They guy didn’t give me my drink and when he did it was half full

Website glitched out and my order was "delivered" to my house instead of work. Tried contacting KFC only for the phone to be put down, twice. Driver called me, I explained what happened. Tried to re-arrange redelivery. Never happened!

All good with food order.. took quite a while. But worth it!!

Wrong order. No food included, just two half empty drinks - not even the correct drinks - and a flooded bag which leaked all over the place. Literally the worst.

absolutely outrageous. All the drinks were on their side and leaking and when the driver passed them to me the bag collapsed and everything went all over my carpet. I submitted a claim to just eat for damaged food and they denied it because i didnt take a photo and send it to them after i submitted the claim. They make no reference to taking a photo when submitting the claim and there isnt a facility to attach one. Zero accountability for accidents and mistakes.

Took over two hours, 1 hour later than said and when arrived was freezing cold food, shocking to lay &4.99 delivery for that

Delivery driver was sat down a random road for 15-20 minutes before dropping it to me. The food was all stone cold, chips were barely cooked and missing all the sauces. Terrible service

Times kept changing for delivery with it eventually arriving an hour and a half after order despite being a 10 min drive away. Coke I ordered was flat and food was cold on arrival. Terrible service from Rope Walk.

I ordered food for a family of 5 and you've sent 2 bags of drinks. The order tickets on the bags isn't even right. Worst Mcdonalds in Lincoln for getting orders wrong. And if its your drivers sort it out seriously.

Don't arrive at busy times overflowing car park with a drive thru that tells you to wait in the car park that's full. If you tell them they just says its ok go though

I attended this McDonald’s brand with two good friends of mine. We made our way to table four where we proceeded to make an order on their app. As doing so I was SHOCKED by the price increases these days!! Back when I was a youth a McDonald’s was significantly cheaper! I’m not sure what warrants these premium prices for the same food!? Crazy work! The food was good in fairness. Thank you

Just had a delivery and my food was stone cold and under cooked and rang up and they treat me like crap saying that I was lying and that the mc chickens looked fine there end my mc chicken was pink in the middle and the mayo was bitter and black it was discusting I took one bite and felt sick

Con McDonald's ya sabes qué esperar, pero este en Lincoln, dado que deben tener un montón de visitantes parar, es atendido por algunas personas muy buenas con excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente. Mi hermano llamó a McDonalds después de su largo viaje a Lincoln en el tren desde la estación de tren de Doncaster, donde tenía el cuarto de libra con queso y patatas fritas y el personal de McDonalds hizo un impresionante haciendo a mi hermano el cuarto de libra con queso justo a tiempo antes de que vaya al centro de entretenimiento para ver un espectáculo y realmente disfrutó y con suerte volverá a este McDonalds en Lincoln en el futuro

Missed sauces and straws again.

Things from our order was missing and it took over an hour and a half to get here. Ridiculous

Triple sausage & Egg McMuffin missing egg and extra sausage.

Absolutely shocking not only did I only have 1 meal show up I asked for no egg extra cheese and sausage and I just got a normal muffin this is not the first time and it’s becoming more then a joke now

I’m un happy, specifically asked for certain order specifications and once again no one has bothered to check, food it cold and stale. Overall a rubbish dinner for the kids and us tonight.

I ordered a cup of tea with the breakfast roll and when the delivery driver turned up the bag was soaked which we soon discovered that the tea was spilt and the bag it was transported in was put in my outside bin as it was dripping

Cold food, should have a meal delivered hot when being ordered no matter the establishment this is poor service! No need for food to be cold and should be kept hot, if this was someone elderly you wouldn’t expect them to eat it!!

I ordered for table service for friends at the restaurant, however didn’t let me select a table. I then sent a copy of the receipt to them so they could go up and select since they had proof of payment. The staff there (for whatever reason) still didn’t give my friends the food I had ordered them. Apparently the only way for the food to come (as I was refused a refund/ unable to cancel my order) was for me to be present in the restaurant. So, I had to drive 20 minutes, just to collect food and deliver it to a table which was maybe 30 steps away from the counter. The fuel used driving them seems like a rather expensive delivery fee for something that took me 15 seconds to get to the table. Considering this, I expected to receive some sort of compensation for my unnecessary journey, but the manager refused to give me anything. I think this is COMPLETELY UNREASONABLE!!!

Absolutely disgraceful. If the people you employ can't follow an order that is in front of them they shouldn't be allowed to prepare food. the only item delivered that was correct was the chicken nuggets!!!!

Delivery time changed to much later after waiting ages. Then food was bad. Burger was mush - fries were limp and cold. Really poor quality. Not what I expect from a McD.

Ordered at about 5:45pm didn’t get here until 8:20pm and had £11 worth of items missing

The courier had the 'Hot Food' in the wrong thermal (or NØ thermal) bag, which was opened up. This has been my very first delivery order & has kinda put me off. Yours Sincerely. Marc Dee*

I had to re order on a different restaurant because of how late my previous order was and the nuggets was cold and I’m now eating at half 10 at night! havnt even had a refund from my previous order yet! Very unsatisfied

driver drove past the house numerous times and the house isn't hard to find. food was also not in an insulated bag so was pretty cold when it arrived.

Food was cold, got the order wrong, missed items off order, has to call to complain, always have to park up and wait for order then wrong when delivered

The place was heaving with schoolchildren- we waited 45 mins for food - there were no receipts being printed. It was chaos.

Wrong drinks, cold food, different toy in the Happy meal, not the advertised one, but I will give 2 stars for polite service.

I ordered a food to be delivered. said ot wouldn't be long soon so I waiting by door and no one came the driver didn't even call to find which flat we were. he cancelled it and when my partner sore him he and went over he was eating my meal. said he called but didn't as had not received anything.

Food came absolutely soaked and unfit for consumption due to the drink falling over. Not sure whether it was the restaurants fault or the drivers but JustEat are now refusing to give a refund. Shocking.

The toilet needs to be cleaned.
