What i like in this branch is mainly because of this particular staff who helped me out with my 3 boys when i was ordering our meal. As I observed him all throughout our stay here, he is very hardworking and make it a point that the shop is clean and well taken care of like his own house. I am very grateful and thankful to him😊shout out to Mr.Azfar🥰🥰

So bad i order milshake and they didnt give us Food was cold, THEY SHOUTED AT US FOR NO REASONS, The juice was expired

Dear Shift Manager Rhiona, I'm sorry you are depressed about working in a McDonalds, but there is no need to take your frustration out on customers. When I repeatedly asked you to stop talking over me, but you continued to do so, you are at that point, actively frustrating the customer more. So you should not be surprised when they get increasingly upset with you. When I asked if your manager was there, and you LIED by saying she was not in, shrugged your shoulders, smirked and walked off, I was appaled. I'm glad I actually got to speak to your manager as she explained things well, let me get to the end of my sentence and was kind. FYI I am Dyslexic/autistic. The way you handled my refund request was awful and you never know who you are talking to or how best to communicate with them. Talking over customers is bad practice anyway, let alone with someone like myself. Happy New Year, Yours, Confusedhowyougotthejob

Really bad experience, food was cold, waited 30 minutes for my order, all food was cold, they served the coffee to another person and it was wrong so they have put it back where should be binned. The chicken in the wrap wasn't cooked enough, and the salad and cucumber was old, we ended up with bad stomach and diarrhea. Won't come back here ever again.

Food was warm our bag was left on side for 15 minutes while staff just messed about , ordered strawberry milkshake but got one with no flavour just milk , staff were rude place was dirty won’t be going back to Sutton Coldfield MacDonalds again

Toilets are gross one door couldn't even close right and saw pads with blood on on the floor and they missed 1 burger from our order and 2 nuggets from 20 nuggets box and 4 dips and took them 10 mins for 2 apple pies when they come already made

The worst ever experience, bought a few items on order for takeaway, should not have trusted them, they forgot to add a crispy chicken sandwich. Unfortunately I had to find out after going home, when I went back after a few hours, the answer I got, "What you want me to do" no apology but yes they gave my missing sandwich but the state of that was very bad. Will never ever go back to McDonald's again.

TRULY awful every single time. If we get an orde that's right, it's a miracle. Not a single order we have had delivered is correct. An entire order missing the chips, or the dips or the drinks. Never the delivery drivers fault but they get the brunt for the embarrassment that this branch is. DO NOT ORDER. IT WILL BE WRONG.

Third order in a row and the whole order was cold, I live close to where I ordered from so there was no reason for this. The sauces were also missed off the order again!

Not only did i wait over an hour for delivery, my food had come freezing cold, with one meal missing, drinks were spilled all in the bags, I rang up the store and spoke to manager and he rudely hung the phone up on me.

1 hour 20 mins for delivery and the time just kept being pushed back. No option to cancel order which I would have done. Food when it arrived stone cold, was very obviously NOT prepared when just eat said and had been lying there for ages.

Rubbish food, you forgot the syrup to go with the pancakes and the whole order was all cold. Cold coffee, cold food and the only good part of this experience was a polite courier. My ten yr old grandson has given up on his cold and dry pancakes. A very high price for a load of rubbish

Says food delivered at 8:25pm but current time is 8:08pm. Some time travel is going on. Ordered at 5:15. Gave up and cooked our burgers. Shame, as first problem with both McDonald's and app for ages.

original delivery time was 17:20. arrived, cold and congealed, around 18:30. total disgrace. ice creams had melted, burgers were tepid, fries were stone cold. waste of money and food. had to microwave the food just to make it slightly edible. McDonalds Sutton Coldfield is an absolute disgrace

Rude staff on the Phone, Ordered a delivery and the driver had left the food on the doorstep of a communal building? Didn't even ring the doorbell! Mcdonalds don't want to take any account for this! Let alone the fact the order was missing multiple items. You spend over £30+ on food and recieve a fraction of the order and its cold? Despicable service, can't believe the staff were so rude about this. Avoid if you actually want your food and to be treated with decency and respect when you call.

Tracking the driver he went completley out of his way and made several other deliveries before ours. The initial delivery time said 5.10 but this kept getting more and more until it arrived at 5.40 when it was unfortunately cold.
