Worst McDonald’s ever Can never get an order correct - EVER We especially enjoy ordering through just eat so we can wait an hour for a delivery with no drinks, or missing fries. SORT YOUR STAFF OUT and stop destroying my local McDonald’s

horrible food got completely wrong order took over an hour and can cold will never be ordering again, sort it out

I used my points to get a big mac with one piece of meat removed, and when i received my food there was no meat in my big mac at all.

How can I, please get my money back for the burger I didn’t get? I stupidly didn’t check the bag contents at the counter. Came home super hungry and no burger. I would like to get my refund. Thanks

Service I had a tea didn't get milk or sugar or even asked then had to que to get it as nothing was on the stand it was empty burger was cold so was the fries they try was chucked on the table people waiting stood in front of table and they wasn't even busy

Second time I’ve orderd and they’ve missed 2 of my hash browns? Extra £4 spent for nothing

Drinks and McFlurry were missing and the hot food was stone cold

I waited nearly 2 hours for my order to come, and when it finally did I had no straw and the cheeseburger with no pickles had a pickle on it

Absolutley shocking. Call themselves a 24hr when they aren't. I work night shifts and pass this McDonalds on my way home and majority of times they aren't open. Anytime between 12am - 2am i've consistatly noticed this. When open, they take longer than 30 mins to prepare orders. Not good enough at all

I didn't receive my food and would like a refund please

my Big Mac looks like it's been though world war 11 and there are no dips that came with the order and my chicken loose and the bottom of the bag like it's been thrown in there

Forgot my 20 chicken nuggets McDonald’s workers are thick

Driver shouted at me down the phone as he couldn’t find the flat and was walking round for 10 minutes refused to come to house and deliver

terrible service this morning took forever to be made, was cold when did get it had to go back. Staff didnt care no apologies wont be going to this Maccies again not one staff member deserved to have a job would sack the lot of them

Order on the app and get stuck in the drive through for 10 min then told to park up and another 10 min till it gets delivered to the car 🤣. Go to the Mansfield one folks , it'll be quicker.

Didn’t receive food because driver went to the wrong address , currently still arguing with these to get the problem rectified.

did not arrive! driver sat at the wrong address. ignored all contact. then said delivered. this is theft.

never turned up driver must of took my food as they send you a code and my food says delivered but not turned up

Third time using the drive through since this branch has opened and missing items off a £60 order, shouldn't really be getting a medium sized order wrong.

McCrispy Deluxe: 100% chicken breast fillet in crispy, crunchy coating topped with hot and spicy mayo, caramelised onion compote, seasonal lettuce, bacon, red onions, cheddar cheese slice and sourdough style bun.

Would be better if the food was warm

forgot the sauces yet again.. if you have to have sauce with a meal from here.. forget it

Sadly McDonalds does not offer a non gluten menu which is a terrible situation in 2024

Delivery driver struggled to find me but good communication. Very polite and apologetic. Food was spot on.

The worst McDonald I ever was. Fries was burnt. They should be gold, not half brown. They don't taste like fries , I feel just oil. I put them to trash. When we asked about oil, they said they checked oil in the morning and was fine. I was at 5 pm, so I don't know how fries tasted at morning but ours was horrible. They were just dry and full of oil taste. Burgers was fine in taste, but there was a lot of oil in them. Crispy sweet chilli wrap was a joke! He was small, so I opened wrap and was 2 tiny pieces of salad. Wrap was almost empty. In others McDonalds always I get wrap full of salad, cucumber, and chicken. I don't know if it is a staff issue or if the owner tried to do McDonald in the cheapest way, but people should ask for better quality of food. I know it is not a restaurant where you buy healthy meals but still they should keep some levels of quality. Lady who work there was nice, and we get a refund for wrap , I don't want to make me a second one. I regret I don't ask for a refund for fries, but I just wanted to leave that place. I hate it when I spend money on food made just for cash without any cares about customers. I added photos of wrap and fries I bought 20 minutes later in other McDonald. Gold fries and full wrap! You can see different even if photos from 2nd McD were made in the car. Edit: I forgot, they forgot to give us about large fries , when I asked they give us but anyway on the end they finish in trush.

The only bad this about this was I am missing half of my order I got one thing that I ordered when I ordered a lot more, I am not every happy as it did cost a lot and now I have to do it again.

