McDonald's in Broadland

Was far too busy. Forgot my chips but replaced quickly. Could not get a receipt out of machine. Queued up 10mins then asked when brought food still no receipt.

Check before you leave the drive through! Had incomplete orders on several occasions

I drove past the Brundall and Thickthorn outlets on my way to work so I have to review them.!?! 🤠

Poor customer service. Unable to resolve app order that miraculously disappeared at change over point from breakfast to lunch menu even though ordered 30 mins before. Staff not interested including branch manager.

Chips, big mac meals and latte all warm even though I had to wait in bay, and I use this one regularly

I’m on the road often so i do tend to have a few McDonald’s and Longwater McDonalds really does let itself down. I genuinely do not understand how they get every single order wrong. This time I was missing chips. In the past I have had added onion when asked for no onion. Even on the order screen and label it says no onion. Or, I’ve even had someone add a tomato to a burger when I’ve asked for just tomato sauce. I don’t know if they are just incompetent, over worked, the new style system is hard to understand or they have a few workers who love a joke. I don’t get this at any other McDonalds I visit and i can travel 300 miles a day.

Start the floor cleaning and zone closing to early 1030pm would be better

Food is terrible. Over 30 mins for a couple of coffees and an ice cream and that was all melted. Staff didn't seem to care. AVOID THIS ONE!!

The food is nearly always cold and the amount of times they get the order wrong at the drive through is ridiculous. I always microwave the food when I get home. The inside is nice enough but I’ve been to far better McDonald’s than this one. The drive through is often slow. There is hardly any mobile reception at the restaurant so if you use click and collect 80% of the time it won’t work.

Quick and staff are friendly. Was once a little Chef!

The food was horrendously cold and just not very nice had half of the drinks as they were all spilt in the bag

We ordered food, £5 meal deal, which is great value for money. However two of our cheese burgers didn't have a burger in! The lady serving was amazing about it, and it did give us a good laugh + a free mc flurry. We had no dips which were included. The milk shakes were not nice, tasted powdery, and we did not drink them. Just not up to the normal standard. I didn't like Terry's chocolate orange pie, but that might be person preference. The mc nuggets were yummy!

Colder inside than out service a bit slow

It's really clean, but the carpark is very tight unless you drive a small car

Only received fries, missing loads on order. Called restaurant and can’t help, have to wait up to 7 days to hear anything.

We use the drive thru, we haven't had any order mistakes, they quite often ask us to wait in a bay rather than having the food ready. Food quality is reasonable given it is McDonald's. Not 24hr service.

Staff couldn't have been more helpful to me as a disabled person. Thank-you for such ease after a long drive. Busy and all going like clockwork.

This was a spare of the moment decision. As always, it is a very enjoyable quick filling fix. A lovely chicken crispy meal

WiFi doesn’t work and the pay machines are so close to each other you can’t order.

Great burgers. Fries a bit soggy. We love the location on the A47 but big big negative is crowded carpark, no parking (or awkward angles if there are any) and poor traffic signage. A shame really.

Long wait for the food. Lots of people were complaining about missing or incorrect orders. It was understaffed for the number of customers arriving after the football training just down the road. Toilets were filthy.

Good food up to its usual standard.

Ordered two hash brown share boxes and the breakfast wrap. Only had the wrap turn up, no hash browns boxes.

Super slow and lost my ticket. I used the drive through. It took 10 minutes to get from the order terminal to the pay desk, I was asked to wait in the bay. I wait outside 20 minutes with no food or acknowledgment, went inside to rude manager who asked me what the problem was lol. Top it all off I got home to cold food. Poor poor show

kids happy meal turned up with no burger inside just a toy and what looks like half portion of the chips

Got my order and realised that I didn’t get part of one of the meals, no chicken nuggets with my chicken nuggets meal . Tried to get a refund but was told that they weren’t going to pay me back for it. Major disappointment

Even for a McDonald's it was average. Food was not that fresh and the toilets were not very clean.

Absolutely disgusting service today. First order never even turned up, called the restaurant and they said it’s not their problem and to contact Just Eat. Placed another order and only had drinks turn up. No food. My 8 year old is so upset, this was supposed to be his special treat.

Worst mc Donald's around ran by a bunch of teens. Not a single person seemed to be actually working long wait even though it wasn't that busy, they was clearly too busy playing around with their friends

So ordered at 6 and didn’t get it until 10ish and not just that one of the things from my order didn’t receive which I wasn’t happy about as that was someone’s meal

It's a Mcdonald's. What more can you say? We had a breakfast there. The sausage and egg muffin was hot but sadly the hash brown was a little cold.

Your code failed we never received one and our food was missing the driver would not give us our order and when we received it was all cold and majority missing this was disgraceful I will be seeking a full refund .

Got breakfast here and order was correct and decent, would be a 5 if had milkshakes or frappucinos available to order.

Took almost an hour and a half from placing the food order, to it arriving. All the meals are cold and the burger is extremely dry.

In all our meals the burger patty and bun's were off center and in my fries I found an EMPTY SALT PACKET and the entire place was crawling with rubbish and the employee cleaning was skipping tables and left rubbish on the floor but the worker was cleaning up for some feral local children

Drive through can be hit and miss with being given the correct order. When they get it right, the food is very good. Great customer service in general though

Soggy limp tasteless fries, substandard for mcdonalds

Driver just left food did not ring doorbell or knock - i am hard of hearing and it states on my door to ring bell and knock loudly.

I use this often as a stop point when I drive the 200 miles to see family. But every single time there is something wrong with my order! I think I'm going to have to use a different stop off point from now on because this is now becoming a joke!!

McDonald's in Norfolk had the worst toilets I've ever seen. Usually McDonald's toilets are really clean, but the floor was dirty and wet and one toilet totally blocked. The toilets were unisex which I really disliked. No woman wants to go in a toilet where a male has left the seat up and missed the toilet bowl! 😒

Ice cream was spilt in the bag wasn't in cup holder and was all over the burgers but delivery time was good

I went in mc Donald's brundal Monday tea time . When I ordered lei. Bought my food to the table . Very helpful lady . Helped me get on my app to order . I always find lei happy and cheerful. She's a great asset to MC Donald's . Well done.

Delivered in a soaking wet bag. Walked it through in living room and felt water dripping all down my leg. Carpet wet. Door mat wet. Fries and burger wet. Half drink in bottom of the bag. Driver didnt say anything. Delivered at 2352 not 2342.
