This McDonald’s is so so awful. If you have one that’s further way it’s worth the extra drive because every time they get the food wrong. Missing items, never any sauce in the bag and never listen to requests. Eg. No cheese, asking to pay for extra sauces. Come here if you have lots of time to waste to keep asking for correct order and missing items :)

Always good food. We have used the drive through and delivery for meals anytime of the day.

Even after pre-ordering, service was extremely slow. Food delivery companies taking absolute priority and take huge bags of food away constantly, waiting customers are very much left to wait...... A very long time indeed. When the food order finally arrived it was hot and fresh though. Clearly they need to increase capacity or restrict food delivery companies ability to place orders at peak times in order to cater properly for customers on site and drive through.

Love this restaurant. The staff are actually friendly, it's always clean as the cleaners are onto dirt as soon as it hits the floor. Foods always nice.

I have to leave this review as I haven't been to this Mcdonalds for over three years (After moving away). 3 Years ago it was poor. whenever we went the food was poor, wrong, cold + never ready by the time you get to the final window " Can you park in bay 1 please" So tonight we were delivering christmas cards and swung by due to the time. So nothing has changed and possibly worse. After 10 minutes, we made it to the speaker to order. After 10 minutes of being ignored, we finally got to order the food (Luckily we order via the app). The code went through and we moved on two window number 1. Nobody there, so we drove down towards the collection window. After waiting for maybe 5 mins for the car in front to finish complaining ( I don't blame them as they had to find a space and wait for thier food). we got to the window and although our code had been accepted plus nobody was at the previous window, the lady at the window proceeded to say we had done the wrong thing. When I told her that nobody was the window, She told me there was but going between windows ( Like we should know). plus when we were at the intercom, one had a lady and one had a many talking. Anyway after being informed of the correct procedure, we had to park up and wait for food (surprise) So just to bullet point After receiving the food Chocolate milkshake (Tasteless) Fries - cold plus no salt 5 chicken selects - No sauces as per our order. So the short version is Still the worst Maccys I have ever used in food quality and service. I only gave it one star, so I could write a review. sooooo bad.

Worst mcdonald's I've ever bought. Food was completely undercooked. Bacon and fries looked boiled, bread bun was doughy. the lettuce and tomatoes looked to have seen more heat. Couple of times a year I find myself in a mcdonald's because of work and that's once too often. This was just garbage. Deliveroo we're in there taking food out to people who were hopefully cooking it properly at home. Why would anybody order mcdonald's to be delivered? Bazaar.

Bins overfull. Tables not cleared. Mentioned it staff who proceeded to forget and not ask staff doing nothing to do something about it

So much for open 24h my partner and I waked down at 00:30 and it was drive thru only! To me that’s not 24h that’s 24h with limited service! Absolute joke, what a waste of time!

Deliveries are terrible. Items always missing and stone cold despite the short distance the food has to travel.. Big Macs were a sloppy mess clearly thrown together . Fries were cold and old and the apple pies had gone way past their expiration time even before point that the order was made. Family deal was ordered and ended up with half af family very disappointed as they had no food. Awful McDonalds…!

Sadly the cooking oil was old, also we had to wait a while in carpark, tho server was hurrying so maybe the place was short staffed

Every single time i go here there’s either a massive wait or no salt on the chips then this time i get charged £5.98 for a latte coffee Go to the McDonald’s down the road at weavers wharf’s muchhhh better

Beth and Chloe were brilliant with sorting out our replacement order. They were very helpful and couldn’t do more to assist with the order. Thank you very much to you both!

It’s rare to get the correct order, then by the time they sort it and you actually get to eat your food, it’s inevitably gone from lukewarm to cold, and more annoying there’s never a “Sorry about that” or anything close.

Nothing fast about this place. Always end up parking up and waiting. The app only works half the time here too (works fine at lots of other locations)

This has got to be the worst McDonald's I've ever ordered from, always something missing, I've never had a straw when ordered a drink. There's obviously no check process. Ordered a pancakes and sausage. No sausage, no syrup and no cutlery. Disappointed

Terrible McDonald’s. Used the Click and Serve option in the app as I had the kids and dog in the car with me. Waited nearly 25 minutes then had to chase. When the food finally arrived it was stone cold. So a complete waste of time and money. I definitely wouldn’t recommend visiting this McDonald’s 😡

This place was amazing. The best McDonald's by far. Pleasant staff. Although there were cars in front of us in the drive thru we got through quickly. And the best thing of all was the food was hot! That's very rare. Excellent service and food.

Went in on a sunday afternoon it was absolute chaos. Used the order board which im not a big fan of. There was not table service option which would've helped a lot as everybody stood by the collection point inc. all the delivery drivers. It took so long to get served and the food was bland typical Mcdonalds. Really wont be rushing back *** update been back a couple of time still no table service. 1 of the only Mccies that dont offer this service 😢

Superfast service even when really busy. Great bunch of staff who want the restaurant to be as good as possible. Parking and drive through are available too.

