McDonald's Oldham - Huddersfield Road in Oldham

The worst branch of McDonald's. This is due to the lack of supervision of the workers who work in the branch OL5 2BY, especially in the evening shift. The workers who are not crowded at work. I went at 1:45 and there was only me and there were four workers. I waited for more than half an hour to order and they were asked to wait. In short, there is no manager over them. The workers do what they want with all boldness and deliberate respect.

McDonald’s Huddersfield Road This mess is the replacement double cheeseburger for the one that was stone cold but it’s ok because they gave me some lukewarm fries by way of apology not very good at all

When we went this time, the chips were called tasted like they had been fried in Old Oil wasn't very impressed with it

Got to be the worst McDonald’s in Oldham this place. Food is always freezing cold and the staff couldn’t get an order right if their life depended on it.

Currently waiting at the Oldham McDonald’s on Huddersfield rd. priority for delivery and just eat Told to park up and waited 25 minutes for 1 order. Poor staff are getting loads of earache from ppl waiting in their cars. Terrible management

A complete let down, the food took 20 minutes to be ready and it was cold , now my wife has stomach pain all night. Avoid overpriced and low quality.

Driver left all food at McDonald’s and only brought a bag with 2 drinks in, Was told to sort it with McDonald’s nothing he could do. Really?

Driver sat outside in his car and refused to walk to my door because it was raining, I explained that I couldn't leave the house as I have 2 young children. Eventually I had to run out and look for his car which was far away from my house as the food was getting cold, THE FOOD WAS FREEZING and inedible

Been going (on occasion) over the past few years. The past few visits in particular, the quality of the food has been consistently poor. Food is always cold/stale and partially filled fries/drinks. Considering prices have obviously increased a fair amount as well, it’s no longer as competitive on pricing, so even worse value for money now. Maybe standards will improve, but I doubt it.

Over an hour and half late and absolutely stone cold. Two tired and hungry kids. Delivery time constantly changing. Even the milkshakes had melted. Not the first time. Last time the delivery driver took our food for an hours ride before delivery.

Most of my food was either cold or tasted reheated (especially my fries), my so called “chilli double cheeseburger” only had one burger on it & no chilli (the whole reason I got that burger to begin with), with a couple of hastily threw on jalapeños & to top it all off, the lid of my drink wasn’t properly secured so I lost about a third of it. All in all I rate this experience a 4.5/10 (& that’s me being generous).

Missing 2 apple pies and the McFlurry was not Maltesers it was chocolate orange and my autistic son hates orange Once again Mc Donald’s mess up a simple order

Very poor, yet again! 4 lots of chips missing, and came late, extending the ETA by 4 or 5 times before finally being delivered. Every time we order from this McDonald’s something is wrong, it is a risk to reputation of both the McDonald’s brand and just eat! My advice, choose something else tonight!

I genuinely don't think this place could get an order right if their lives depended on it, the amount of money they take off people for missing items they could hire at least 5 staff to actually check orders are correct before leaving the premises.

My order was freezing when it arrived then he was asking for a code I didn’t now what he was on about so wouldn’t give me my order I ended up snatching it in the end kids was screaming while I was waiting I’m disappointed then j had to warm the food so 2 of my kids wouldn’t eat it

If I could give less ratings I would! Where to begin the food was cold, there were no sauces even though we asked for 4 sweet and sour and 3 bbq. The cheesy bites came and looked nothing how the cheesy bites should look! Will never order again and will most certainly be reporting this to higher authority!
