Ordered large fries was more like small and wasn't cooked disgusting

McDonald's are absolutely useless when you order a delivery never get orders right and food is always cold items was also missing, there customer services absolutely stinks staff are so rude.

There's nothing fast about McDonald's these days

Absolutely rubbish. Paid for a meal which didn’t arrive even though it said it had. Only thing I got was you have to go through just eat. When I complained put phone down on me. Absolute rubbish. Now told it was left on my doorstep. It wasn’t. Obviously delivered to wrong address but I lost my money anyway. Won’t use ever again.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. This is the worst mcdonalds I have ever experienced, the only we come here is because it’s closest to our car charger. As other reviews have stated, they without fail ask you to park up every single time, even early in the morning when nobody is around. How hard is it to put a burger together ????

Well I waited 20 mins after driving through and being asked to park up. Eventually went into restaurant!. Was told order still with kitchen. Eventually got food and drink and drove home. Oh dear I have watery hot chocolate, cold coffee and haven’t a clue who’s order I got but definitely not what I ordered and certainly not what I paid for🙁

Worst MD I've been to. There is slow and slow and this is just pathetic. Avoid!

tables always dirty ,food always missing from order ,once i have waited 30 minutes for my food and insted of mccrispy they served me mcdepression ...dry horrible chicken,drop of mayo,my chicken died of dehydration before it was dehydrated even more and than cooked.and the worst thing is i had to wipe my table twice after previous customers left mess that wasnt cleaned . time to start looking for new macdonald .avoid this place

People say you get what you pay for. Well not here. Sometimes you get a complete surprise. I use this place probably 2-3 times a week. It local and has a drive thru. Being disabled, the drive thru is a massive thing for me. I often pop in for a sausage breakfast meal with a coffee on my way to work. As I don't like eggs, I request they don't include one. Often, it has an egg. Sometimes they don't include the cheese. I like cheese and have never requested they remove it, so why it Sometimes doesn't have any, I don't know. Sometimes the coffee isn't a coffee at all. Like this morning for example. I don't know what this is, but it has whipped cream on the top and doesn't taste nice. I just ordered a coffee. I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru to collect the wrong food. Then the drive thru queue was so long, I didn't bother going back to complain. As I said, I'm disabled so getting out and walking in is a task. I have complained before about wrong orders and you get the apology and a code for a free meal, but nothing has changed in all the time this site has been here. C'mon McDonalds.

App didnt update so not sure re delivery time. Food was cold. Coffees had been spilled and bag was soaking. Ended up with 2 half coffees. Not impressed, considering cost. Why use bikes??

Absolutely disgusting staff just stood around chatting been in bay for 30mins iam not the only one there's been 4/5 customers going in to complain missing a top meat patty out off a big mac how dose that even happen no toys in happy meal disgusting staff just socializing never again

I wasn't happy cos my food did not come I only got drinks I got an email saying I was gunna get a full Refund but I only received £21 from my £36 order

Excellent menu with loads of options and alternatives depending what you want. Nice staff who are always willing to help

I know the weather was poor (though only raining here so could be worse), so expected a long wait but I ordered at 12:53 and finally got my food at around 2:15. Food was flat cold. Courier was extremely rude; he knocked and within 5 seconds knocked again and was getting ready to walk off in the 10 secs it took my husband to answer the door. Barely said a word bar asking for code. Would normally give a tip for anyone coming out in bad weather but not him unfortunately. His attitude stank.

Ive ordered from here a lot. My last few orders have been awful. Items forgotten or i get the wrong burger? how can you just not follow an order properly?

Too many orders at this place and with it having a drive thru they are over run with orders and not enough staff or space. This effects the quality of service and food standards.

I went to the drive in shortly after 11am so early lunch and was asked to park in a spot to wait while they prepared my order. When the order arrived the chips were like warm and stale and the burger had obviously been around a while too. Absolutely disgusted.

Worst McDonald’s ever- large Big Mac meal- bun was stale, 3 strands of lettuce with the smallest dab of sauce less than 1/4 inch in size on one side of the stale bun. Chips stale tasting and all of it STONE COLD - the burgers were left sitting for 10 minutes whilst staff ran around like headless chickens. Asked for a warm burger only to be given another cold & stale one. Disgusting

Left the sauce out of the order for the chicken nuggets

Everytime I order from here the chips are awful, there cold and so hard it’s awful to chew I throw them away every time it’s like there over cooked not nice like it usually is

Bad service ask you to park , brought the food 5-10 mins later and without the receipt too, the latte tasted like it was watered down.

If not the worst McDonald’s I have ever been in, customer service is absolutely terrible, they either don’t talk to you at all or talk to you with attitude. The food takes years to get to you and by time it comes it’s always freezing. They can never get the right things in your order your absolute mongs and I make wonder why u all work at McDonald’s, cannot even make food that’s frozen. Should be shut down.

Got a delivery order sent wrong by Uber eats so I took it back to the restaurant. Lucy who served me was a massive help, she sorted it out for me quickly even though the restaurant was really busy.

Ordered Double Big Mac and received normal one? Order was cold and the meat tasted off. These guys at this restaurant always mess up orders and it’s not even a busy restaurant. They need to read the orders properly!

We waited nearly 20 minutes for our order when we were the first people in store. Food was cold as a result and place seemed poorly managed and understaffed. The person that was cleaning that day was more helpful and attentive than any other staff or that manager that day, and she is the reason I’ve upped the service rating to 2*. Place was clean but food took ages and service was not great.

Paid for dip missing and totally wrong drinks sent that were paid extra for. Till receipt on bag correct but items wrong. Food items correct and warm.

Food isn't very good chips are always cold and under cooked there breakfast aint that nice and service is slow busy or not busy you can be sat in drive though waiting a good few minutes before someone takes your order at any time of day

Food is either luke warm or cold and sometimes missing items,ok if you don't mind waiting for quite a while. Usually groups of teenagers hanging around inside. Not much of an atmosphere. Focus seems to be mainly aimed at home deliveries and sometimes struggle to find a parking space because of all the delivery cars parking everywhere but their designated spaces.