New to the area and been here at least 5 times and all where terrible, you have to wait at least 20mins for your order, there's flys absolutely everywhere and you can see people packing your food without gloves and then wiping their faces, I am so disgusted. I love mc donalds but this branch disgraces the name.

Go through drive through to wait in the car for 55 mins for my food then what a waste of my time

I waited 22 mins for a simply burger fries and cuppa of tea collection in-store I counted 11 Uber driver waiting for food then the team taking ages checking numours bags dotted around to be collected, it's was crazy I've never seen so many large brown paper bags You deliverys are taking preference over customers in-store it's a joke you need to sort it 22 mins is not fast food I had to ask for my tea be replaced as was to strong and cold Kiddyminster branch is a joke you should be ashamed of the service I received this evening ! You are loosing customers you need to limit Uber deliverys

Ordered tonight around midnight through the drive through was told to park up, took around 20 mins for the food. Staff were miserable. Also me and my partner was given really bad stomachs from it and feeling generally very unwell. Won't be visiting again.

Quick service on this occasion 👍🏻... Food far to cool once home, less than a mile, seems the norm for this venue 😐 Outside saftey not good. Cars speed into the drive-in road. Cars able to do this due to poor design to access the drive-in queue 😏

They send me to uber eats for a refund and uber eats gave given me a refund of 2.93 when the burger cost 8.99 both times! They pass the buck to uber eats but they are the ones that bag it! Disgraceful and dismissive never ordering again from them and I will push it higher, fed up of people passing responsibility on when they know full well customers won't be refunded for full costs through uber eats policies!

Three people each ordered big mac's and fries via the app whilst on the car park. One meal ready quite quickly the other two was a long wait, member of staff did apologise for this. We ate in so there was no delay before eating but we all found that although the fries were hot all the burgers were nearly cold. This made them unappertizing and not enjoyable. Due to the time and the fact that we were half way through a journey we did not want to complain and have to wait again for replacements.

The food was good but the service was rubbish as we went with a friend to get food and she had to wait over 20 minutes to get her order

Absolutely appalling!!!! I ordered my food through the drive thru at 23:51 was told to park up. I was sat there until 00:21 when I decided I’d had enough of waiting it was a Saturday night on a bank holiday weekend so I knew it would be a little busy so I wasn’t too annoyed at this point but I went to the front door I tried to speak to someone and was shouted at because: they was busy and didn’t have enough chefs on the kitchen. My order had been sat on a the side for god knows how long as it was instantly ready when Ive asked about it. Part of my order was cold so told this person that and she shouted at me again snatched the food from me and took it back. Was told well it’s not like you’ll find anywhere else open at this time. No signage to say there would be slower service as they was short staffed… there was loads of Uber eats orders flying out the door but people who ordered there was waiting for 30 minutes minimum. I’d like to know how long I’d have had to of waited for if I hadn’t had went and asked about it… when I got my food the second time it was still cold!!! But I didn’t dare tell her again!!! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere!!! Like she told me she just wanted to go home (so did I after a 13hr shift) there were supposedly 2 chefs so they were struggling to make the food and yet the food was already made but sat there because no one was running it, but she was just wiping down a self serve screen. Not much of a team player.

More than half of the cars in the car park were people who’d been to the drive thru and been told to park and wait. There weren’t enough spaces for everyone and I waited for more than 15 minutes after I’d parked

Have never once got the full 20 nuggets and have been parked up to 20minutes in the car park sometimes waiting for the food.

Was very busy , server seemed to have no interest, food was average and never like the pictures oddly enough

A few times I've stopped here, hoping the previous experience was an exception. Service is always slow; expect to wait 20 to 40 mins for a meal. Delivery orders take precedence over the drive-thru, which takes precedence over waiting customers; the kitchen wasn't designed to handle this volume of orders, and the staff can't keep up. When you do eventually get your food there's a good chance at least part of your order will be lukewarm and incorrect. Ditch the deliveries and focus on in-restaurant service.

Pretty standard mid afternoon snack of cheese burgers and 6 nuggets. This is located right on a busy roundabout next door to a car dealership.

Can't comment on the atmosphere as we ordered via just eat. After a long day running the pub we wanted something fast. We ordered what we wanted and waited over 45 mins for delivery as we do not have a car. When it arrived it was Nothing to shout about at all. My mom's quarter pounder was burnt, my dad's burger looked as if had been kicked around the floor and all of the food ordered was stone cold when it arrived. All sauces missing for the nuggets and not enough straws for the amount of drinks ordered. Tried calling them several times but to no avail so ended up microwaving the entire order just so we could have at least something to eat DO NOT RECOMMEND

Supposedly a new more tasty recipe for the Big Mac which I think is not as good as the previous recipe. The noise from the tills or machines drowned out the background music and was very irritating. Not a cosy atmosphere.

This is the second time I have used the drive through and yet waited 20 minutes on the car park for my food. Taken it home to find only 16 nuggets in the box of 20 that I ordered. Tried to call to complain with no answer.

