Mcdonalds - Fareham in Fareham

As a family of 4 we ordered a delivery from Fareham West Street. Yet again they failed to delivery our full order, why do I keep ordering you ask??? Because the kids love a McDonalds. Ordered via Uber, no issues with delivery but a burger was missed out. Called and spoke to the Manager and was told there was nothing they could do and I need to report it to Uber. Well as we know, the deliveries are now in a sealed bag so Uber weren't to blame. It was McDonalds who left out the burger yet they wouldn't send another one out even though the restaurant was full of delivery drivers. Crap service again. Nearly every order we place has something missing.

Absolutely awful. Half hour wait for two breakfast wraps whilst just eat etc come and go with their orders seemingly fast tracked. Luke warm food when we did finally get it that looked like it had been thrown together. And completely lacked flavour. What’s going on? Come on McD sort your customer service out. Fast, decent food, hot and delicious not slow, substandard, cold and tasteless. It will be a long time before McD Newgate Lane, Fareham get any more custom from me.

Terrible service at this branch as usual! After a delivery a while ago with missing items we thought we’d try again. Food was picked up by a driver which then drove all round Fareham before delivering. Food was stone cold Ice cream runny. Waste of money will never use again.

i normally love this place eat here quite often never had many problems but today was different. i ordered 2 brownies and 2 milkshakes too my table. first off all the forgot one of my brownies but then when i asked for my second they told me i didn’t order a second and had to re pay even tho i had the receipt. after ordering my second brownie to my table the worker decided to come over and chuck it onto my table in front of me. just thought this was quite rude since he spoke in quite a rude manner to me and my friends before this.

Ordered for delivery through mcdonalds app. For the second consecutive order my main burger was missing. Phoned restaurant, who apparantly had no record of my order.

This restaurant is absolutely diabolical on customer service when ordered via mcdonalds app this restaurant was the responsible for packing the food and preparation then passing onto driver to deliver. When my order arrived i was missing two items so I decided to call this restaurant and say there were items missing. When i got through all I got was its not our responsibility its uber eats fault and we won't do nothing about it, now considering the missing order was for my young child so he went without. Their attitude was "not our problem so what" the management did not even attempt to try and resolve the issue just palmed me off to uber eats. If they prepare and pack the meal its their responsibility and not the drivers. This restaurant is absolutely disgusting on customer service and food preparation.

food arrived late and stone cold. very poor company, avoid at all costs. This company serves up junk food at its worst.

Half the order was missing and the rest was cold. The manager had a bad attitude to customer services and no compression of consumer law. I would avoid this discussing establishment in the future.

Went up to macdonalds between finishing one job and starting the next. Placed an order for myself and 3 others, Ordered 2 happy meals an adult meal, and just large fries for myself. Got back to work to find my fries and the other portion of fries both paid for but missing. I phoned them up and they refused to deliver my missing items.

Ordered via Just Eat. Received plain cheeseburger with no burger! Shop said to complain to Just Eat. Pathetic. The printed order was correct. They just couldn't be bothered to put a burger on the bun.

What is the point in having maccies breakfast menu if it’s NEVER on just eat or Uber in the mornings, it’s a bunch of rubbish

Ordered a chicken legend with spicy Mayo and no lettuce and got a ridiculous amount of sauce, which completely ruined my burger and wasted my money. Disgusting.

Visited off the cuff, and while the chips were Luke warm the rest of order was as expected. what I would like to say is that the girl on the door was helpful and polite. I was seated and observed her treat everyone the same, repeating herself over and over again, she assisted anyone who required help, she also remained calm and polite dispute the numerous members of the public who were not. especially one who was hostile and aggressive towards her Come on guys be kind she was doing her job there is no need to behave badly and a grown man intimidating a young girl is just plain wrong So managers beware she did a grand job

They have about 10 iq combined, and refuse to fix your order, your much better off going to the McDonald’s 5 mins down road at Holbrook

Located on a pedestrian mall. Typical fast food-no surprises there. Employees taking orders at the counter were friendly.

Very nice hot and tasty meal and a few winning monopoly food vouchers enhanced the experience. Very attentive and efficient waiting staff too.

Abundance of single use plastics. Disappointed although recycling available staff were putting waste in all the same bin

Visited today at 3pm ordered and paid for meal on screen and took a table number upstairs to a spare table. Received food 15 minutes later which is slow to say the least and food was lukewarm at the best. Upstairs was dirty with rubbish...

They charged me and didnt put my apple pie in the bag. I got ripped off and am now starving. I work very long hrs and need to eat. I come here every thursday, the service is always slow and generally not good.

Tables unclean, toilets disgusting, rubbish all over the floor and food was cold. The girl serving had a huge love bite on her neck and got our order wrong. We won’t be returning.

This example is so much worse than every other we have been to - anywhere! There is seating upstairs, but forced to sit downstairs, we feel like we have to sit in a massive queue, and the noise from the kitchen/serving area is awful.

Slow to react to spillage in the main part of the restaurant, but did give the lady who dropped it a free drink. But think they could have offered to carry her food to table. Food slow service and mixed up orders so food cool...

Located fairly centrally. Usually quite clean. Service is acceptable but can be quite slow when busy. A major contributor to street litter.
