The Big Mac meal was complete rubbish the burgers were the same depth as the cheese slice!! My mango smoothie had giant blocks of ice in it i couldnt get the straw in and the cup wasnt full the only decent thing about that meal was the sauce! Pics av

every time I order from mcdonalds there's always something missing or my order is wrong..how hard is it to get an order correct and put ALL the order in the bag..unbelievable

delivery time kept changing so there was a slight longer wait than estimated, chips tasted like they was reheated and didn't receive sauces or a straw for my drink

Calling people “luvie” or “love” is so patronising. Also they got the order wrong with missing items.

Food was fine but long time to wait seemed not very staffed up servers jumping from drive through to inside counter no body clearing tables and runner overworked running drive though orders not helped by 2 lines go into 1 to pay and collect so 5 cars waiting for orders with one lane closed .

Finally! A delivery from McDonalds which was packaged properly for delivery. Love the Just Eat app and food was warm when it arrived.

Ordered 4 large fries. Delivered4 small fries.

Do not use the McDonald’s app! Uber are hopeless. 7 orders in a row with multiple items missing. It’s so awkward to complain or get any refunds which take up to 15 working days! I’ve spent a fortune over the years and even get Mcds for my lads when on sites but never again. I’ll go to kfc or Burger King in future no matter where I am because I feel ripped off. When I asked to speak to someone to log a formal complaint I was told to Google it. Joke. Do not use mcdonalds app!!!!!

the customer service is shocking i went in with my family and my older brother went up to ask for 3 cups of water which is free and he got told “if u haven’t paid you ain’t getting it” and made him pay £1.79 then they gave us water mixed with oasis and yes what is i had a allergy to something in oasis lucky i do not and one of the workers was sat behind us and said to us it goes through a filter and said to us if you wanted 3 cups of water go up individually nobody is going to give a child 3 cups of water when they saw that there was around 5 of us waiting for him to come back as they served us just before and we said to him what is the difference between one of us going up and individually as for the other two who needed water have disability’s and they he walked away and went behind the counter and stared at us all laughing with his coworkers so Kurk you have a very bad customer service I’m shocked by this behaviour as I spend enough money in there i will not be coming back

One of the Fanta drinks tasted bad. I've no idea what's been done to the drink but one tasted fine and the other tasted awful. I think it was watered down and we threw it away. How can a drink taste bad and another OK when it's the same product?

Food was nothing out of the ordinary, just your typical McDonald's level of "doesn't look anything like the images you see on the posters" as usual. But the staff in here are actually great compared to most of the McDonald's restaurants I've ever set foot in. We had table service even though we didn't ask for it, we had one of the male employees come over to interact with our 5 month old baby, and he came back 15 minutes later and cleared away our rubbish as we were getting our coats on to leave! Why aren't all the McDonald's like this?

delivery driver did not read notes to meet me where I requested so I had to walk 5-10 mins down the road and he was rude when I collected the food shouting and demanding a reference number which I did not have. Will not be using this service again. Think I'll switch to uber

It is what it is at maccys. Just popped here for something quick before heading to a concert at brid spa.

Not the first time we have had issues with this place. We went in today not too busy ordered food for 4 people waited 30 for it to arrive cold. They took it back to redo 2nd lot came cold put it all in bin the manager on duty was useless the cleaner helped us more than manager. More bothered about the just eat etc