Me and my family have just been here. It was discrasful. The staff were shocking. Half of them were outside chatting about what there having for dinner later and on there phones. The chips were half way full and not ONE reached the top of the box. My sisters burger came as if it was made by Stevie Wonder and kicked around the floor . This has ruined my holiday and were not even there yet,I was really looking forward to it too. I do not recommend this mcdonald's.

This is the worst McDonald's I've EVER been to and trust me I've been to a few. Most the staff were outside and what little that was left inside were mostly talking between themselves or zombieing round chanting how tired they were. I had to ask them to stop talking and sort my food out. The worst thing is it was the shift manager who was the top waffler so there was no chance with the others. Chips not even half full and my daughters burger looked like it had been put together by Edward scissorhands himself. Had to ask them to remake it twice as I'd asked for no sauce so came away with two free Burgers but it still didn't make up for the burger she ended up eating that looked it had been steam rolled backwards and forwards for two solid weeks. Not happy, do not recommend will not be returning.

Chips are always cold, they make them in bulk leave them standing there then put them into your bag, a McDonald's for 2 people now costs near enough £20 I want to be served hot food, I always have to take my cold chips back and ask for fresh hot ones.

Ordered a breakfast to be delivered at 7am this morning. It was so bad. The hot chocolate was extremely watery and vile, more like hot water. i couldnt drink it. The hash brown was cold and stale, like it had been sat around for hours. The McMuffin was barely luke warm. It all ended up in the bin. What a waste of nearly £10!!

I'm not a fan of McDonald's food , but it's OK sometimes . Normally missing items , you always have to check your bag.

Not to sure about service, me and my disabled friend walked down for some food but they wouldnt let us walk through the drive through for food even though neither of us can drive due to our disability, and the actual restaurant wasnt open. They actively discriminate against disabled people after midnight.

Waited in drive thru 5 minutes untill someone finally asked us our order. As we pull up to the window after ordering. They say we haven't ordered

Cheese burger had been thrown together with sauce covering half the outside of the bun the cheese had not even started to melt and couldn't due to the low temperature. Even the nuggets didnt taste like any I had eaten before from other outlets. The worst

I don't recommend it. Yesterday I had taken a hot chocolate and coke from drive thru, and this was the time I got the worst hot chocolate, like something like hot water. Worst and there is no option to get back to them because we were travelling.

The Mc Donald's in Baglan is the best one I've eaten in. In my personal opinion.

Hit and miss whether the food is of decent presentation or correct temperature. Is what it is, hardly going to get a Michelin star any time soon.

Sat in drive through late at night after travelling over 200 miles home and the tills were down fair enough but they told every car behind us and left me and the cars Infront for over 15 minutes until I asked them what's going on very disappointed in their staff

It's McDonalds, so expect inconsistent quality and service. The most consistent thing with Blackpole McDonalds is a complete inability to put your dips in when you order a drive thru, like, 8 times out of ten. Incredibly annoying when you order something like mozzarella dippers and get home and you have dipless dippers. First World problem, but it is too regular.

Long wait for cold food. Had paid for sauces but no sauces within our order. Absolutely shocking!

Thrice in the last week I have driven through the drive through for coffee with other items, and twice now they have got the coffee incorrect. I order a black coffee and have received coffee with milk twice, this is despite my checking the order screen is correct before I move forward to pay. Fortunately my lactose intolerance is only mild, unfortunately I only enjoy black coffee.

Just another McDonald's, nothing special & exactly what you'd expect. Recent visits there have been disappointing though. On several occasions using the drive thru, there's been items missing from our orders (and I'm not just talking about the dips!) but burgers/wrap or chicken selects which the main parts of the meal. Also food has been cold, and waiting times have increased. I can understand when it's busy or short staffed, but this evening there appeared to be the regular amount of workers and only 6 people dining in. We used the drive thru (we were going home) but from ordering to payment to actually collecting our food took nearly 35 minutes! We were not asked to park up, even though the parking bays were free, so just sat by the collection window. After having our food we started to drive off and guess what....no big Mac! Had to stop on the road and walk back to request it, the staff member apologised and I got the burger. I hope that things change soon, as there's 2 McDonald's in town, and although the other one is further away, I'm tempted to go there in the near future.

Food is usually ok, but they always forget the sauces. Advise you to check your order before driving away. Service on the drive through is slow, regularly have to park up and wait.

Ordered breakfast online at 10:20 and got there around 10:35. Took quite a while in the queue and by the time we got to the counter they refused to take our order as it had now just turned 11, they then proceeded to ‘give us our order if they had the supplies’ we ordered two sausage and egg McMuffins and hash-browns and a breakfast wrap, they gave us the hash-browns separately and not as a meal so it cost more and we only got one McMuffin and no breakfast wrap. Additionally they made us pay again for our order and we are unsure if we are going to be refunded

Disappointed. Firstly my food was cold and then I found a hair in the burger. The manager was apologetic and replaced the burger but I'd list confidence in the food and didn't enjoy it thereafter.
