Beeb waiting 25 minutes now for fast food waste of time

If I could rate this zero I would, waited 30 mins and lied to twice that food would be a minute. World mcdonalds in the world

This place is an absolute joke of a place. Placed an order At 13:45. Quiet in the restaurant and not too busy on the drive through. Half an hour later we finally got our food and that was only thanks to the help of Sue the customer care for that day. She was amazing. Sorting not only our food but others in the restaurant. She definitely deserves some recognition for her work as she is the only person in this McDonald’s that seems to do anything. The rest of them are useless. Whoever was the shift manager for this day needs to think about a career change. Because obviously they can’t handle this job

Seriously, 35 mins in a drive-thru queue. To receive cold food. My kids didn't even think it tasted like mcdonalds, which is disappointing as they got this as a reward for getting excellent school reports.

Big statement but the worst McDonald's I've been to, no one on the drive thru, when we did manage to order "used the app?" Not even a hello. Everyone sent to the carpark to wait for their food. I ordered 2 meals. Sat in the carpark over 10 minutes waiting for the order, no dip with my selects meal, daughters Oasis was purple water, no straws and missing a portion of fries. The manager of this place should really re evaluate ther ability.

We go here quite often the food is away hot

One of the slowest restaurants ever…. Takes about 25 min to be served after taking order ……….never again

I was under the impression that the big mac was the flagship burger of the mcdonalds empire but what I received yesterday was the defining reason why I won't be going to mcdonalds ever again.

I ordered a McChicken sandwich meal, it took 35min to arrive. I forgot to check it and didn't find out that they had given me a double cheeseburger till I got home. Had to come back to get it replaced and they didn't even apologise.

Be prepared to wait. A long time. Once upon a time McDonald's was the standard for fast food and 100% order accuracy, but at this outlet those concepts are totally lost on the staff there. Ray Kroc and the McDonald brothers are literally spinning in their graves.

Arrived at drive through at 11.30 on Saturday evening, waited ten minutes for the car on the speaker to move, cars were beeping there horns for service, waited ten more minutes and nobody was serving, reversed out and there was a que inside too and only one McDonalds employee to be seen. I will never return to there again as last time I waited for 15 minutes and got home it wasn’t cooked and cold. Run by kids who just don’t care. I only put one star to write this review. The worst McDonalds in the country

Worst ever, bottleneck of 55 car and didn't serve anyone, then said they were under staffed when we got to the till joke

We waited over an hour for stone cold food that was short delivered the mc Donald’s on county Road Kirby didn’t answer there phone and the only thing responding on the app was AI

I’m dying to give this place a good review, but they never fail to disappoint me, 3 separate times I’ve ordered Big Tasty with Bacon, 3 times received it without the bacon but in the correct box, so so annoyed 😡

This macdonals is appalling, l ordered l meal for my self via just eats app and it said on the app that it had arrived but it clearly hasn’t. As l have a ring doorbell and would of been able to see there is no footage of the driver even on my road, l tired to put I complaint in and ask for a refund but l can’t even do that as my order was saying it was delivered absolutely disgraceful service they clearly do not care for their customers this place deserves shutting down as l have had multiple altercations with this terrible place. Do not order here honestly save your money got to be one of the worst if not worst McDonald’s in the country outrageous rude service don’t even waste your time do not order ESPECIALLY VIA JUST EAT DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY!!!!!

i ordered two maccies last night one from switch island that took that long it cancelled it self so then i ordered from the maghull one which is closer and that was half an hour late the food was cold it didn’t even have the dips with the select box everything about this was a disaster i would like a full refund because it got binned

We ordered big tasty, quarter pounder with cheese meals and cheese bite share. We received someone else’s order of big tasty, cheese burger and a Fanta. Everytime I order I have to put in a complaint as they always miss items or give us the wrong order!

The food was never delivered. Ordered 13:50. Time kept going up. Then the app said the food was delivered at 16:25 when the time was actually 16:00. No idea how food can be delivered into the future

Received only chicken selects nothing else

Order not delivered. Showing as preparing for 2 hours and when reported to Just Eat now says delivered at 17:10!!!! Fuming! Worst McDonald’s in the UK for sure!

Order never arrived and I’m waiting a refund

Delivery driver curteous and polite. However, items missing from food order yet again, still not received refund (20 chicken nugget box set plus 3 garlic mayonnaise dips). Please refer to my order details.

Drink was spilt , Hashbrown share box wasn’t delivered and only got 5 and breakfast wrap only had one sausage in it.

Worst food ever had the cheese bites were rock hard the chips were freezing and hard and the burger was soggy and fell to pieces shouldn’t even be able to sell tha food looking like that

Due to the delivery time being extended by the minute , our food was delivered stone cold. Which we then had to warm up ourselves , which resulted in the food being uneatable. We was given no straws for the Diet Coke and when I took the lid off , the cup was half filled. The flat white was freezing. I am unhappy with this and reluctant to order again.

Ordered a bigmac meal to take away, got home and there was one patty on a bun that looked half eaten. Disgusting. Straight in the bin. Had to throw it away. Tried phoning could not get intouch first, then when I dud just got phone put down on me.

