Mcdonald's Restaurants in Calderdale

Ordered a delivery from the official Mcdonalds App. Apparently. This is just Uner eats. As the Staff cant even read a reciept to get the order right. Ordered pancakes and sausage and a jam muffin with extra butter as yhe muffins are usually dry. Missing pancakes and sausage. No jam on the jam muffin. Called and they just pass it off as uber eats problem. Useless. Just completely useless. Update 15.12.24 Uber again chose this restaurant to deliver my order. They couldn't even pack the right items. Just close the branch. Waste of money and time

The branch appears to be having a few renovations, which made parking a little difficult, but other than that we had no problems.

William at Salterhebble McDonalds Halifax needs a pay rise. Whenever I go in there, he is by far and a way the friendliest member of staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is a credit to the company and deserves recognition for his superb work ethic, friendly demeanour and all round top notch attitude! Keep up the good work William! You are smashing it pal! 👍🏻

delivery time kept going up, arrived just about warm and poorly put together.

Time kept going up. Food was cold. Had to stand in the rain to get my food

Ordered at 6.30pm with delivery ETA 7.30pm. Kept putting the time back, eventually turned up at 10pm. Food was stone cold & McFlurrys had melted to a watery consistency

Never had a problem with just eat and my address before but for some reason this time my address was as being in west vale not Barkisland, so we couldn't get our food that I've paid for!

Food was cold, no pancake syrup, no napkins.

81st time ordering, not ordered for ages (being good 🤭😁) Order was quite late this time, very understandable due to recent weather conditions & people staying in by the looks of it (beggars belief how people are still moaning on reviews 🤦‍♂️) Anyway, still beautiful as always guys, keep up the good work 💪

I ordered at 4.50pm arrived at 6.42 this is not acceptable 2 hrs for a delivery when it said 40 mins rang the restaurant they said it should not take that long funny how the order soon arrived for over an hour the delivery time kept changing even though it said order been processed and driver at restaurant the food also had to be warmed up used just eat many times but debatable if I do again

How can you possibly get served cold chips with a moderately warm burger in such a busy restaurant? Surely food gets served as soon as it's ready - clearly not! Unbelievably poor food this time, maybe food is cooked quicker than it can be served hence it's sitting around getting cold,

Ordered at 7.36 Didn’t get it till 8.53. The McDonald’s is a 2 minute drive. So counts fathom why. When it arrived couldn’t eat the chips because they were freezing as was the burger.

Shocking service, I used the drive through and was told to wait in bay 1. I was given my drinks but had to wait 28 mins before I went back to the window to ask where my food was only to be told the other staff had finish there shift, and to show the receipt I never got given.. after 45 mins of asking them to check there cameras I ended up ordering again!!!!

Standard McDonalds arrangement. Had a cheeseburger which was flat, dry and generally not very good. Fries and coke were as one might expect. Building is warm, clean and toilets in good order. Can't really complain.

i order a mcdonalds for my son at 16.50pm and it has only just arrived Iver an hour n half later and it is absolutely freezing cold. The Mcflurry has all melted and three whole mdonalds is now in the bin and I have a very upset 5 year old. I now have to drive to mcdonalds myself to get a fresh new hot one. i would like a full refund.

Half an hour late which would have been okay if the food wasn't stone cold. Hopefully the oven will revive it.

Even though it came at the delivery time my food was freezing cold. The chips were hard and so was my burger. I don’t want to spend my hard earned money on your establishment for it to go cold. I spend money because i expect it to come hot. inedible.

So the driver has collected my food (plus a few others) drove up to Siddal, then to Greetland, then to Savile Park! and then finally reaching my flat in Sowerby Bridge. Like what is all that about. I would of happily waited longer for a different driver or let the driver do those drops first. Food was stone cold to the point it gave me brain freeze!

Food cold and nothing in this bag is ANYTHING we ordered. Seriously?! Waited ages for nothing we ordered. 1 medium fries to share between 4 people. 2 burgers none of us like. A milkshake none of us like. Ridiculous

Complete wrong order was delivered

Since this place has been redeveloped is gone down hill massively. Currently waiting 20 mins plus for a breakfast order. Last two times waited over 30 mins for breakfast. Definitely not fast food anymore.

If there was zero scoring that’s what it would be I havnt even recieved my order but it says delivered by the driver never will I order through just eat again absolutely useless

Slowest drive thru and service i have ever experienced … consistently bad …slow and tepid food.. even in quiet periods … orders wrong and uninterested staff .. n this is on a regular basis

Ordered many times with mixed results but this is the last time. The fries were barely warm and tasteless, burgers were ok but the chicken nuggets was stone cold.

The food was made at 12.34pm and delivered at 2.02pm the food was cold and obviously un eatable due to hpw long its been sat around waiting before been delivered. Which isnt accept when people have to eat it!

This is a mcdonalds app review.... Missing items, no way to get in touch unless via the uber line .. who dont answer... compete utter shambles!!!! This mcdonalds never gets anything right..... lack of English speaking staff....won't be using Again I like my meals delivered correctly.. something This restaurant can't handle. .. and requesting a refund is ridiculous.... STAY CLEAR.....

When it got delivered the food was not hot it was cold. Very disappointed. Had to warm the food up. So it could be eaten.

my order was Iver an hour late. When I placed the order it said it would be with me in half an hour but arrived an hour and a half later. All the food was soggy and cold and the banana milkshake had melted. The food wasn't edible and I now have 3 very upset children.

I’m from Hull, first time having a Maccies in Halifax and it was way better than ours, for a start they actually remembered everything.

Yet another failed order via the app for McDelivery. Waited over 90 minutes for an order and then was told the order was cancelled. Appalling customer service with no option to complain and no explanation as to what went wrong.

Food was clap cold when it arrived, I wouldn’t mind if it had far to come but I’m literally just up the road and a bit further, the time was continuously pushed back and since when did just eat go from deliver to your door to deliver and make you walk half a mile for it?

Delivery time exceeded initial delivery of between 6.50 -7.10 to 7.15 to 7.35 - arriving at 7.29 food was cold! Only used just eat after having a credit from a previous rubbish order. Won’t be using again!

Gave service a 3 because although its not exactly fine dining they are at least polite if nothing else. Everything else is one star, atmosphere, I wouldn't know because i used the drive through, the food deserves minus infinity star rating. Backed up by the fact that i, a meat head gym monkey of 17 stone, couldnt even finish my burger without the nausea beginning and i have just spent the last 40 ish minutes throwing my guts up as my body rejected the filth they call food. Literal uncontrollable vomit. I think that tells you all you should need to know really.

Service was extremely quick, me and my wife enjoyed our meals. We decided to eat in. There was plenty of tables to sit down. Very clean. And also very clean toilets. Also has a drive thru.

Restaurant is great but the parking is limited and the drive thru is often queued. Drive thru order errors are still relatively common. It's worth checking before you drive away.
