Worse Mc Donald's I have ever been too hands down.... too many delivery services waiting both in and outside.... service area is strange and very badly organised... food is always slapped together... wonky burgers, tepid hot drinks and warm cold drinks were they all made well ahead of food arriving.... avoid like the plague!

if i could give zero stars i would, normally i’m understanding and if theres issues with delivery i do not blame the store, however today it is very much the stores fault, i got a happy meal, and a small flurry, which i of course did not receive, not to mention the lack of straw for the drink and the sauce i got for the happy meal nuggets, do better.

Please please avoid! Clearly this cesspit disregards food hygiene at every turn, the picture says it all! I found a hair in my food after taking a bite and moving the burger. Do NOT order from here. Avoid like the plague.

Ordered 20 nuggets, 6 nuggets, 2 large chips, Diet Coke and a strawberry milkshake. Received 20 nuggets total, 2 medium chips and Diet Coke and a vanilla milkshake with no straws. Cherry on the top was the food was barely warm. Tried to complain on the website but they just directed me to uber eats or deliveroo but they weren’t the problem…

As food was handed to me bag split food fell to floor delivery staff just picks it up and trys to give it me then the drunks bag was ripped and split dripping every where just gave back to delivery rider told to take it back but they just left it

the driver was late. he never called us, stating he had a wrong number, which was on the order. he didn't call even when I gave the number again. the food arrived stone cold and had to be reheated. he didn't even apologise when he finally came to the door. he said he couldn't find the door and I directed him to the main building door at the top of the hill and he said he was at the gym around the corner.

Chips were cold and floppy chilli cheeseburger was missing and mayo chicken like rubber. What a disappointment avoid this restaurant if possible

This is the 2nd time I’ve had a disgusting experience with this store and the McDonalds Delivery. The first time it took over 1hr and 30mins for delivery - you could tell as the food had been sat there for ages as it arrived stone cold (not edible)!! Store didn’t take responsibility. Said I could drive and get another order. The store is in the middle of town (so not close hence why I wanted it delivered) , no parking outside only in a paid car park a couple of roads away and cost of petrol. 2nd time today (the app wouldn’t let me chose another store otherwise I would have got from a different store) ordered breakfast and guess what - they missed the most expensive item off my order. The order wasn’t massive (only 6 items) and yet the staff can’t get it right. It’s not hard to pick a few items off shelves and put them in a bag!! Rang the store and again no responsibility was taken as they don’t have drivers hired by McDonald’s. I could collect a new order but no compensation for petrol and car parking fees. McDonald’s deliver sucks!! You pay for the service of having food delivered @£3.50 for the privilege on top of the food amount and you get terrible customer service. Obviously McDonald’s don’t care about the customers!

Bag with drinks was soaking wet. The delivery driver made me feel uncomfortable and I felt like I was being mocked which I did not appreciate

The burger looked like it was made by a toddler. There was ketchup on the top and side on the buns, the ingredients were in the wrong sequence and it was sloppily arranged. Also, didn't taste nice.

my food was literally cold and it said it would be delivered at 20:10 and got here at 20:35 and then to add to that my drink was missing and the delivery man tried to convince me i didn’t order a drink when my order was right there in front of him then he went through my mcdonald’s bag trying to prove that my drink was inside there when it was not, im not happy about anything to do with this order i don’t even want to eat it

pretty disappointed about this order. the fries were cold, the quarter pounder was cold, the oasis lid wasn't on properly which caused it to spill into the bag and ruin the other drink. the mcCrispy had a good amount of mayo but it wasn't on the burger but instead in the box. and the cheese burger had a ridiculous amount of ketchup on. safe to say it will be quite a while till we order from this mcdonalds again.

need to find a new and stable way for people to have there drinks delivered properly and so the drink don't spill in the drivers bag

Almost every time some of my items on delivery are missing. Now they miss my fries and my balsamic sauce which mean I can’t eat the side salad. So thank you very much!

The double quarter pounder was a bit dry and we had No straws (very difficult to drink a milkshake with no straw) or napkins but apart from that from that the meal was alright, but not the best we have had it could of been better.

I received someone else’s order which was cold and value £6.29 and was credited £4.08 when my order was over £17.00 plus delivery plus tip. Over £22 in total. £4.08 credit is not sufficient recompense.

We went to McDonald's before we went to mk for a party. Food was good hot and on time. Good times.

Love the new McRib but the fries were undercooked

Every time I order, my drink or the drinks in the bag have always been leaking and have been spilt meaning half or the whole drink is gone, spoils the rest of the food and no straws in the bags either. Happens all the time, something needs to be sorted as I’m really not happy.

I didn’t mean to click late, but anyways I always put call my number. The number is correct, but one of the delivery drivers seemed aggressive telling me to fix it & don’t put the wrong number, when clearly I haven’t. I told him I haven’t and he kept answering back & walked back from the car insisting it’s my fault “it’s you brother, just check it next time brother don’t put wrong number”. Really not happy with that service at all, appalling really.

This was the last time in this MC, we ordered wraps and fries. The fries were awful, they were pale and undercooked, and the wraps had very few ingredients, the food was made carelessly. This was the last time there.

I ordered a mcdonald’s breakfast yesterday morning. When it got here my drink had spilt all in the bag, my mcmuffin had fallen apart and i only had one hashbrown although i ordered an extra one, i expect a refund.

I did not receive the main part of my order and when I contacted Just Eat multiple times they refused to help me.

This McDonalds felt that how things were in COVID with prison looking glass screens and limited hours was brilliant!.... and just never changed 🤷‍♂️ It's basically geared itself up as a giant Deliveroo Hub and it's still clear that's their main focus. You collect your orders behind giant bullet proof screens while the order screens inform you it's takeaway only at 5pm on a Saturday at dinner time.... And that's on purpose because if you're not ordering for takeaway or delivery they aren't really interested and will slam their doors shut in favour of delivery only as soon as they can because who wants to deal with the riff raft (customers smell even when they want to give you money) when lazy people will pay double. The staff though seem sound, friendly and accommodating enough if you ask but there are plenty of other drive thrus about that have a nicer overall experience.