Been open a couple years now when first opened the food was always hot and nice, the past few months it’s completely gone downhill the food is always cold orders always wrong. I live within 2 minutes of this McDonald’s and I won’t be going again it’s a disgrace

Complete wrong order, paid over £20 and you delivered a plain Big Mac

Drive through is a joke,not once have I gone through and got my meal straight away. I always have to park up for minimum of 15 minutes

If you like parking up for half an hour to recieve the wrong order then this is the place for you

I never received the order. Contacted customer service and spoke to someone called Fatima, who was very helpful. She said that the driver could not fulfill the delivery. Fatima said she was issuing a full refund but not received! I’m very angry!

This has to be the worst McDonalds in the country surely!! The drive through service is just appalling, the idea I believe is ‘fast food’ and I could literally make myself a full Sunday roast in the time it takes to get served here. It was bad when it first opened, but you make allowances for teething issues, however, it’s actually got gradually worse over time. I feel sorry for the young kids working there if this is their first work experience, clearly the management is the issue, food takes forever, standard items like chips, nuggets, bog standard burgers should always be available but never are, never waited less than 25mins to be served and the food is always either cold or below standard. I don’t know how they manage to be so bad!! Drive to Dunnings Bridge Road or Aintree restaurants instead,

Chicken mayo all over the bag , chips emptied out all over and the strongest smell of aftershave all over everything burgers and chips taste of aftershave

Wish I could give this a zero because wouldn't even rate it one.Ordered a meal deal for our granddaughter after a long wait I had to go to the counter and ask were it was. What we got was an absolute disgrace cheeseburger looked like it had been sat on it was completely flat chips were cold and unedible. Only that we were in the car and nearly home it would of gone straight back was a complete waste of money and feel ripped off. Never have complained about McDonald's before but maghull was a disgraceful waste of money.

Such a shitshow I want a full refund on my order after being served by children and having a snotty manger looking at me like I am shit on her shoe my fries where cold I sent back twice for just as cold chips my mayo chicken burger was thrown together same with my mum cheeseburger so disappointing because this place use to be good I will not be going back to this establishment 😡

Order says delivered but nothing arrived

Didn't receive my drive thru order. Ordered, received drinks then was parked up, waiting in the cold for ages. I regret not reading the poor reviews. All true. Excessively busy 7pm on a Wed eve. Chaotic, understaffed, unacceptable 'fast food' wait times. >30 mins. I went home.

Waited ages and had to complain about the wait but had to wait until another customer got a refund for waiting too long, got our food and it was as flat as a pancake, terrible service, terrible food.

I have been here twice in one week - both times very long wait that I had very little time to eat the food. The worst I have ever seen in McDonald's - twice - two different times of the day and different things ordered. Ridiculous.

Worst ever driver turns up with only my drinks and proceeds to call the police when I ask him where the rest of my order was. All this after waiting 1 hour for it to be delivered

I live a 3 min drive from this McDonald’s and every time it is horrendous. I’ve been stuck waiting for food for over 30 mins with a hungry screaming toddler in the car.. once I was parked up for that long and went into they told me I didn’t have an order (when I had my receipt in my hand) even then when you give them the receipt they can’t get your order right! Last night was the cherry on top the cake for me. Last night I was stupid enough to order mcdelivery. I ordered 4 items., only 1 of them was right and that was a Coke! And not to mention the fact it was stone cold and inedible. I’ve never had a good experience at this store and looks like most other people say the same. Stores have teething issues when they open but nearly a year down the line that doesn’t wash anymore. The staff are miserable as sin! Once there was a lovely lad who was just a breath of fresh air and never seen him again! maybe he got out of there quick so the miserable wouldn’t catch him too! Suffice to say I’d rather drive to switch island or Kirkby Atleast their staff are friendly even when it’s super busy and your food is always hot! Avoid this store at all costs!

No interest at all in customers not in the drive thru. No acknowldgment from any staff member during the 8 minute wait for a sausage and egg muffin. Only drive thru being served. In the end, the lady responsible for cleaning the "restaurant" served me. Would not recommend.

Generally the worst thing is waiting time, expect 10-15minute wait even when lobby is empty! I have seen a worker knock off my order from screen without giving it out then they had to make another. No matter where you stand a cleaner or worker will want to walk within 20cm of you for some reason.

Most definitely not 'fast' food. If you're trying to grab something quickly then it would be faster to put on the slow cooker or start your own McDonald's franchise.

Waited over 20 mins for a plain triple cheeseburger, after ordering at the drive through. Service here is so slow. My wife ended up having to go in to the counter to complain. After explaining the issue to three different staff members, two of whom did nothing. She was not the only one complaining. We have had issues at this store before for the same reason. We won't be using this store again.

Worst McDonald's ever. Cold wet sloppily made food, prepared by staff that don't seem to put any care to the quality (or speed) of their output. The restaurant is always sticky and dirty and staff are often just milling around while the carpark is full of people waiting inordinate times for simple orders. The only time we get food from here is when the app automatically selects it instead of the usual Switch island (which is hardly any better these days) and it's always a sad and terrible mistake. The Franchisee should be ashamed of themselves.

It’s a McDonalds. Pretty standard to be fair. Clean. Food was cooked well and ready quickly. Staff were friendly.

Placed my order through the drive through 6 nuggets and chips I was asked to drive to parking and someone would bring it to me as they where waiting on fresh chips 27 minutes later my food arrived after driving off home my wife decided to pinch one of the chips out the bags as it was our daughter tea they where stone cold so had to heat up when we got home we don't use this place offen but when we do we always have some sort of issue shocking if am honest
