What the actual heck mcds Can't just get it spot on. Missing a burger Missing drinks Flat cold Do not order You can't even speak to a human with just eat I only ordered online cause car off road never again mcds multi million pound organisation should be ahasmed utterly deplorable

So i ordered on the app as i had accumulated lots of points over the past months, So i decided it was time to put them points to use and ordered 6 burgers and 4 fries for 27,050 points. The app took my points off my balance and and gave me a code, when showed to the cashier to collect my food the code didn't work. The manager seen the code and the food that was ordered and that the points had been taken from my balance but because it didn't work when she typed into the register she wouldn't honor the points deduction as a genuine order. So i had to reorder the food again and use double the amount of points for the 1 x order of food. The manager said its not her problem that the code didn't work on her system and she wasn't willing to do anything to help me and walked away and wouldn't speak with me anymore. when the second order of food finally came after around 20 minutes of waiting it wasn't even hot, luke warm at best.

Drive through done in wrong order, followed by a massive wait!

Not now a fast food place,numerous visits always waiting, pot luck if meal is hot,warm or tepid

Wasn't here, didn't indulge in the most wonderful and needed breakfast, I'm on a diet!.......honest

The food was lukewarm for once, which is unusual since it’s usually served completely cold. It cost £30, and despite that, me and the kids were still hungry. It just wasn’t worth the money at all. I also thought the saver menu was supposed to help save money, but it didn’t feel like it.

I don’t think I have ever received a McDonald’s delivery with the correct items.. they always forget something, I actually think they do it on purpose. It’s not hard to put things in a bag but yet they seem incapable ..

Looking at the map of the delivery man he went a very strange and long way round to get to us. We live about 3 minutes drive from the restaurant. As a result the food was cold on arrival

Fui a almorzar, conduje a través del camino y la anciana en la ventana 2 quería 10 p.m. para un baño. Estuvo en numerosos McDonald’s alrededor del Reino Unido y nunca se le cobró por un baño “gratis”. No podía pagar con tarjeta porque no tenía máquina de tarjetas en la ventana 2 , así que no sé qué esperan. La comida estaba fría cuando aparqué. Recomendaría este McDonald’s a absolutamente nadie. ¡Necesita cerrar!

Whether you go through the drive through or order in store they always seem to miss items off your order, a one off I can accept but 4 out of 5 visit with items missing or wrong is not acceptable. Be prepared to wait for your food, only on a few occasions going through the drive through have I not been told to park up and wait, sometimes for as long as 15 minutes. Even ordering in person seems to take forever.

I ordered 2 fillet o fish meals and 2 cookies.paid almost 6 pound for cookies. but never got the cookies

very cold food courier had multi drops then they offer me £2.89 comp even though I had to go to the restaurant to change it rubbish you should be ashamed just eat the courier must have more than 1 phone

DO NOT ATTEND HERE. Waited 10+ minutes. Food was brought to car in an absolute mess in the bag, everything fallen out of packaging and burgers broken up like road kill. Gave completely different burger than what was asked. Would not bring the correct one back to the car so we have to go in and they refused to give the correct burger because it was not listed on receipt.

Milkshakes were like water - totally melted yet the food was cold 🤷🏻‍♀️. McFlurry intact

my food was cold when it got delivered so I had to warm it up in my microwave when really the food should already be hot plus I ordered a mc crispy meal but I got a normal cheeseburger meal. This makes me angry 😠

Order took an hour to arrive from the time it was ordered. It showed as ‘preparing order’ for at least 45 mins, when it arrived it was cold.. which makes me wonder when it was actually prepared and why it wasn’t delivered at that time. refund asap

Poor quality drinks rodered a really hor drink just for it to come with a broken lit and spilt all over me and ordered a caramel frappe for it to be not even blended amd newrly choked on an ice cube absolutely disgusting

Missing items yet again McDonald’s are a joke of a company

never again will I order from here. ordered 2 boxes of 20 chicken nuggets and only sent one so my children were upset. how can you mess up simple order. plus chips were cold and scraps so had to get thrown in the bin

when i pay for delivery that is for all items this has happened lots of times with drink and ice cream i buy at least 10 a week if this happens again i will go else where the staff are incompitant

What a disappointment.... First of all they tried to charge us 10p each for ketchups and only gave us 2 straws for 4 meals, the guy rolled his eyes when we asked for a couple more... Then we had to wait for our order to be made only to find it was barely warm when we got it....

Tracking the driver and he was no wear near my address turned up 15 mins after he said he was out side witch then meant my meal was all cold

This place should stop offering food delivery. Not only does the food always arrive cold, but the wrong order is also delivered and they won't refund you for lost sandwiches or for delivering bad tasting milkshakes. Avoid this restaurant

Not the courtiers fault but the estimated delivery time just kept changing from 16.10 to 16.30. He was at the restaurant but waiting for order. When it arrived it was cold.

The food came and was really cold. My salad and soft drink were warmer than the burger and fries. Two bites and it went in the bin!! I went through the Just Eat website to inform them and was offer a £1.88 credit! Very poor service

We went for breakfast this morning, the pancakes were absolutely rock solid, unable to eat. The sausage patty was edible, but only just. The knife and fork just bent trying to use it. Never again, all went in the bin. Was a drive through and didn't have time to go back. What a waste of money.

Ordered a medium Fanta may aswell ordered a small Fanta drink was half cup and the fries was a joke hardly no fires and freezing cold ordered 6 chicken nuggets and got 5 absoulte joke.

We had a missing item from our order which always happenes. Contacted just eats for a refund was told we could not get one! So restaurant makes a profit of customers! When you contact the restaurant they just tell you to contact just eats! It’s absolutely ridiculous! Why are deliveries not being checked to make sure all items are there? Would literally take an extra minute to do this happy to take customers money not happy to provided what they have paid for!
