Mcdonald's Restaurants in Wyre

the hashbrowns where at the bottom of the bag so they got squashed by the mcmuffins ontop. they were covered in grease. like drenched basically. the mcmuffins had brown grease all over the paper and the bread. and one of the hashbrowns wasn't wrapped up in a bag it was just thrown in at the bottom. we just payed £32+ and if we had ordered the same in the actual restaurant it would never have looked like that. they do this all the time. if we order online the quality is terrible. in store its not

Unfortunately they got my order wrong so I didn’t eat it and asked for a refund but this has been a rare occurrence

Shocking! Food took ages to come out, saw so many people coming back as orders were in correct. Freezing cold in there. Staff looked miserable. The food was OK.

i’ve ordered the cheese share box and half of them were burnt, i ordered a strawberry milkshake and it came as diet coke and i got 5 chicken nuggets instead of six

Full of drunkards and not many great people. Security on door. Definitely order to take out. Nothing ever really wrong with the food here though it’s a great location. Convenience is good being in the middle of the city centre too.

Had to order via kiosk IN STORE because the app keeps thinking my last Mcdelivery order wasn't complete. Can't even place order for collection. Then kiosk didn't yet again have paper or was faulty. No receipt. Then as I watched my order number on the board at counter I thanked myself for taking a picture of kiosk confirmation of my order as the tall lad basically cleared my order off without fulfilling it. I waited literally over 30min to the point where my lower back was starting to give me shooting pains. So I go fed up and got the attention of one of the passing employees. And asked where my order was, and that it had been over 30min and yet I saw the point where the lad fulfilling orders cleared mine. The pad went and got my order , and apologised for the wait. But when I checked everything before leaving as I literally couldn't stand any longer. I found that the items were NOT fresh, NOT piping hot, and even the toffee latte had completely melted all the squirty cream. And was barely like warm. I'm sorry but that is abysmal service and quality. And this time is the last straw as it's not the first.

Completely wrong order nothing came that I ordered and the food that came it was freezing cold anyway

the driver wouldn't come into the residential block to deliver to the flat had to go meet him in carpark(if I wanted to go out I would of got my own takeaway I will not be using ubereats deliver service again its very poor service)

Honestly the WORST McDonald’s in the country, possibly the world. They forget dips, straws, burgers, drinks. Every time they forget something. The lettuce is brown the food is cold. I seriously hope you all lose your jobs and the place gets shut down

I ordered a large mango smoothie at Fleetwood McDonalds and when it came it was very small looking like a regular and me being a Karen I went up to the counter and asked if this is a large or small and the man was rood to me he just muttered yeah

Love the lattes, staff always friendly and food is good if you are in a hurry.

Sort your hot chocolate machine out or staff. No flavour at all, if i wanted just hot water i would of asked for it. Your coffee wasnt much better.

it was great. it arrived quickly the driver was nice. Just one nick pick is that the map stuttered and one moment the driver was at the McDonald's and the next he was around of the corner from my housem But it could of been my signal

The deliver driver was very polite and the order was actually right for a change.

I had not eaten all day, had 1/4 pounder meal delivered. By 11pm I was violently sick twice, felt so unwell for 2 days. Fine now thankfully. Won't order again in the future

Everytime we order from Uber eats there is always an issue, missing sauces and straws is so frustrating when you want to enjoy your meal! And then refuse to answer the in store phone because they know it’s always complaint calls!

Nuggets and fries were really stale and cold. Didn’t remove lettuce in my burger and forgot my dips. Couldn’t even get a refund. Hate Fleetwood McDonald’s. Always get it wrong

I put my order in with no egg because I’m not allowed egg, and both muffins came with egg on them so they ended up in the bin , won’t be ordering from there again

The driver was very obnoxious and rude when speaking to my mum and myself hadn't realised that you now use one time code and instead of explaining he was shouting and being very very rude to myself and my mum, which I didn't appreciate

The hot food was lukewarm and my ice cream had no sauce and about 5 chocolate dots and my cappuccino was half full with a broken lid, I did get a very small refund and I can’t really complain about previous orders. It was delivered on time and the driver was very polite

Super slow and disorganised. 15 minutes to get a take away coffee ( and nothing else !) need some staff training and organisation.

Ring again on a different number and through to manager with same voice, can’t give you there name so you know who your speaking to but if ya go in name on badge!! Absolutely shocking customer service and just told eat what you’re given!!

How can they get an order so wrong first diet coke instead of full fat coke.Then a bbq bacon wrap instead of sweet chillie.plus ketchup smeared underneath table so got legs covered in stains. How does a company with such a poor quality make so much money or do we just shut up and eat up.

Food from here is horrendous,sweet chilli wrap already had mayo on it and it was covered by sweet chili, clearly some one else's order gone wrong, poor management

Called in went to toilet 1st glad I did both bogs blocked up toilets filthy informed a staff member who didn't give a shit which was fortunate due the the state of the bogs will never go in there again

Staff here need to concentrate more on working and less on gossiping. Missing my burger, lid not on the coke properly leading it to spill in the bag. Looking forward to them all being replaced by robots, at least then orders will be filled correctly.

Convenient and alway good service

I was very lucky to have experienced this particular McDonald's as there are two more senior in years members of the team that go way above the usual standards of service you expect fro m a McDonald's restaurant. It was a pleasure to go there and experience there level of service and general friendly staff. I would recommend any decent person to go upon my experience.

Food arrived COLD had to microwave-not impressed

yet again the staff in Fleetwood can't count, we actually got hot food which is rare, and even got sauces which is almost unheard of, but as usual, any more than one cheeseburger and it seems they're incapable of doing it

Called in for a coffee to take out…..waited 20 minutes to get served and because I complained….I think they made me wait longer…absolutely poor customer service eventually one lad …sorry didn’t get his name..but he said the drive through was busy…No wonder it was throwing it down and I was wet through myself, but because I only wanted a coffee ,I walked in…..you only press a botton on the machine to poor a coffee…they are more interested in deleverage guys..wouldn’t mind plenty staff there👀….just walking about…MLHC-HH9G-W6LZ you asked me to tell you what I thought.! 😩
