Slow service and not very well trained staff, they get confused very easily. Otherwise a nice spot with good food.

Order by drive-thru, when arrived at home, missing a cheese burger 🤔

You never know what you're going to get here one day the food is okay another it's absolutely rubbish sometimes the staff are friendly and helpful other days they are rude and offish, one time I went there and the food was nigh on thrown at me through the drive thru window and slammed the window shut before I could say anything if it wasn't so cold on the day I would have gone in and seen the manager, go here at your own risk.

Service was okay, always busy and way overcrowded and nowhere to sit, won't be going here anymore.

Ordered a big mac no cheese instead of doing a fresh burger they just took cheese out of one but some cheese was left so I know it wasn't what I ordered it was a delivery so couldn't do alot about it had to re heat all the food so not impressed at all thought staff should know this is not how they do orders maybe they need more training would have give it straight back if I had been in store won't be in a rush to order from here again

Tables were not cleaned. Rubbish left.

Best McDonald's experience I've ever had and been to a lot over the UK! Ordered via the app and only waited 2 mins to get my order which is a record, as usually you wait 10 mins plus in most McDonald's! The food was boiling hot, which shocked me as I don't recall ever seeing my McDonald's steam from any other McDonald's. The staff were friendly and I even got a free double cheeseburger which I assume was a mistake, but no complaints. The only downside is the amount of rubbish on the ground outside, although that's on their customers not them in fairness. There was someone cleaning it up but the amount was insane. Apart from that 10/10 experience, thank you

Original estimated delivery time was 13:25. Order only arrived 14:05. The McDonalds is less than half a mile away - I can see it from the living room window. Courier was apparently sat there from 5 minutes after the order was placed (so from 13:10). Nothing about order was complicated - nuggets, chips and cheeseburgers. When the food eventually arrives, the fries are all overdone and under salted, the patties are falling out of the buns and everything is stone cold. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

I ordered a big mac meal and they sent the chips and drink but no burger i am very unhappy about this and would like a refund .

The worst mcdonald's I have ever visited. We went through the drive-through and been told to park and wait. We waited more than 20 mins but no one came. When we went inside they had no clue about the order and later on we came to know they gave our food to some other car. They made a new order and gave me cold fries and food was not good either. They took the wrong order at the beginning, too. I will never go back to that mcdonald's and hope no one experience this worst service from them.

Severely understaffed. Food was slow, no one on the counter to talk to or handing out food the kitchen staff were doing this as well as preparing food and no one in dinning area clearing tables

I got the wrong order u got a filet-o-fish and a M crispy and a Fanta when I ordered a mcrispy cheesy delux 20 chicken nuggets a Diet Coke and garlic mayo

I asked for no sauce and onion and when I bit into the wrap, there was onion and the sauce

The worst experience, bad service, I ordered a triple hamburger with double cucumbers, onion and mayonnaise, they gave me a double, I made the complaint, they changed it and they gave me the new one triple with two pieces of cucumber and some tiny onions that are not They saw, I complained again and they gave me another miserable portion of onion and no mayonnaise or cucumbers. On top of that, I noticed how the staff did not use gloves to handle the food, and how they threw the food on the tables without even putting a plate, paper or anything. , so that the food does not come into contact with bacteria or dirt, seriously poor hygiene, and the staff without gloves handling the food, touching it with their hands, touching other kitchen instruments without washing them, I did not eat the hamburger, I had to throw it away, for just see, the way of bad hygiene

Worst order I have ever made and I’m genuinely not going over the top here! I’m disgusted how a place which is 10 minutes walk away has been this shockingly late. Actually let me rephrase that, the order didn’t even arrive but they still took my money and completed the order. Never will I use JustEat again!

Useless franchise. How would i order again when today i have ordered only drinks for takeaway and driver is at the restaurant and didn’t prepare the drinks for already an hour. Not recommend. Starting from the manager up on last worker all ceiling and enjoying time at work and customers waiting an hour for just four drinks.

Hello. I don't like to write bad reviews, but today this place got on my nerve. Food is good everything okay with that, but workers. I dont understand today we went after work to order some food for takeaway and like always they didint gave us everything and it wasn't even busy they had just couple orders. Of course we rushed and didint checked, but still they like want to make more money like that or what. We so disappointed in this place and McDonald's company 😓😔😔

Claims to be 24 hours but it aint. There was an asian looking member of staff just ignoring customers today at 4am Kept all the lights off and didnt care to explain why he is not serving anyone Avoid this place

It was over an hr late. I had some food missing and it was very cold. Don’t order it pick it up urself.

Staff was walking around behind counter eating chipswhile serving me, one member of staff was eating a burger while salivating all over the chips.The music was so loud I had to ask to turn down because they couldn’t hear my order when face to face, they did turn it down and not even 60 seconds later it was on fall blast again.

Stole cold food as your poxy driver couldn’t find my address was on the phone to him and he wasn’t listening to any of the directions I was giving him!!!

Tried contacting due to a delivery gone wrong, called multiple times only to for the phone to be put down on me, when I did actually get someone on the other end, they told me I kept breaking up, as I was trying to tell them that I have a stutter, they ended the call. I did call back multiple times, only for the phone to be picked up and no one talking on the other end while hearing people talking. Absolute disgrace

They normally keep people on long wait. The staffs are not sincere. I had lots of bad experiences at this branch. Specially for takeaway they take too much time to deliver product and staff don't communicate nicely. If you call them they will show you their back and look away. Frequently it happens that food are missing. They don't pack the food properly so most of the time it happens that food becomes cold and drinks spills because of not keeping it properly in the holder. Their delivery service is the worst of all McDs. Management should look into it ASAP with great importance. Food is good and the atmosphere is lovely.

This is my local McDonald's and I like it. Service here is normally quick unless it's a school break. Nice play area for kids, and lots of seats with tables offered. Plenty of parking spaces. Cash and card payment options. I highly recommended you are visit this McDonald's
