Completely dirty and grimy, Iraq is cleaner than this place. The toilets must have never seen a cleaner neither.

Avoid like the plague. Awful. The stagg working here must really have life. If they had to get a job in the real world and needed a reference, there isn't a chance they would get a decent job anywhere else. The food is sloppy, they can't remember to add in items fir simply orders. If you don't like your job just leave. People pay for a service. This place is the lowest of the low

Never thought I’d be making a good review on a McDonalds. This McDonald’s is nowhere near the closest to me but I’ve been ordering it the past few times because the ones closest to me are the worst. I can tell this store actually puts effort into the orders will continue to order from here.

McDonald's has seriously gone downhill. Staff can't be bothered, food comes out like warm at best and any questions asked are met with disdain. Literally cannot think of any franchise worse.

Looks like there's kids running the drive thru tonight, swearing and laughing on the coms. Deliberately delayed the order. Very childish service

I don’t often come to McDonald’s but it was on todays agenda with my nephew who has autism on 16/12/2024 around 3:30pm, during our trip there was a lady cleaning, wiping tables and sweeping. I didn’t manage to catch her name, she had what I think was black hair and a hat, and a heart of gold, this lady went out of her way to ensure my beautiful nephew had a wonderful time as he’s highly obsessed with the grinch, she helped me buy him a grinch toy from the happy meals and gave him a grinch hat, flag and envelope, this absolutely made his world turn, it was greatly significant to him. We discussed how autism doesn’t define you as a person and all the amazing traits that come with it, we also discussed the beauty of Yankee candles haha. Anyway I’d just like to thank this lady once again for her amazing service and I really hope this review is seen and she is praised for her amazing work that may often go unseen. Thankyou lovely, you made our week!

Can be hit n miss, mainly missing food or long waits

Soggy cold chips and cold cheeseburger, not nice at all. Same happened at another store a week before, so its putting me off going macdonalds again! Its not cheap thats my issue!! So food should be hot, management need to step in and make sure food is hot. I ordered from the drive in, and opened the food in the car to eat straight away, so it should still be hot at this stage!!

One of the better mcds around.. Worth a visit. Drive thro very slow. 10+mins to get from ordering to last window. Dont seem to park-up any cars now, hence the delays

Place is an absolute joke run by kids who basically cant be arsed! waited 20 mins in the drive thru for them to totally mess the order up n missed a tenners worth of food off the order wont be wasting my money there again!

This is the only McDonald’s we use, only one that always has perfect fries, hot and how they’re supposed to taste! Food is good, aside from fries not much of a variable between stores is there. Oh! The ice machine hasn’t been broken once in the 6+ years we’ve been going here!

Restaurant didn't send dips AGAIN.

Kept pushing delivery time back. Took over an hour. Restaurant is 5 mins from my house. Food was cold, fries were soggy.

Never order McDonald’s. It’s become so slap dash and cheaper then ever. Green and black in my eggs and cold hash browns and no bacon in the roll…. I know it’s early but …£16 to be thrown away is a joke

I was so disappointed with this order, it was ordered about 20 past 4 and then it said was being delivered at nearly 7 o,clock,tried to cancel the order but couldn’t I will not be ordering anything else from just eat

I won’t be ordering McDonald’s again over just eat as every time there has something wrong or missing. And hardly ever delivered with straws for drinks. Deliver on time but what’s the point in that when it’s wrong. I submitted a request of wrong/missing items and got offered a refund not replacement.

This is unacceptable waiting around 1 hour for food that's cold and a ice cream that has turned into liquid

I got 5th time same issue before don’t know name of the shift manger the name is Michel She is very rude with delivery drivers . My delivery food was ready but she don’t hand over . Also there was 2 more drivers and she is dealing same with them . She always doing same thing if she go in other McDonald she is doing same behavior . please check the camera and see evidence time is 13:18 pm date is 12 November 2024 .

Staff were lovely! Food was okay didn't think too much sauce on a big mac would be an issue but it was. Atmosphere was okay but thats due to a busy dinner time. Would go again.

Order never arrived waited 4 hours

Extremely slow service - waited around 20 minutes at the drive thru window for our order only to be given food that wasn't even very hot. Updated to add information from a more recently visit - struggled for parking, no service to car. Went in an ordered from the app but order wouldn't go through as it said an item was unavailable but didn't say what to be able to change the order. Went to counter for help but was ignored. Left without any food. Definitely won't be using this branch again.

Food was hot and fresh, we were served by a lady named Irene, she was exceptional and couldn't do enough for us.

1st time using this McDonald's. Very impressed, order was correct, sauces included and correct and even a straw for the drink and napkins!!

cold. wrap missing, customed the vegan burger for vegan cheese, onion and lettuce only. There was no lettuce and no onion on vegan burger yet they put vegan sauce on it that I asked not to be put on.

Ordered 2 McRibs meals since they haven't been in store since 2009. Regret buying them. Tasted nothing like the original, cheap ingredients. Forgot the fries. Do yourself a favour and buy a Rustler's instead - cheaper, better quality than this trash.

Whole drink split and wrap customisation not followed

Just spent over £25 on 3 meals and nuggets at drive through, 2 meals wrong as per, one burger needed changing as it had cheese when told no cheese. Took them 3 attempts to get it right. When i got back to the car all the food is cold and i realised my burger was wrong too??? Hiw hard can it be??? Contacting McDs for refund and will never use this site again!

2 cheese burgers missing , and chicken nuggets STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Terrible! Everytime I ordered, it missing something. All drinks fell and left an empty cup last week. This time is missing 20 pcs nuggets. Called the shop, they not handle, the app doesn't have a place to reflect. Called the customer service nbr , then voice mail and hang up. Very very very frustrated. I have paid for my food. It is unfair and terrible. It is my fault, shall not order home delivery. I am too naive, too positive. Everytime I loss money. Terrible and ridiculous. I hate this very very much. So what? Who care? Money gone for no reason. Insane!!!

We ordered dips and not one was in the bag for us and some of us ordered select meals too. Not impressed specially as my friends payed for their dips too.

It was a drive-through. Staff are very helpful. The kids love the food. There is not much delay.

Snipe retail park Mcdomalds is usually great service. However this time my food was cold, I had no straws, sauces or napkins. Very unsatisfactory.

Did the drive through we were sat in the parking bay for 20 minutes while other people after us got there when we got the food it was a plain burger asked for a ham burger which normally comes with onions and sauces. service was terrible
