Asked to wait as they had run out of certain things less than 5 minute drive home chips cold big mac and cheeseburger only just warm up these where newly cooked should have been hot

Pricey but came in handy for a Boxing Day breakfast

Ordered food at 11.40 pm, it was showing that the food would be delivered by 12.50-1.10. So I waited, and waited until 2am. Tried to cancel my order but I couldn’t at this point.

We are diabetic. Need to take insulin 15 mins before eating. They kept moving delivery back in 5 mins slots. NO Good for us !!!!!!

absolutely a total waste of time ordering from this site it seems to be done so you cannotordr or find half of what you actually want to order lik playing secret squrells

Not sure I asked for bite marks in my muffin bun before it was cooked... what else goes on there? Rest of the food appeared ok...

It's McDonald's, you know what you're going to get so it's always good. Only gripe I have is that Drive-Thru seems to get priority. The app seems to play up every time I come to this particular restaurant recently.

No issues with delivery from Just Eat - issue is with McDonalds itself. Half of the order was correct - but despite the receipt on the bag being correct - we received someone else’s order.

Food took a long time to arrive, which I was understanding about given when I had ordered it. But then after nearly 2hrs, it said ‘delivered’. No knock at the door, no food outside or anywhere around the house. Paid for food hours ago and now have no food and no money as compensation!

Had Family down for dinner and all the kids wanted Maccys so drove down to Birchin way waited 35 mins after ordering on the instore app for takeaway people coming in after us got served 1st Full of foreign delivery drivers chatting in there own language When we got home the order was totally wrong Sauce/onion on the burgers ask for plain Chicken nugget happy meal instead of burger plus no fries and NO toys in the 3 happy meals Shocking service today 01/12/24 @ 12.15pm

Did not receive all of my order,bought 3 lots of fries,only one came,hot drinks was empty,as they was spilt all over,,I have spent a large amount of money over the past week & afraid to say was poor quality &delivery!!

To say you have to do a test to work here the mugs can’t even pack the right bag of scran. Thick idiots

No sauces even though I asked to double check order

We’d already ordered from Victoria Street McDonald’s, waited over an hour and no delivery to be told they were having issues and we should cancel it manually. So we then ordered from Birchin way. We called up and explained what had happened and just enquired As to if they had the same issues as we didn’t consider that factor. We were told quite bluntly ‘we always have issues with deliveries at this time of night’ and when my boyfriend tried to reiterate the fact he was just enquiring if they were having the same issues as the previous Restaurant, the woman just said ‘yep.’ And put the phone down on him! About half an hour later our food is late and hasn’t arrived, then we get a notification ‘the restaurant has cancelled your order’ with no explanation. By this point it’s 15 minutes prior to them closing so my guess is they accepted more than they could handle despite our order being placed at around 11. This is exactly why we rang up to politely enquire as we were prepared to cancel the order if it was going to be a long wait. No need for the constant rudeness from this place. Instore and over the phone

Ordered at around 3:30pm and said it will be here 4:00pm- 4:20pm, says it was delivered at 4:05pm but still waiting at 5:30pm and has not come, but it said it was delivered at 4:05pm, and nowhere to be seen

My order never arrived. It showed on the map that the driver was at a different address, so I messaged them and my order got marked as delivered, but I never recieved my food. I’m annoyed the driver ignored me.

My food was very cold and there was also half of my drink missing which I assume was spilt and is the reason why my fries were soggy. I was waiting a long time for food that I now regret even ordering I would like a refund of the fries and the drink as they were not good enough.

firsf.Time user so wasn't sure what to expect . was disappointed. The delivery time.kept.getting pushed back,it was only a Tuesday, not a busy Friday or Saturday. Food arrived cold so had to microwave it. And we ordered chicken nuggets with a dip...but no dip arrived. Sorry but this first time order was awful

Customer service was shocking, drove to the store my granddaughter purchased two meals with sides and paid cash, drove home to Cleethorpes and items missing, she called was very polite to be told come get them next time your passing, then checked all the order which was for a different customer called again to be told your own fault for taking the order, roasted for not having receipt number which wasn’t given even though she paid cash and no apology or incentives to go back, we took the order all the way back and received the correct order without an apology from the staff member in charge on the night shift, my granddaughter was extremely polite and took back the food we had been given by mistake, manners cost nothing just because she is a younger person xx

This is the absolute worst McDonalds I have ever been to! the cheeseburger looked like it had been kicked around the kitchen for 2hrs. The big mac was literally thrown in the bag the top of the bun wasnt even in the box it was in the bag at the bottom of the order! the fries were cold and dry. How can this store get it so wrong! just shows that McDonalds corp are no longer doing quality checks judging by the consistent bad reviews! never again.

driver mixed up my order with someone else's and drove off if I had sent my nephew chasing car he managed to catch up to him and tell him he had delivered wrong food order he did apologise for his mix up and i informed he must check order number on phone and then check bags for correct items

Happy meal and large dip pots missing from order, so having waited 30 mins our 3 year old doesn’t get his happy meal as promised… yet again another order with missing items!!

We went through the drive through this evening and just wanted to say the girl on the first window you pay at I think her name was Casey was a delight, showed me where to find my code and the offers and sincerely seemed like she wanted to help and did it with the biggest smile

received the wrong order and the driver wouldnt allow me to switch it with the right one.

original delivery time was 1330 hours, then between 1400 and 1420 hours... both burgers were stone cold, fries were cold, a third of the large coke was missing also no ice.... threw straight in the bin... won't use again

Rude arrogant and argumentive staff on drive threw ended up going into store as the guy on drive threw didn't know what he was doing or couldn't be bothered staff were alot more helpful

Food is consistently cold and consistently missing items. Wait times are far too long, no wonder the food is cold, iv told the manager who doesn’t seem to have any authority over the staff and management skills to change this!!! Terrible!!

Ordered double Big Mac meal and 9 nuggets . Drove away to open bag to find plain hamburger meal and a chicken mcsandwich . Serving white shirt too busy talking to off going staff and getting their food than bothering reading stickers.

The best McDonald's I've had in a long time, the nuggets were so hot you couldn't pick them up, usually they are cold. Actually filled us up, usually walk away hungry!
