Didn’t get the salsa sauce for my cheese dippers, happens every time

Ordered a feed the family meal for 4 people and a mozzarella dippers share box! The order was missing a small fries and the 3 salsa dips i ordered didn't come i got bbq sauce instead. And the food was cold 🥶

The food was cold. You do not expect to pay for a takeaway and end up reheating in the microwave.

Wrong McFlurry sent and no sauce sent although paid for, keeps happening

it took over an hour for the food to be delivered I was not impressed the time got put back mor than 50 minuets

this eating experience left me extremely disappointed. the food was cold! there no point eating it after a few bites . burgers .... cold. Fries.... cold. apple pie.... cold. I want my money back!!!!

Decent enough food, polite staff, but absolutely impossible to get back in contact with them without having to go back down there if an item is missing from the order. Usually they forget the dip to go with the sides, but today I got the dip but no dippers to go with it! 😔 Make sure you check your order before you leave.

The driver collected my order then went to another takeaway in another part of town, then to a residential street around that area, presumably to make that delivery, then finally made his way to my house with the now very cold McD's. A Maccies doesn't survive 20-25 minutes between the restaurant and the eating.

Wrong order delivered. Unable to contact restaurant to rectify it.

initial delivery time quoted when I ordered was 620 - 650. food arrived at 711. very cold and dry. not impressed.

food took ages to arrive when it did both burgers were cold and as always no dips whats the point in ordering dips if they never see them manager is accountable for his team and quality control etc I am guessing the manager stuggles to manage getting dressed because he cannot manage a retail outlet absolute pain to get it right it was just 3 items needed to pop them in a bag tick a list and away you go but not at this one

Delivery took well over an hour from ordering, and time of delivery kept going up and up. I know it’s a Friday but even weekdays is the same. Says 30mins ends up over an hour sometimes near on two. Food was pretty much cold and hardly any chips in my kids meals. Only reason I keep going back is because the kids love the happy meals otherwise poor service gets worse and worse every time or there’s missing food

Took almost an hour to receive my order, estimated delivery time kept getting pushed back. Food arrived cold, every portion of chips had half missing. Burned burger. Ridiculous.

Had to contact support team as had a pie delivered that went past its renibe from sale time before i placed my order. Clearly marked yet was still packed and delivered. Really begs the question what other food safety practices are they not following

McDonald's is the most convenient restaurant to order from because while it's mid, it's consistently mid. Keep up the great work guys :D

My daughter mc plant was missing and my large coke was delivered spilled in the bag and less than half empty.

Ordered this food at 18:53 it arrived at 20:45 stone cold as the driver told me they couldn’t find the order so instead of remaking it they obviously did find it and still sent it out knowing it was freezing. Worst service I’ve ever had no straws either nor did the dips I’d ordered turn up either I expect a full refund contacting customer services. Very unhappy.

Food took a while to arrive and was stone cold....its a bit hit and miss but mainly not always good. Pay for food that you don't get as its missing most the time...not all branches are like this but the ones we visit mostly are unfortunately....

We order from McDonalds once in a while and without fail, this branch ALWAYS misses an item from our delivery order. Frustrating and the food is always delivered cold. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Everything was cold. I don’t know why I order thinking it will change and not turn up cold. I swear they are getting worse they should make food when driver gets there not leave it sitting around waiting for a driver

order was missing one pancake and sausage breakfast and sausage and egg muffin. The rest of the order was thrown into the bottom of the bag and was crushed. not happy with this order.

I was served the right food compared with their colleagues at the Stevenage leisure park, those guys always mess up my food, but not these guys! Keep it up!

Please please,stop your delivery service because it’s just not working.Totally wrong order offered to me at my door and whoever’s it was it was stone cold.Driver said that he had been given the wrong order and I should take a picture of it!.Sent him away with it as it was of no use to me.Think that’s me done with both restaurant and delivery service as both clearly aren’t working well.

yet again this particular McDonalds are unable to pack a complete order how hard can it be it's like reading a shopping list. it also turned up all the bags smashed to bits stuff missing and freezing cold

Delivery driver delivered to the wrong office. And was tricked into handing over the food. The person gave him an incorrect confirmation number and mobile number. Still handed over my order. I have escalated this with just eat and hoping this driver gets penalised for not doing his job correctly.
