McDonald's in Walsall

Annoyed. Pulled up to ordering point. Both lanes empty. Minutes pass then car enters next lane and gets served. No apology. Bad service. Bad customer service.

You are told to wait 4-5 minutes because the system is being updated and your order is taken after 20-25 minutes.

Not impressed waiting in front of ordering panel while a car drives to opposite panel and gets order taken immediately

Got a £60 parking ticket for staying here 30 minutes. There was a queue at the tills. Bad service they forgot to include items from my order. Restaurant was dirty. Not very clear that you can only park for 20 mins. Would never return here again!

Machines were accepting take out orders only so after waiting 10 mins at the counter and after not even been acknowledged by staff me and the grandkids walked out. Only 4 customers at the counter and the lady next had been waiting 15mins also.disgusting service really.

My wife took our son today. My son who is Autistic wanted the toilet which he uses the disabled toilet because of autism when My son finished he found there was no toilet roll in there he had to walk to his mom unwiped for her to take him to another toilet My wife tried to explain to a member of staff that there was no toilet roll the staff member Could not understand what my wife was telling her this is terrible and complaint sent to head office to make sure these things don't happen it really stress my lad out and it's very annoying staff not understanding customer's but there was nothing wrong with food just wanted to put low stars to make sure complaint gets seen

Rubbish forgot an item again and didn’t refund

Other than that if u order on online or any other apps your food ends up cold missing items or prepared wrong if the staff can be bothered to complete orders most off time..never mind being refused at the door because it's ten minutes from closing staff thinking it's right to shout from the door not open when it's says the doors are open till 10pm .think they'll be bothered to do there job to be honest

Waited 25 mins as I went past window 2 where food was served bur wasn't told to go to window 2. I went to the collect window which is window 3. I had to drive back round and wait in queue to get my food, awful awareness.

Horrible. The only McDonald's I've visited without 90-minute parking. I received a £100 parking fine for staying 30 minutes and eating in. Since they don't own their car park here, staff members ought to alert all visitors to their fraudulent situation. We should have management pay our fines. The branch is completely useless. How am I expected to know which McDonald's has a parking lot but doesn't actually have one of their own? Never ever going to visit them and never recommend. SCAMMMMMM

Don't bother to go there after midnight, they have always system closed/frozen. AVOID!

Fist time visit today around 530 pm, upstairs was closed off and no seats down stairs, even though I wanted to eat in. Staff seemed rushed off there feet with deliveroo etc, and when the food I ordered did eventually arrive after 10 minutes or so, part of the order was wrong. It then took about another 10 minutes, to get a member of staffs attention, and when I eventually managed to politely speak to a member of staff they didn't seem bothered, but to there credit they did changed the order, but by this stage the food was going cold. All the time the manager was in the back making drinks. Sort it out MD, perhaps have more staff during rush hour or perhaps more staff full stop. Perhaps the franchise owner needs to turn up to sort this out. ?

This is a 24 hour m donalds. The fries can taste soggy and bad between 1am and 5am. I think they just leave them for hours in the rack. It's the same with the chicken selects in the wraps. They can be cold or like warm and very dry. Clearly there is no viable rotation happening during those hours. During the day it's different and the food is great. So just exercise caution when ordering in the early hours. One thing to also mention is their hot chocolate tastes a little soily and not very sweet. It's quite strange. The best McDonald's hot chocolate can be found at the one in reedswood just down the road. Last but not least, about a year and a half ago I ordered a meal with a coke, and a metal piece of the drinks machine was in my drink. It looked like it had sheared off the dispenser. I obviously complained and they offered a free meal. If you order a salad or a mcplant from here, sometimes they will miss out ingredients or swap them for alternatives. Yes I still buy food from here as there is not much else open close to town during these hours. I am not the complaining type, I'm really not. But truth must be told. Let me get one thing straight, the service is great. Always is. It's just the food here let's it down somewhat. If you do visit here DO NOT PARK ON THE MCDONALDS CAR PARK!! You don't get much time, and you will get a ticket. McDonald's do not own it, it's privately owned. I have been stung twice in 2 days for staying over a couple minutes. They have ANPR when you drive in. You are warned. If you need somewhere to park, go drive up to the car park next to the old Chicago rock cafe, it's free there until 6am.

I reveived a parking fine of £100 after visiting this McDonalds, this after asking a McDonalds employee called Bal twice whether it was okay to park here for half an hour and whether I needed to do anything else to avoid fines. Ocean Parking owns all of the parking at this site for al businesses- basically a trap for consumers. How is this allowed to continue?

Remember to log your car reg to avoid a parking ticket! Other than that, it’s a McDonald’s. Same food as every other McDonald’s. Same forced ‘happy’ service. Same cool food, same, but I still eat them.

