waited over an hour for the food then when it got here everything was cold and stale.

Encountered a horrible manager going by the name of jess, treats the other staff like they’re dirt under her shoe. Not fit to be a manager at all. I refuse to go here again after seeing that and might’ve just put me off McDonalds for life.

The preparing of food is very poor they didn’t check the order before they pack and delivered to the customer it’s very bad.

Original time given for my door to arrive was within 30 minutes of ordering. It arrived an hour and a half after initially ordering as it kept getting pushed back.

Do not let your delivery drivers deliver to more than 1 place. Everything cold, McFlurry melted. Saw the delivery driver in Loughborough University. And to only get £7 back from a £30 order is a disgrace

Food was bang on for flavour but put together very poorly. Fast food turned into having to repack my own food into the bun which defeated the object of a drive through. Wounded but I ate it.

Not a Dip for everyone (again)never send enough for quantity of people in order. Asked for a book with happy meals and they where very disappointed to not get one. They did this time remember to add the extra lettuce which was good as they normally forget. I don't think we'll bother again.

One of the drinks we ordered tasted like cleaning solution and when I contacted Just Eat we got fobbed off. Do not use this service and be careful of any drinks delivered this way.

this is for an order I have just ordered using the my mcdonalds app they have forgotten my double sausage and egg mcmuffin which I am not happy about as I spent used 4000 points to get that what a waste of 4000 points they always forget stuff when you order from mcdonalds they really need to improve themselves they are absolutely useless

I have 4 very young children with out drips & I spent nearly £40. Will not order again.

ordered at half 3 had to ring the place twice reordered food to then recieve both orders at same time, spoke to restaurant they gave me a number to ring carnt speak to anyone they then told me to cancel first order no option to do that so in total 66 pounds spent and only one lot of the food good enough to eat, I don't want a credit note I want refunding into my account.

Will not be using again . It’s the second time we didn’t receive any fries. When we complained told to come and collect them. What’s the point of delivery! So now not received a total of 8 medium fries.

App lost the order code. Half of the order took ages to arrive, so the ice creams melted. When we got home we found there were no straws and the food was cold.

The wrong wrap was given (this had a different order number on it) and all the chips were stone cold

I have spoken to McDonald’s as I don’t believe it should me contacting justeat as it has nothing to do with the delivery the order got sent all on time but the food was cold and style. It cost a lot of money they said I should get a full refund!

Food was ok. Price was ok. Service wasnt the greatest. The young female staff were very rude to me, ignoring me and then being all grumpy. Atmosphere wasnt bad.

Food is ALL stone cold, hot drink is cold and milkshake is completely melted. 25 minutes late. Clearly our food was just left sitting somewhere.

Changed the delivery time by 10 mins when it was late. All the food was cold and the thick shake melted slightly plus no straw. Cold food though wouldn't order again

I am not a McDonalds hater, and there are 3 in Loughborough which all get my patronage at different times. However this one always seems to stand out as badly run. Staff seem to have an attitude ( not all , some are lovely), food can be cold or items missing . I had an order which was 2 hash browns missing and they decided to argue I never ordered them until I retrieved the receipt from my pocket and showed them it. Still no apology even then just 2 more hash browns brought over. Now I discover they have the joint worst hygiene rating in the country ( yes country not county) , a rating of 2 out of 5, what is going on here ?

Driver struggled to find the address. When he eventually made it to my house. The 3 cokes had spilt all over the food making it soggy. Obviously un-edible. Food went straight in the bin. Never ending problems atm with just eat. Food is either cold. Or damaged.

So lovely - the courier who delivered was so lovely and friendly. Please give him a raise!!! Having a really bad day and his friendliness made it so much better. He was super quick delivering so nice to have a full belly with warm food too.

Absolutely shocking I orderd a mc crispy x2.. having not orderd one before and asked what was inside it was told mayo and lettuce.. only to find out after biting into it it was a spicy mayo... I'm now sat with a swollen mouth unable to swallow due to an allergy.. hopfully It doesnt get any worse or it's off to a and e for me. I trd to ring and the phone rings 4 times then an answer phone kicks in.. what a joke. I honestly cant believe the level of customer service from this site it's a joke

did not put any sauce as part of the order this jas happened a few times they never get the order right iam sure they are lazy as well with mixing the mcflurry because there is no caremal sauce mixed in its at the bottom in a clump train your staff
