Mcdonald's Restaurant in City of London, Westminster

Flavors in food and drinks different from those in Spain, I liked Cocacola better, very neglected and dirty.

I've eaten here a few times while visiting London. Food is good and people serving are friendly. This is a small place and sometimes can be busy so it's hard to get a seat to eat inside.

Feels like the service has improved a bit. It is very random with the amount of salt in the fries.

Manager who was working the morning shift on the 28th December very rude and took her time coming to the till and then after waiting 5mins for her to actually take my order she refuses to take my breakfast order at 11 am after wasting peoples time standing around chatting

service was terrible, had no sauces , got 2 top side buns on my burger , flurry was melted and staff were rude. also got my food in a delivery bag for some reason. would avoid

Food was cold, buns were not toasted properly, service took forever, rude manners and very dirty tables

Normally I try to avoid bad reviews however it's getting frustrating. So please be aware. For lunch items they will most likely miss something so you will end up walking out with a missing burger. Breakfast they will give you the opposite of what you ordered. Honestly could do better.

Absolutely outraged with the way the young man preparing the breakfast hot food NO gloves at anytime just his bare hands Food safety regulations here definitely not followed never again

Sad place where the food is like the atmosphere, very demoralizing. A strong point: orders can be made in French 👍👍

Disgusting filthy place that send out nasty cold food, when you complain they lie. This is the night staff I am talking about. Nasty nasty people, I will be coming by tonight for my replacement food.

The service is a disaster, the waiting time is sooo long, the employees are walking around and spinning around and don't know what to do, the fries are undercooked and raw in the middle. One female manager moves as if she was working there as a punishment

If I'm too hungry, I don't have to eat. It's not comparable to Hong Kong. The price is higher and the level is lower.

If you know one McDonald's you know all McDonald's. The food tastes the same everywhere. And McDonald's sets this claim for itself. OK for short-term satiety

Visited on October 2, 2024. Extremely slow service, they didn't care if something kept beeping and flashing. Meat poorly seasoned, chips without salt (maybe due to some UK restriction). The overall impression of this McDonald's is terrible

Refused to let us sign for our food with some silly excuse about midnight. Unfortunately we couldnt eat there for that reason.

It takes a very long time to wait for the order, the workers just walk around the workplace, everyone does what they want, they walk around talking, the potatoes were not available and before they put it, it took 5 interesting minutes to be prepared, after my order, to talk about nothing

Did not include any tissues, any sauces or any straws for the drinks we orederd. Very bad service. Good thing was they were on time.

I have waited more than an hour for what?! To get my food cold! Very cold! If I have waited I would at least appreciate to receive it

The staff were incredibly rude.

Visited 09/09/24 between 10:30am-11:30am. Service was slow compared to other mc Donald’s branches I’ve visited. All staff were smiley, friendly and engaging with customers however the duty manager lady was not happy. Very grumpy and no smiling or even bothering to look at customers. I tried to engage in convo and also asked for ketchup to which it was just left on the desk for me to reach out. She didn’t look happy at all and for a company the size of mc Donald, she should be more approachable representing the brand. I was shocked to say the least. I doubt I will be visiting this particular branch. Not a big branch, however they have basement seating and a standing bench upstairs. Toilets available here too.

Small shop really not a sit down restaurant. Staff was quick and got the orders right. Fries both times we got them were a little soggy and no salt.

I do not recommend waiting more than 2 hours

Always a good call for a family stop to grab a bite or some refreshing ice cream or milkshakes. Seeing regular staff there illuminates the place is well organised and staff retention is high which allows for absolutely outstanding service, food and atmosphere.

great but I have given nothing to certain drivers and had a great experience from them this time I contributed £1 and the courier did not give me the impression of great fulness

The driver told me to leave my door and come downstairs to collect the food from him I had to leave my young siblings alone to collect my food this is NOT WHAT I PAID FOR

every time we order happy meal nuggets we never get the sweet and sour dip. which is for the children. they are very disappointed as it's not something we have at home. we don't get napkins or straws. just not what you expect.

We arrived here late on Monday to grab a burger, the kitchen can best be described as understaffed and in chaos. It took us over 20mins to get our order. The burger was burnt, the fires were cold and the salad was messy. If you are looking for late dinner options, look elsewhere

I always had a bad experience in McDonald's bayswater .. every time I ordered drinks they give different one.. like now I ordered 1 med toffee latte and they just give me just a latte and it's cold one.

Absolutely terrible. Burger meat and fillet fish burnt to a crisp. They simply do not care but will take your money.

My order was very late, very cold (couldn’t eat the chicken select), wrap unbelievably cold, no straw for the milkshake or drink. Spending £22+ and refunding £8 was appalling. Check my order history and check if have never make this complaint before. Please I want a full refund (the chicken select is un-eatable (still have it in fridge honestly), I cannot eat it. Too cold.

Amazing delivery driver 5 stars !!

The driver stopped on the way here. I don’t know what he was doing but halfway here he just stopped and didn’t move for 20 mins. The food was stone cold and disgusting.

The food was cold, the delivery driver left my food at reception on a side not even with reception, my drink coke was water.

Nice McDonald’s on the high street. Seating is a bit limited. There’s just a few seats downstairs and nothing on the ground floor.