No option to cancel thanks to Just Eat.. rang the restaurant who said I need to contact JE as they can't cancel it this end.. no option available - completely disappeared.. then the Indian order that I HAD cancelled successfully.. turned up?!!? Don't think I'll be using this app again, customer service is a joke!

my drink floating in bottom of delivery bag. had to go search for driver he couldn't speak English or read road signs. didn't understand or didn't want to understand complaint will not be ordering again. this is not first time 3 times.

Disgusted with the service. Supposed to be a 24hr. Not remotely true at all. Ordered food. Twice cancelled waiting days for a refund but managed to order from another restaurant.

I don’t think I have ever known a McDonald’s as consistently poor as this one. I have never known them actually have stock of chocolate milkshake. My neighbour works late and often tries to order a milkshake at 2am and every single time he has been denied as “systems are down” so they can’t be 24hrs as stated. I have just ordered a treat for half term lunch (minus chocolate milkshake) and was sat in the drive thru lane whilst no less than 6 vehicles zipped past me in the other lane. I just assume one of the workers has a novel to read between taking orders. When I finally get to the window I then wait another 20mins before getting my food. I get it is high demand, I get the staff are young and trying their best but everything here smacks of poor management in my opinion. Try Ollerton or the new one opening at white post, just avoid this one.

Kept going to the wrong address, I had to message multiple times. Read all my messages and didn’t reply, I asked him to call and he just ignored all messages.

Ordered breakfast rolls with ketchup only to get home and that's all that was on the rolls..! Ketchup... Manager was rude when I rang up. Absolutely useless

Visiting a restaurant so close to a marina gives eaters a rare experience of positively charged ionic air to breath. I find this particularly revitalising and so was mindful to consider this whilst making my order. It didn't even matter that I couldn't see any water on our way to or from the marina. Just knowing was quite enough for me. What I didn't know was that there was another floor that I only spotted on the way out. Poor signage I say, shame on you.

I didn’t get the 6 nuggets I ordered and also all my food was wet as my drink leaked on the bag

The order was late and no hash browns with the order! Not really sure how hard it is to read off a screen and put in a bag! Poor!!

Haven’t received my order which I ordered at 6.30 tonight. I have been on the multiple times and keep getting fobbed of saying there waiting for a driver. It is ridiculous having to wait all this time

If you try to gen a coffee at 4 in the morning the sistem is not working, you need to wait 30 minutes and after when you go back , you need to wait another half hour, and is not the only site that is doing this, so this is not an 24h restaurant

Ordered a wrap meal amongst other things. They left the wrap out. Didn’t realise til home 10 miles away. Seriously how hard is it to count 3 items into a bag

Medium paced food. There's nothing fast about it from this McDonald's. You never just get your food, you're constantly having to park in the carpark for your food to be brought to you. This shouldn't be the standard Breakfast is always a massive queue. Are enough staff working the busy periods? I don't think I've ever been to another McDonald's so consistently slow.

Ordered a double cheeseburger and when i opened it it was a mass of tomato ketchup and a dismantled burger! Absolutely shocking! No wonder the reviews are so low!! Lots of training needed in my opinion.

.maun meals are Expensive. Go for the offers, drinks are not cost effective.

Why do you have cyclists delivering drinks? There was less than half when it got here. Chips was horrible too..my dog enjoyed his though

All was fine with McDonald's and delivery.

Went in yesterday and it was empty but rubbish was pouring from every bin , tables covered in rubbish , floor filthy , Went to the counter to order food and explained to the girl about the rubbish she said OK I will get them to sort it , you couldn't miss it one bin is right in front of the counter , We then sat for about 10 mins waiting for food looked over and could see our food just sat near the heat lamps, 5 mins later she brings it out and the chips 🍟 were freezing and seemed old , took them back and was ignored for a good couple of minutes , finally guy took them and said he would do some more 4 more mins and a lady walks to the counter with other food and says "when I've took this outside I will come back and do the fries 🍟 by this time my burgers been sat at the table 6 mins , we then managed to eat our burgers and everything before we even got fries , service was slow even though nobody other than maybe 10 people , can't see this Mcdonald lasting which is a shame was lovely when it opened

Kept changing the delivery time, and the food was cold on delivery, milkshake melted .
