McDonald's in East Renfrewshire

Worst McDonald’s EVER! Always give the place the benefit of the doubt because it’s local but everytime without fail they either forget your food or drink & don’t add additional items to your food as requested. Scunnered with this place, it has been the same for years now. If you do decide to buy something don’t expect your full order. I never leave reviews for anything but this place is a joke & poorly managed.

Christmas eve so took 4 year old for a treat and got drive thru. I asked the guy on the collection window twice for a book in the happy meal as that's what my daughter asked for. We then parked in bay 1 for 10 minutes before our food was taken out to us. Once we got home we found the happy meal have a toy!! The staff clearly don't care at all. On top of that it looked like my big tasty was put together by stevie wonder. Complete mess in the box! Not a good McDonalds!

Incorrect order with items missing from delivery. Had to drive to location to sort it out. Was clear why as soon as I arrived, another customer complaining, place appeared poorly organised, prepped food piled under heat lamp, so much so other food sitting outside heated area on shelf, seemed to be no urgency to clear prepped food. Staff quite dismissive and rude to delivery drivers at counter who were asking about their own orders, while I was waiting on my own order correction. Haven’t used mcds in a while but on tonight’s experience it has gone seriously downhill and wish I hadn’t bothered as “Christmas treat specials” were really disappointing

The staff were nice. I obviously don't eat McDonald's "food" out of self respect etc, but do sometimes have to meet people at a McDonald's for work. This particular branch smelled of vape fumes; places like McDonald's will attract vapist types. Been a while since I was last in one, but I suppose all McDonald's branches will probably stink of neuro-debilitating pound-shop chemicals these days.

the hot apple pies tasted spicy like cinnimon never tasted this before so the 4 i ordered went in the bin also i ordered cheese bites with 3 tomateo sauces and the sauces were missing the order was just a waste of money not happy

I never got my order when it said it was delivered and the meals were for my daughter and her friend I had to get my daughter mother to order us an other 2 meals I was not happy with the service

arrived cold asked for no lettuce or tomato but arrived with it and received the wrong juice

Nearly £40 order and had to bin the lot! This isn’t the first time either. Food was freezing, kids happy meals were anything but happy! Total waste of money !

Missing chicken nuggets from a happy meal again! 4th time this has happened. Never order from the thornliebank McDonald’s.

McDonald’s was fine. But the man delivering my food was rude and disrespectful. Demanding a tip for delivering my food, rubbing his fingers together and saying you tip me now I came out in this weather to deliver your food.

I am absolutely appalled at my order this evening, I ordered a cheese burger happy meal, 2 MCcrispy meals and 2 m&m mcflurrys and I received a 4 nugget happy meal, 9 nuggets, 5 selects and 2 chilli doubles and to top it off the delivery driver sat outside my block of flats for over 10 minute and then showed up with a face full of his own McDonald's which he had clearly been eating in that time. Safe to say this has completely ruined my birthday

I didn't like the service. The order took a long time to prepare. The burger arrived barely warm, the fries were terribly cold, not tasty at all, instead of a chocolate cookie they put a donut (that's still ok), milk with an expiration date until tomorrow (this was disappointing because I was planning to use it with coffee, considering that the shelf life after opening is 3 days).

i asked for my wrap crispy and it came as grilled, on the receipt it says grilled but i made sure i tapped crispy. i want another one.

Delivered someone else's order, never came back. No dinner. Always something when ordering a delivery.. Won't bother again.

Food is just so bad now. Burgers and fries taste old and stale. I’d bet they have been sitting for hours in the restaurant beforehand.

Missing items as per usual. Whoever’s in charge of reading the orders then bagging them clearly needs to be trained again and then again once more. Every time I order from here it’s the same thing. Nearly £9 worth missing absolute joke

As has been the case with the last 5 orders, there was none of the sauces arrived. Other than this, it was fair and accurate.

They forgot the chips with the quarter pounder meal also its was cold and the restaurant is literally 5 minutes away 😑 my son had to go down and show the order on my phone to the order on the bag was completely wrong..they are hopeless

staff did not care about timings lied to me on the phone, "oh look the driver is here" said this for almost half an hour but stopped answering phone all together, then held the driver for extra time on arrival hot food cold and ice cream melted. food may of been nice warm but we'll never know. would of been better buying rustlers burgers

Got a delivery via uber. I asked for extra pickles, because they are soo good. The request was done amazingly. It wasn't just one extra pickle slice, their pickle game was ON! Thank you McD Thornliebank Team. Update, got next to no chips in my order and the phillie burger isn't good at all. Imagine a double cheese burger with 'crispy' onions.

Food was ok , but the delivery driver Was too Roude he ask for the pin kids gave him the code and he ask the kid to give me the phone in my hand and kid refused to hand him over the kid and literally he’s screams at my child and child got scared and she got upset .

Sat an hour waiting on food for it to be delivered elsewhere. What’s the point in having codes provided if the courier isn’t even going to ask for it. I hop the person who has the order enjoys there meal

Ordered a McDonald’s and wait time was initially 30 minutes. This kept moving and eventually after an hour and 20 minutes it arrived. It kept saying the courier was at the restaurant, however when the food arrived it was stone cold, the McFlurry was melted and I had 2 very disappointed children! App is very unhelpful, can’t speak to anyone and you can only post on a form when you need help. Have asked for a refund as it went in the bin and even that can take days!

Delivery guy went to the wrong door

Given the wrong food order. Had ordered a mozzarella share box phily cheese steak meal and five chicken selects but was given a chicken and bacon ceasor wrap meal and a chicken sandwich meal. Drinks where at least correct which was good.

Chips weren’t cooked properly.. underdone. Asked for fruit shoots got Tropicana. Asked for books with happy meal got toys. Asked for two separate McFlurrys got the same. Always the same from this McDonald’s. Never a 100% correct order.

All food was warm and fresh, delivery time was great and driver delivered it with care.

Food was so cold, took about an hour to get which is very unlike this particular McDs, seems very off for this particular store in general, I am extremely surprised at the lack of care for the food today and the time it took to get to us, I live 5 minutes away, the most it's ever taken before was like 30 minutes. Very disappointed today.
