Fast delivery as usual but they still keep forgetting the sauces to go with them, it’s happening like, 50% of the time. Which isn’t ideal for the kids.

Our food was cold so had to be warmed up which isn’t really an issue but the face we ordered at 6.40 and food didn’t arrive u til 7.55 is awful had four kids waiting for food and getting no updates or nothing simply unacceptable

this is the 6th time it's happened within the beginning of January. I ordered a Breakfast Wrap with Ketchup and drink, A Double Bacon & Egg McMuffin meal but instead of thr Diuble bacon n egg McMuffin I got given a Double Sausage Muffin.

absolutely freezing. should wait until driver has arrived to prepare the food rather than having it sit for over 30 mins

please give what we order. I ordered a single quarter pounder n ended up with a double. doubles are way to much meat than I want on my burger n impossible to split the burgers hence why I ordered a single. that's what I like. please follow customers orders

chips were not fit for consumption. absolutely freezing and stale. burgers had sauce absolutely all over. absolute mess

asked for no onions on cheese burgers yet they were covered in them asked for a milk shake got a coke

I'm extremely disappointed as they always get my order correct unfortunately the food standard was shocking today 😕 myself and my granddaughter were having a treat night only for the food to arrive and it was cold and very very hard (as though it had been stood all day) so was all put into the bin (no point complaining nothing ever happens) so unfortunately our treat night was ruined bad bad service 😠

The order was on time but order at 10am arrived at 11am clay cold driving blamed the new staff and apologised for the long wait.

The delivery driver almost made me drop my order because I gave him the code before taking my order & he was in a rush so he didn’t seem to care that my order almost landed on the ground after giving him the code and he should have handed me both bags properly but he didn’t care because he already got the code and was in a rush

Delivery was good although the delivery time did keep changing and by the time it had said it was going to be delivered it was still at the restaurant but I do assume not the carriers fault. The food itself was good but my burger and its toppings where all over itself and my drink was spilled onto my straw but again I assume not the carriers fault and mainly the restraunts

I’m not 100% sure how late it is. They kept pushing the estimated delivery time. I made my order at 20:27 and it came at 21:40 roughly. The food is cold as it was waiting for the courier a substantial amount of time, it seems the restaurant made the food too early and didn’t remake it once it was left out waiting.

food was mediocre, delivery was great

They missed out the carrot sticks that I specifically ordered and there were no dips to go with the chicken selection box. Very disappointed!

Not only was the food freezing cold but the delivery driver had 0 patients after i asked him to wait a moment while i grabbed my door key he still insisted on knocking on my door and spamming my doorbell.

delivery took 1 hour and ten minutes overtime I checked the app for delivery time the time changed, the food was cold when delivered, and delivery guy telephoned me to collect my ordered from the main entrance to the flats rather than him deliver to my door, when I went down to the main doors he sat in his car only getting out when I went to the main doors, I'm sorry but I pay for delivery to my address not the main entrance to the flats, overall poor service today which is unusual for just eat

Delivery time kept getting knocked back. Food came 25 minutes after it was due which isn't too bad but everything in the bag was freezing cold, as if it was sat on the top waiting to be delivered for ages. Couldn't eat the chips as they were stone cold and tasted like paper. Wouldn't order off here again.
