The food was cooked fresh. Friendly staff

Refund requested and I left. I ordered a breakfast meal, and whilst awaiting my order, I watched the staff member prepare food. He had a thin blue mask, which was not on properly, and he was coughing whilst facing the food on the prep area and storage racks. He didn't cover his mouth or turn away. He also left food partially prepared on the counter for around 4 minutes, going cold whilst cooking other ingredients to complete the order. I mentioned it to the manager, who appeared indifferent, so I got a refund and left. Poor hygiene standards and quality of care. I will never visit again

Staff throw funds together always get it wrong items missing. Never any till receipts in self ordering machines. Total let down.

Absolutely rubbish get food delivered 2 hours late and just eat and uber eats are a joke too can’t get anyway with anyone what’s the point of being called fast food DO NOT USE THIS MCDONALDS !!!

We went through the drive through. There was only 3 vehicles in front of us and it took about 20 mins before we got our food. So much for fast 🥺

i ordered through uber eats. they was preparing my meal for 2 and a half hours and i still haven't got my food as i had to cancel it..they didnt want to let the delivery driver in as they locked the doors while customers were still inside..not recommended and mad.. some dumb employees

Absolute worst food, service and staff I’ve ever experienced. Took me 15 minutes through the drive through, due to 3 staff members play fighting. Rats running around outside, and food EVERYWHERE on the floor of the kitchen. When I went to complain to a little manager called Imran. He says ‘that’s fine, shall I take your order’. Just went to this place today. Ordered BigTasy meal. There was an misunderstanding between staff. Called manager for sort the issue out. But manager even worse the issue. Absolutely nasty please. Poor service and management. Not recommend at all.

I had an issue with the chilli chicken sandwich as it was overcooked and quite inedible so I brought it up to the counter, spoke to one of the staff who then mentioned it too the manager, he came over asked me what was the issue with a very disgruntled attitude, I explained that it was overcooked and that I couldn't eat any more, he wasn't very happy that he had to replace the burger and responded "yea whatever", very unprofessional and unhelpful, shouldn't be a manager if you can't accept criticism.

Ordered 1 n half hrs ago on just eat... delivery time keeps changing 10 minutes later 10 minutes later no1 is answering the phone. If you can't fulfill the order just refuse it instead of leaving us waiting. What a joke. Some1 finally answered the phone but doesn't want my order number or address 'everything that's been ordered has gone' so rude honestly customer service is -10 🙄 food arrived nearly 2hrs later freezing cold.... sort your staff issues out!!!!

Quiet, clean, and food came quickly. Order was correct.

Disgusting staff. I received a McSpicy instead of a McCrispy on my Uber order. ((The second time this has happened)) Made a complaint and rang the store to let them know they made a mistake. The rudest staff members answered the phone. I rang on the 7the of December at 23:44. I asked her if they’d just sent out an uber order to which she said “I don’t know, I’ve just started”. I explained the order and that it was wrong and I was letting them know I made a complaint and they need to watch out because people are wasting their money on food they can’t eat and it’s happened multiple times. She said “well you should stop ordering from us then” in an awful tone. I said “what’s your problem, do you not like your job?” She said “what’s your problem, you can’t handle spice” then proceeded to shout at me and hang up the phone. I called a further 5 times and they refused to answer the phone. I waited 5 minutes and called back, she answered again, I asked for a manager and she said “there’s no manager in”. I asked when they would be, she said “I don’t know” and hung the phone up on me, a customer, AGAIN. How can you be so rude on the phone? That’s not customer service at all, that girl needs to be fired and I’m going to talk to the manager tomorrow.

Need to update Google maps, not 24 hours any longer, restaurant doors locked, informed by the manager working. Would recommend going a mile down the road to Forster Square

The just eat app sent the delivery driver to an address in allerton, even thpugh im in queensbury. This has happened twice now and i am still trying to get a refund from another macdonalds order. Eventually food arrived cold

24hr mcdonalds that shuts at 23.45 !! Doors locked 5 people all trying to get food that can’t fit through drive thru in vans and then lets an ambulance driver in but no one else. This Maccies is shocking, absolutely unreal. Not only every time are the chips over done, under-salted, selects thinner than a finger and burgers cold, the order is never right. Half of everything myself or my colleagues order from this establishment is missing and forever reporting it on the app. Head out a little further to Shipley or five lane ends McDonald's and it's spot on. Either they can't get the staff to do the job right or they're up to something else.

Drive thru only due to after hours, I was the only customer at the drive thru, yet the food was cold.. It appears Just Eat and Uber eats etc etc take the warm food.... Seriously who is managing this restaurant? They need to be fired on the spot. EDIT:- Just drove through the drive thru paying £10+, I asked for sauce and the jobsworth on the til said I needed to pay for it.... Imagine that coming from a company with a gross net profit in 2023 of $14.563B... Absolutely despicable... Meanwhile my local takeway trying to make ends meet happily gave me sauce with no extra charge.

the food was cold stuff was wrong but other than that most of it was right js gave us small chips instead of a larve. I appreciate the effort though
