Crap burger cold and fries cold

Just terrible!! Visited today, with family (6 children included, hence the choice of McDonalds). Anyway, it was packed! With next to no staff on the floor to help filter customers through. Could barely push through a pushchair, let alone if someone used a wheelchair. One of the self service machines were not working! Waited over 30 minutes for my food, amongst SEVERAL others who had been waiting ages! Obviously the children were unhappy, asked politely where food was and 1st time completely ignored. Then told okay it's coming which it did not and then when I was giving the food they'd forgotten drink. Also the food was not hot. It just had an off atmosphere with people becoming frustrated not just myself.

Affordable, perfect for a quick treat with the kids. Can be busy and understaffed, but generally quick and hot.

Usual McDonalds experience. Never gonna be a five star though is it? Let’s be honest.

It's a McDonalds. At least there's no drive-through. Best stay away after dark.

Update 2024 You can’t get served here by staff they only take app payments no cash here and they refuse to have anyone on the serving tills so you could stand there for hours and no one ever comes as usual McDonald’s don’t care because they make billions I would avoid this store as it’s dirty and crowded all day and no mobile signal inside I’m hungry and just wanted food but they won’t serve you ever here About 15 tons of salt on the fries staff are depressed and men are being prejudiced against as men’s toilets upstairs

Poor customer service and the staff are shouting and treating customers rude

Food was wrong I ordered a egg and cheese muffin a hash brown and toffee latte to take away I got on bus home to find I couldn't eat what ordered as the gave me a sausage egg muffin I can't eat the sausage the meal was over 5 pounds and I didn't live close to go back and the toffe latte is always poor as its made and sat there for 5 minutes or more while waiting for food

New kitchen, it's obviously a McDonald's, and the staff is very friendly.

This McDonald’s has to deal with a lot I’m sure to be fair being in central Bournemouth. However, the tons of fruit flys around the condiments station during a quiet morning period was pretty gross and off putting and instantly regretted ordering.

Better - got the right order - second time ordering from McDonald’s

Food took 8mins despite there only being only 4 orders in front. Breakfast wrap was 90% and one very small bit of bacon and hash browns were cold.

I would rate it good as compared to hygiene with other mcdonalds . And the atmosphere was good as well I went with my friends and enjoyed the meal

stone cold...Had to nuke the burger which obviously diminised the taste and the chips were straight in the bin

The food is cold and we are missing small chips and took over an hour to get here

Delivery time kept changing took over 1 hour then we had to walk to collect it as delivery driver was lost even tho he had the address it was all cold Diet Coke was flat not happy

our food got delivered at 8:46 AM, no doorbell ring or nothing. as we live in a flat we had no idea it was delivered and our food is cold now and we only went downstairs to check at 9 am. it was OUTSIDE in 15° weather for 15 minutes and now it's freezing cold.

Mixed bag with this particular branch.....usually McDonalds are fairly consistent - you know what you're going to get. However, I've found that the quality varies in the wait times, customer service and the overall quality of food. Last time I visited this particular branch it took 10 minutes to get 2 McFlurries even though there was no one else in front of us and plenty of kitchen staff on hand! EDIT (20-SEP-2024): Much improved since my last visit and my visit today. Quicker (even though it was busier), cleaner and the staff smiled too at the counter when serving - much better!

Absolutely disgusting. Nothing was fresh. Chips tasted lije they were few hours old then warmed up then cold again when arrived. Everything was cold. Delivery driver clearly had a few orders to delivery which kept changing estimated delivery

I Ordered a Hamburger without mustard and onions. I got a hamburger with onions on it so I kindly asked the a staff member to get a new one without onions, she looked me rude and just took it. I got a new burger WITH onions on it again.

Stuff not helpful at all I wanted to pay at the counter waited there for more then 5min untill I didn't asked them to come maybe I would stay longer even they see me waiting with a kids service as well so slow 😑

Seems like it was prepared way too early before a delivery driver was even assigned as it arrived stone cold. Had to put it in the microwave! Whilst it was delivered on time, from the time of ordering it took over 40 minutes.

McDonald's offers a reliable, if basic, fast-food experience. The burgers and fries are consistent, but nothing stands out. Service is usually quick, but can vary. It's a solid choice for a quick meal, but not particularly memorable.

