I went to the drive thru and even though there were only two cars in front of me in the queue, I was having to wait about 15 - 20 minutes before I could make my order. Then once I paid I had to wait another 15 minutes on top of that for my food. Although it was late evening, I saw through the window there appeared to be enough staff in so I couldn't understand what the delay was for. This is not the first time at this McDonald's that I've had to wait in the queue for around the same time for the drive thru. Rather disappointed with the service.

It's my birthday and I wanted a mcflurry from apparently, the best place to go for an ice cream, and I was told that I couldn't have one because the machine wasn't working! This is unacceptable! Mcdonalds is an iconic establishment an institution with years of memories and good times and good service. I am so upset with this lack of care for the customers happiness. So uncalled for and disappointing. You can't have a mcdonalds without a mcflurry , what is going on in the world! Proper upset.

Ordered on Uber Eats. Food was cold and drinks were hardly filled to the top. They didn’t include any dips in the chicken select meal even though I selected them.

Food is not great. Fries oily and salty.

Nice and improved design. Somtimes as most restaurants it gets busy and waiting time is longer.

Its about time the refurbishment of the shop was completed and it doesn't look good to customers looking at all those wires hanging down from the ceiling and the rest of the bare walls not decorated also the way the shop is encroaching on to the pavement by the boarding up at front of the shop how this allowed

drive-through Half of my order was missing

recently visited this McDonald's late at night, and I was truly disappointed by the state of the restaurant. It was extremely dirty—tables were left uncleaned, the floors were sticky, and there was visible trash scattered around the dining area. It was clear that there had been no effort to maintain cleanliness, and it made the dining experience very unpleasant. I’ve always trusted McDonald's for quick service and a consistent environment, but this visit was far from that standard. I hope they take better care of their cleanliness in the future, especially during late hours.

Hatfield McDonalds at the gallaria, what a disappointment in service, waited half an hour to be served, and for staff members not to be aware of how to serve a customer. Food items missing as my partner and I both ordered a large mc plant meal with an extra patty, when we got back home, we opened the box to find no extra patty and the large fries containers to be half empty, yet we were charged the full amount. We were also served no straws or napkins, and had to ask for a drink holder after being passed two mc flurries & two drinks. Sort it out, this is completely unacceptable especially when I tried to call the restaurant to try and rectify this multiple times with no answer. If no action is taken up by McDonald's Hatfield in response to this I will not be visiting the restaurant again. I would give no stars if possible.

Very slow service on the drive thu in the mornings. Twice I have been around 6-7am for breakfast and it's like waiting for them to kill the animal....

Is it really that hard to get an order right? Missing half of my order, easily around £15 worth of food not arrived, and almost all of what did arrive was stone cold

I use drive through which always conscious of time as meny people get tickets if in que longer than 20 mins. Signs state free 20mins to eat food. But 20mins start when you enter car park and this mcdonalds is always busy. I've left halfway through que because hitting 15mins waiting. Try to avoid

They got my order wrong twice in a row which wasted my time and was quite inconvenient.

For the third time I ordered a breakfast meal with coffee and the coffee they gave me was practically hot water..no coffee whatsoever...for the THIRD TIME!!! Someone has to do something about this.

Food ORDER NEVER ARRIVED. Courier DID NOT turn up at the restaurant to collect food (according to Toby Carvery restaurant supervisor JOHN) but according to JustEat app was shown as DELIVERED. STILL AWAITING JUSTEAT REFUND OF £67.11.

It's a clean and fresh restaurant. It's easy to order although it is clear they really do not want human interaction when ordering and collecting as the staff are mostly well tucked away. The toilets were flooded when we visited and it was noisy with screaming children.

The burger was very dry, I also asked for more onions and got barely any. But other than that, the chips were Devine and the sprite hit the right spot.

Been coming to this one for over 20yrs.Ive seen staff come and go..The managers here are always so helpful and its nice when they see a regular face! The floors..furniture is always kept clean...due to the Univetsity nearby and the odeon upstairs..ut can get really busy!! But with self service pay at paypoint..csn help you not only pick your zone to sit...but helps you get your foid that little bit quicker.. there is also a Drive thru if you cant stay.

Mcdonalds should revoke the franchise license from this place. That was the 3rd time order 2 coffee latte in the morning after a night shift and I got a sour tasted something probably they never cleaned the coffe machine or the milk is expired but now I am bed with poisoning and have to go to A&E. Absolutely disgusting. 🤢

Awful. Not for the first time the order was wrong. Triple burger with two patties. Cheese in a no cheese burger and consistently arrives cold. Never again.

Slowest drive through ever, by the time you get through it you need to pay for parking. Staff that don’t speak ANY English. Rude , literally had my bag of six chicken nuggets thrown at me through the drive through window, and huffed and puffed & rolled the eyes up in her head when I asked for ketchup!
