McDonald's London Road Carlisle in Carlisle

Different month n still woeful service..Obviously management are happy that every month they fail.. 25 mins and counting for a drive thr..just appalling service and sat waiting for a very simple order on a quiet icy tuesday at 8pm..⁰too busy focused on deliveroo..quicker to walk to city centre branch than this farce

Absolutely no service, no staff and orders taking far too long. Basically avoid at all costs unless you are desperate and starving

Nice helpful staff but very slow service in the evenings, only me and 3 cars ahead but stuck here in the drive thru Q for 20 mins... Maybe someone has gone to tesco for more frozen chips????

Wir waren in urlaub in England , und haben dieses McDonald’s besucht. Unser Aufenthalt war fantastisch. Das Restaurant war sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter waren besonders freundlich und das Essen super lecker und frisch. Das spiel Bereich ist perfekt für die Kinder unsere haben Mega Spaß dort gehabt. Gerne wieder!

I felt the need to write this review to acknowledge what a wonderful team works at the London road branch, can only comment on the service led by a lovely manager on a Saturday morning (lady with purple hair.. sorry don’t know her name) The service is always welcoming and professional, the food is always hot and freshly cooked and the team are well mannered and friendly. People are quick to complain but as I’ve worked in hospitality for many many years ( too many!) I like to congratulate people when they are doing an excellent job in a difficult industry. Keep up the good work with that smile on your face as always and this lady and her team are a credit to the branch.

Went for lunch as a family of 3. Nice atmosphere, my son was given a colouring pack, we felt well looked after. Food was fresh and all the adjustments we made - correct. Nice spot for a quick lunch. Good to see a play land outside and well maintained car park with plenty of spaces. Will be visiting again.

Really friendly staff. Food was hot and chips were well cooked. The tables were lovely and clean. Recommend this for anyone looking for fast convenient food.

Decent McDonalds. Restaurant and toilets were spotless and the customer service was fantastic. Good food that was hot and served quickly.

Rubbish maccies, waited 20 minutes for our order. After 10 minutes of waiting asked the McDonalds worker where our order was. He said it would be 2 mins but it took 20 minutes for them to make our order. Burgers were cold. There was another woman who complained about chips and coffee being cold to the McDonalds worker. Absolute piss poor service, I will NEVER go here again.

Come here if you want to waste your time as they get your orders wrong and take forever to give a new one I went today for dinner with my sons and they got basically 1 of the orders wrong I’m not a Karen but it took forever and the food was not even warm

I know the bar for service in McDonald's is low anyways but this took it to a whole new level. Waited half an hour for one meal that takes 30seconds to put together only to find out that my meal had been made and left to sit in the corner of the room for the full half hour and when I seen them try to give me the same food I told them to make it again which she claimed to have already done. 2 mins down the road and my whole dinner break wasted and I find that the food is cold like I expected and all over the bag along with the entire portion of chips emptied into the bag as well. Save yourself money, time and stress. Buy a pot noodle, they contain more brain cells than that whole workplace.

This is the 4th time i have visisted this mcdonalds and use the drive thru every time i am told to park up and wait for my food i its not a big order only on my own.... not fast good at all

Worst McDonald’s to ever exist! Every single time i use the drive through I’m told to park up and wait whether they’re busy or not….I wouldn’t mind if the food they brought out was hot and was being freshly cooked but it comes out freezing so it’s clearly just been sat on the side going cold. I’m told to wait every time!!! Last time was over 25 minutes we waited….not exactly fast food!!!! Slow food cold food absoloutley shocking service. Never once had a good experience at the London road Carlisle McDonald’s!!! Never again

We were told to park up we waiters half a hour before anyone coming back, only brought one of our orders and when asked by the manager what I was waiting for she basically called us liars because she put them in the bag, waited another 10 min before only have the order was brought then left as we couldn’t be botherd with the manager again.

My wife took my son and several of his friends here for his birthday, there was a few of them and it was busy and took well over 45 minutes to be served. They spend £50 in the restaurant and then received a parking fine for a further £50 for overstaying the 90 minute stay. Spoke to McDonalds who could not have cared less. Excellent way of alienating customers

They never seem to get an order right! Raw food, ask for no tomatoes due to an allergy and get tomatoes. No chips. Seems like everytime I go to this McDonald’s something is wrong! Sort it out.

The service level at this restaurant is abysmal the drive through only want to talk rewards then when finally served and paid every car had to wait in the car park as nothing was ready

Wanted to try their latest offering so turned off the M6 to sample the Chicken Big Mac. It was ok. Didn’t look great in the box but tasted fine. Not sure their signature Big Mac sauce is the perfect accompaniment to chicken burgers though.