Ordered online. They was too lazy too prepare an order so I got given food that was for a different customer. So firstly I didn’t get my order secondly the food on the receipt didn’t match the food that was in the bag.

All the food was cold. Ordered 20 mcnugget share box...there were none of the dips with it! Ordered extra dips, they weren't sent either! Midnight in a Tuesday, can't be so busy that they can't get a simple order right!

I just ordered 2 mcrib meals via drive thru. I got home and the mcribs had 3 small pieces of onion and 1 slice of gherkin. This is not how they are advertised on the photo. There is definitely more onion and gherkin. I rang the store and the crew member dis not understand, so I asked to speak to the manager. The manger lacked customer service skills. She said that the mcribs come with 3 pieces of onion and 1 gherkin and that's how they are told to dress them. She said if I want the food replacing, then I will have to take the food back to the store. The advertisement is misleading. Everyone knows that macdonalds are famous for propping up burgers and fill them well for photos, however 3 small pieces of onion and 1 slice of gherkin, is disgraceful. I also paid for one garlic mayo dip but there was no other dips to go with my nuggets.

Do not use this Mcdonalds unless you want a parking fine!

Appalling service. Advertised as 24 hours, have attended at 12:45 on 2 occasions now after my shift and have been told that they cannot take any orders as the tills are being counted and I would have to wait for an unknown period of time. AVOID!! Falsely advertise that they are open 24/7 when they are clearly not and staff were very rude and unwilling to answer any concerns stating that its company policy. They said that if we wanted to order it had to be through Deliveroo which would charge a premium and delivery fee even though we were at the restaurant. Shocking to see such negligence from a well recognised brand. Avoid.

Driver had music playing loud on phone at 1:39 in the morning when my family and people around are asleep I had to tell him to turn it down to which he couldn’t even hear me say it

Gave McDonald's a chance after many months without.. never again fries stale like they had been reheated in oven burgers stale taste like cardboard... Even my daughter didn't want to eat her food and didn't finish.

Absolutely awful drive-through. The woman started taking my order them moved to the next person, only to come back to me. Then, when I drove to the first window to pay, she asked me if I had ordered anything. 2mins latter she found my order. No customer service, no smiles. No nothing. 20 mins parking. Not many parking spaces. About 3 wide disabled bays. Think I'll avoid this branch in future

Car parking sign removed from door by staff. Told them over 20 .minutes ago and it's still not replaced. Crowds of college kids everywhere. If you didn't know about registering your vehicle inside you will be fined £60. No one who works here cares. Poor poor management with no respect for the customer.

I’d rate it as zero stars if there was an option. Ordered breakfast - waited 5 mins to be served of which I had to go round to tell them that I’m waiting to be served. Went back through the drive through, placed my order. I asked to speak to the manager Emma - who then told me the headphone were switched off that’s why I wasn’t served. I asked her how she would compensate to which she replied she wouldn’t - really bad customer service. Emma if you don’t like your job and you don’t like being there - quit and do something else. You don’t have to take it out on your customers. Do better.

Went there on 10th October in the morning in which it took over 7 minutes to press 2 buttons , 1 for a latte and 1 for a hot choc when asked how long does a drink take to pour the answer I got from a very rude manager or assistant manager who looks like he's just stepped out of nappies said 20 seconds to make but I've been busy to which my response was you can't of been that busy if you were messing around with your staff as I was watching along with a lady who was waiting to be served which again I had to get the attention of this rude person as she waited ages at the till. But he said I was raising my staffs moral and I said I respected that but when people are waiting and it's supposed to be fast food you took 7 minutes I said it wasn't good enough and he tried to defend and explain the wait but I said it wasn't good enough again to which hos response was well what do you want me to do. I said how rude are you and he said erm yeah so what do you want me to do now and he walked off and said I'm going I'm busy I said well you wasn't busy 10 minutes ago while I was waiting 7 minutes for 2 drinks which takes 20 to 30 seconds each, absolutely disgusting that people in higher positions have the authority to speak to customers like rubbish I'm a assistant manager and I would dare speak to my staff like that nevermind a customer, just utter bad management

Bit of a shame really. Fries were cold and then half our order wasn't there when we opened the bag. Fortunately we were eating in. When I returned to complain turns out ir had just been left on the side. All this of course meant already cold fries were even colder much like the mains. Also beware of parking here as it has been known that the people who operate the car park are a private company a little trigger happy with the parking fines. Mcdonalds does have a screen to input your reg for parking but it's on the far right of the counter and not obvious.

Half a refund was given to me when all the food was cold which I find is unacceptable. We pay good money to have hot food and for it to turn up cold is not good enough. I don’t know if the food had been sitting there for a while at McDonald’s or the delivery driver decided to drop off other orders before mine but I am not happy.
