Worst coffee ever and I always get a double instead of triple when I order

literally every time I go through the drive through at the moment they prioritise just eat and deliveroo. can be waiting half an hour at times. and it's worse because you chase it up once and it's suddenly ready in 2 minutes. you shouldn't have to do that. food is obviously fine but the service is pretty poor at the moment.

This establishment never ever gets any orders right and always blames just eat, uber or the McDonald’s app! Staff need better training and service skills. Abysmal. Cold food. Multiple delivery’s.

Bad service..The manager was not helpful as we needed more sauce on our burger because it was dry with less mayo.They refused to fix the problem very bad for the business to have such staff who doesn't care about the customers.

I placed an order on the mcdonalds app and the order arrived missing items. I called the store to complain and they were dismissive and unhelpful, i'm claiming the money back through my bank and won't order from here again.

Order printer hasn't worked for nigh-on two years. Any iced items (shakes, lattes, McFlurry etc) are rarely available because "the machine is being cleaned at the moment". Staff at the drive-through call me "mate" when I have never ever met them before. Food can be hot but that's on a good day; mostly Luke-warm. Essentially, I'd recommend avoiding.

Kept adding time on so I couldn't cancel the order and the food was freezing when it arrived

I have Ordered multiple times from this Mcdonalds, they never get the orders right, food is always stone cold. always missing something. Went into the mcdonalds a few times and they never seem in a rush always take ages to recieve my orders. I will not be ordering or returning to this Mcdonalds. Definitely need better staff.

The delivery driver stood outside our house having a conversation on his phone rather than delivering our food. Our food was freezing

I ordered 3 dips with my order and one ketchup with happy meal and I didnt receive any. Its not first time. Please give people dips which they order. Where is the problem?? This is inhuman!!!

all food and cappchino are really cold. when I first ordered delivery was for 10:50. arrival time kept changing and finally delivered at 11:45pm. absolutely gutted as cannot eat or reheat the food and cannot get other food delivered

I ordered a terrys chocolate orange pie and the pie was apple but the packaging was terrys chocolate orange and I payed 40p for sauce which wasn’t added

Chips nuggets and burgers were Cold one wrap was smashed and one drink was a bit empty the delivery guy also didn’t have the food in the thermal bag

Food was all cold, the driver drove into City Centre before coming back towards Warmsworth. JUSTEAT, you need to monitor these drivers it’s obvious they are having more than one account and taking on numerous orders. Terrible service.

Excellent service and delivery on time

I will never use Just eat again. I tried cancelling after the third time the delivery window was extended. There was no option to cancel. I tried phoning. They don’t offer support by phone or chat, only generic answers that don’t help. The food arrived an hour late and an hour and a half after ordering. It was cold.

Consistently forget to read the order. Ask for no cheese on burgers and they give me cheese and even when they get it correct the items are cold or missing

I've had just about enough of this McDonald's it's definitely the worst in Doncaster and the staff never put sauces in weather it's a order or a collection. It is just laziness as it says on the receipt or order them and they just can't be bothered and they always do it every single time. If I had 50p for everytime I ordered and my sauces weren't there I would be a multi millionaire by now.. there hasn't been a time when they have included my sauce and in the store staff are rude and ignore you and too busy play fighting and poking each other to serve you on the till or give you the missing items from your order it's shocking don't you understand?? And also from now will just go to KFC or elsewhere because it's beyond a joke and really annoys me everytime and such a unprofessional place

Placed an order for breakfast only to have it show for delivery the following day before 7am. The order was placed at 10:45. Last time I checked breakfast is supposed to be served until 11am. TERRIBLE service.

Chucked a burger together. I asked for no lettuce and Paid for extra cheese. So how can it come with lettuce and no cheese. Double whammy errors at the same time. My order came and they sent a wrap instead of a double quarter pounder burger . Rest of order was fine but my son is autistic and funny with food so will not eat the wrap. We’ve had to order all the meal again

Not many times food it's fresh and warm. But this time was all fresh and warm on delivery option 😊
