Disgusting. Dry, smelly and most certainly out of date

Very slow service and mix up with the order.

Waited in store for over 30 minutes to get food that was cold, then had to justify to staff why it was unacceptable. Parking is a nightmare too, delivery drivers parking where they like and blocking others in.

Poor service, food, breakfast was cold, and nonrefundable, not customer focused

Just not a pleasant experience not the staffs fault, Just not a place I'd revisit

The lovely worker, Joanne could see I was dealing with an issue in my job role. She advised me of the parking and to prevent me getting a ticket took my details. As I was there for a long time she offered me a hot drink while I waited for police to assist me. Thanks Joanne your kindness meant a lot

poor delivery service from the driver

Took over an hour for delivery and 2 items were missing. Very disappointed, food was lukewarm and tomato sauce missing as per usual. Appreciate it was Friday night so likely busy but the missing items came to £6 which is poor

chips came stuck together, i ordered 20 mcnuggets with 4 ketchup and received 4 ketchups with no nuggets everything in the order was also cold

The food arrived cold and dry . Fries were inedible . Burgers cold too and had to throw away. Apple pies also arrived barely warm . Utter waste of money and will not order again

Two drinks no straws: come on guys, this is basic stuff

placed order at 610 delivery time kept changing saying that the driver was at the store but after the delivery time got to 8pm we called the store to find no driver was present and food had been ready since 645

delivery driver obviously had more than one pick up from different restaurants, tracked him on map. then had car issues as had bonnet up on car sorting that out before delivering my food which at this point was cold and inedible.

50 minutes late after setting a time for it to be delivered. Ordered it nearly 45 minutes in advance of delivery. Very very poor and for the driver to tell us we cancelled the order which we definitely didn’t.

driver was visibly smoking a cigarette when he arrived, food in the other hand. it is not nice to have food delivered that smells like apersons's second hand smoke. the food itself was fine but a drink was missing.

A big tasty with BACON. Some salad removed due to dietry requirements. Apparently despite paying for said item lacked the signature bacon. Is that nit just a big tasty? I could have saved money. 4 napkins worth of excessive over use of sauce. Leaving stil enough to taste. Between the soggy bits of bun. The seasonal chicken burger...... credit where due, the sauce was just right. The dryness of the chicken however I would have been greatful for the extra moisture. Big tasty WITH bacon = large splat WITHOUT bacon.

Screwed up my order, missed the right number of burgers in the buns, although only aware once got them home. Took McDonald's customer services to send vouchers to compensate. Letchworth branch is a repeated disaster for screwed up order - 50/50 chance of them getting it wrong. Needs a change of management to fix.

Absolutely useless as always order 2 of the bbq bacon wraps with with no salad and then receive no bacon in it which is one of the main parts and then trying to get help online is useless and didn't see this mistake till got home very disappointed and will not be returning to any McDonald's anywhere near me as they are all useless

You can never really go wrong with McDonald's. This is probably not the best one, but everyone knows more or less what to expect.

ordered at 16.50 arrived at 18.30. well over the estimated delivery time. thinking of going back to using uber eats all the time, as I've never had any problems with delivery times using them.

My burger looked like it was sat on it was all squashed together , my Big Mac didn’t have the extra cheese in it and my chips where cold my McFlurry was all melted was just awful.

Skibidee doo, order land quick-quick, courier all skrrt and nice! But uh-oh! McRib bread crunch crunch stale at the end, blegh! No yummy, much sad. Now I do sad skibidee dance for two whole weeks, waaah!

When I get something with eggs in it there’s always shell!!! Other than that gotta love McDonald’s

don't waste your money on the mac rib. it's vile. the meat is soft and way too much bbq sauce you get two onions and a gherkin plus roll of course. rather have a rustler

Delivery was fine but each time I have ordered a McDonald’s through just eat there have been items missing!!!

Used the App to order, no problem with that, ordered Big Mac meal & a sharing box of 9 chicken selects, opened the bag and the box of selects hadn't been put in. This has happened so many times before, various items missing, a big mac with no meat in the top of the bun, it's just ludicrous! Why doesn't the manager (Adam at the time of writing this) keep an eye on his staff, I phoned you up as soon as there was a problem and you more or less tried to blame the delivery which I said to you, "your the ones that pack the food not the uber drivers". Like I said to you on the phone the last time your incompetent staff got the order wrong the manager got our order delivered by one of your staff, how can you get it so wrong the mind boggles. We're actually at the point when we celebrate getting a meal that's actually correct!

We ordered 2 Apple Pies with our order, everything else was great but they weren't in the delivery, although they are on the receipt.

The time kept just going up and up. When he finally come out for delivery, the driver went all the wrong way and took ages. When asking why he went that way, he said that's the way the satnav took him. Its was obvious he did another delivery first

The order was placed but we had to wait over 1 hour to receive it - there was no apology, no update given - this is unacceptable. If McDonalds or Uber Eats were unable to deliver in an acceptable time, the order should not have been taken

Delivery was a little late and order was not complete. One pancakes and syrup was missed. Drinks are packed so that when they get here the top has popped off a drink and leaked in the bag

Time was changed 3 times. When it finally got to me it was stone cold i had to take it back to McDonalds so not only did i have to use my own fuel time and effort i had paid for a service i did not receive. Whilst at McDonalds getting fresh food your drivers had other peoples orders but were too busy chatting to each driver for a good 10 minutes before they left when peoples food orders were sat in the car waiting. Unacceptable on all levels

It's a McDonald's what else do you want to know? I just stopped for a Triple cheeseburger 🍔 and a coffee ☕ I didn't use the drive-thru just when inside & ordered. No problem in & out fast.

… I ordered a double BACON and egg McMuffin and got a sausage one… I really don’t like sausage and egg McMuffins. I ordered a bacon on for a reason 😅

I spent 36 pound and got someone else's order for 13 pounds instead I'm disgusted no replacement and no refund I'm going for legal advice about this.

delays at restaurant. delivery took nearly 1hr 30mins from ordering

Not sure why but when I placed the order at 18:03 a message popped up saying it would be between 40 mins to 55 mins. Then when I checked again it had changed to over an hour and 20 minutes. When it came it was 1hr 21 mins after I placed my order and the food was just warm. This is the first time it’s taken so long. Hopefully it won’t happen again.

Waited a long time since ordering, for the food to arrive and the app kept changing its delivery time. When the food finally arrived, it was someone else’s order. Sent photo evidence for a refund. Not happy.

Wrong order completely dropped

Delivery was fine. But as per usual, McDonalds incompetent staff forgot to add ALL of the sauces, no salsa, Sweet & Sour or BBQ sauce. This happens 8/10 times and I’m tired of having no dips.

Driver delivered someone else’s order. We didn’t eat it, what was there was awful. Chips rock hard and cold. Whole lot went in the bin. 2nd time this has happened with this restaurant so they seriously need to get their act together. Now trying to get out money back. Will have to claim with our credit card if that’s ignored