I didn't think that this branch could get any worse than my visit last year; but they did. Incredibly slow and surly service. Complaints from other diners flying left, right and centre. Poor quality food and drink. It was that bad I went to Krispy Kreme for a better coffee.

courier did not bring the food to the door and I had to go out to collect, the courier did not understand English.

It's a terrible place, the machines don't print receipts, employees lose orders, they don't put the ordered products and sauces in the order. No apologies from the staff, every day they work worse and worse. I do not recommend visiting.

2024 Aug, update. Saturday evening after a cinema outing. Fairly busy, no queues for machines though. Food was bland, unappealing. Second McDonalds this year. Mind vision much tastier than reality. Staff businesslike, polite but unfriendly. Used to be weekly customer, but now wouldn't miss if closed.

It's a solid McDonald's, not crazy slow unless it's packed full. Relatively clean and roomy on the inside with a play area for kids.

All of my food was cold. And I hadn’t recieved half of my order. I had a burnt bun on my mcrispy and my large chips look like a small.

We sat in an area that was open 10 minutes later they closed the area we were sitting at for "cleaning" we told the manager and she said it was because of low amount customers they made everyone move and as we were sitting waiting for our food they wouldn't let us bring our food up as apparently they cleaned it even thought it was very dirty overall very disappointed as this was the last place we found to eat. Avoid if you can rude employees and no respect for customers. To add to this we had to wait 20 minutes for food that was barely warm even though it was apparently made fresh. Even people that came up were made to move and not allowed to sit and eat.

Waited for food for 30mins. One guy started putting chairs around the area where we sat already with other people around us eating to"clean". The shift manager said she told him to start cleaning up. It was 3 hours till closing time and they blocked the are off with chairs with us eating there. Wouldn't allow other people to sit down or anything and would ask them to move. Really poor experience.

Our visit was horrendous! About 30 people waiting for orders, there didn't seem to be any actual order they were being made, we ordered 2 ice creams and a chocolate milkshake all of which were melted by the time we got them, honestly I'd stay clear of this place and just head for burger king instead

Had food delivered to the table, and there was an unspecified sauce on one of my selects. Raised it with staff, and initially, they shrugged. It was only when my partner suggested it was second hand that it was replaced. After we received the replacement food did we noticed the high number of flies on the wall and ceilings. We left pretty quickly.

As I stood and watched my £15 meal being prepare, I was horrified to see the person putting the burgers into the food and finishing it off, just throwing them in and slapping the sandwiches together. Sure enough when I opened my food the care in preparation shone through in the presentation before. Awful, awful, awful.

we received no dips, when ordering nuggets you gave me the option of 4 dips, I selected 4 and received zero dips, why bother with the option when they never turn up.

It’s an achievement to prepare pre prepared food badly. Fries undercooked and soggy. Actually left them untouched. Similar with chicken nuggets. Undercooked and dips were put into the box with the nuggets. Very hygienic and convenient. Restaurant manager should have a word with whoever prepared and packed the order and take a good look at how the food is prepared packed and delivered. Good ended up in the bin. Even coke was flat and watery. So.

Cold food, Spilled drinks and missing condiments added to order. overall disgusting and will not be ordering from this mcdonalds again.

Another delivery with items missing. No chicken nuggets. Hamburgers instead of chicken burgers. Missing Chips. Also no care taken making the burgers. Must be a hard job......

It's now 20.15pm and my order hasn't been delivered yet! I hope it comes soon.

took so long apparently preparing the order - the delivery window changed 3 times - despite the courier already being there that my food was stone cold and half my drink was spilt and the bag was sodden

Order confirmed at 23.45, it was due for delivery at 00.00 - 00.15. Update said driver was at restaurant at midnight, the arrival time moved to 00.50!! Doesn’t take 50 mins to flip a Big Mac!! Order not received!

Driver was very friendly but I can see my food was picked up 7:23am and it went around town centre for a good 8min to pick up other various orders. Then my order was delivered last. Coffee & food was warm and hash brown was cold

Not delivered, waited three hours. Phoned and they said there was no driver.

Ordered a MacDonalds meal for my two grandchildren. Arrived minus one fries and a toy. Explaining to the 3 year old why she didn't they her meal or you but never mind I got a refund shows an unbelievable lack of customer care. Appalling service and won't use the service again
