getting pushed back every five minutes, and then the food came partially cold. The wrap was supposed to have bacon in it but didn’t even get the basic bacon
