Compared to big prices everywhere McDonalds coffee is a really good price and quality .My preferred is Toffee Latte.

Ordered a triple cheeseburger. They gave me a double with a triple label on it.. sneaky guys real sneaky I came back here for lunch, what a fool I am right, on the inside of the burger I received there was something extremely salty and off putting, spat it out and wouldn't finish it. They also like to hide grill dirt under the cheese, I would advise anyone to open up the burger and see what you're getting before eating it. It might make you never want to eat McD's ever again. Besides the chicken selects and the icecream, this franchise is a total toilet. Am I going to get a perfectly clean burger or something from gordan ramseys nightmares, you never know. Fed up with this chain. If you want a good burger go anywhere else. You won't find anything here except disappointment

Food was cold and took a while to get to me. Quite disappointing.

It's busy but the service could be better

Came here for quick bite with my friend. Really loved the atmosphere here. I would like to mention Maninderpal for his amazing and friendly service. This was first time at a McDonald's in the UK and I was unaware the menu, Maninderpal guided through the menu patiently. Had an amazing experience.

Had to wait for my food which is good for me because it tends to be roasting. I was apologised to for the delay which was appreciated. Overall experience was good!

I will never come here again even if it’s the last McDonald’s on this earth the service was horrible and the lady kept on giving dirty looks and got my order wrong I ordered double and was given single burger and the place was dirty

Checking your order is not enough at this branch. You have the literally open the burgers and make sure there’s meat inside etc. Last night I received half the burger. Literally looks like it was dropped in the floor and half of it was picked up. It’s also not the first time

the driver refused bring the food upstairs and insisted on me going downstairs to get my order and I am disabled so can't, also was very ride and also the food was missing from the order we only received ice cream, no food was delivered, so there was 3 m3als missing plus sides aswell absolutely joke of a delivery woman absolutely shocking and now I've got to wait and see if I get a refund for my my food so now hot no money and no dinner

hi sorry to bother but very upset as the 20 mcnuggets share box didn’t come with the meal. i would really appreciate if my £6.99 was refunded because that’s a lot of money and we did not receive

It's been years since I've lost been in McDonald's and now I know why I do not really like their food because it tastes like it's made in a factory and that they do not really care about what it tastes like except for the ice cream McDonald's ice cream is best

Food is alright, toilet out of service too often. Edit, soon after my last review, the toilet issue was resolved. 5 th July 2020, hoping to have sit in for the occasional meal and Sunday breakfasts soon. October 2024. As I don't use the self service kiosks to order; there seems to be a fair few staff members who struggles with taking orders!!

last time im ordering from kentish town mcdonalds! nothing comes right, missed half the order. drink soaked everything. and took 45 minutes. the food is freezing and the drink is warm. ( whats left in the cup) very poor

Usless staff never seem to pay attention to the order notes. Stated no cheese and plain with no filling but they send out double cheese and full filling. Honestly ridiculous

Touch and pay machines not working properly gad to queue but staff quite prompt Place was overfull of of delivery bikers loitering as well as collecting But they did manage to miss off the cheese I ordered on one burger and gave virtually no sauce on filet o fish... only noticed when we got home

Three out of three orders from this McDonald’s has been wrong. Wrong items delivered, wrong sauces, no sauce etc etc. please be more thorough and careful when packing orders and ensure condiments such as balsamic dressings and dips are correct.

Food was inedible! Burger and fries were hard and dry and cold, even though I only live 2 minutes away. I order from here a lot and have never complained before. I think it had been hanging around on shelf for ages. It was a late night order.

Today was a good experience all food delivered none missing and a lovely courier. Wish i could add a tip after and not before the delivery.

It's a McDonald's you get what you expect. Lunchtime service was as expected. Not the warmest of fries but certainly fine.

McDonald's, gone downhill , burgers , all got smaller, mc flurries always only 2 thirds full, just not good enough for the price we pay.

Made a long round trip based on the opening hours listed on Google Maps to find they were totally wrong. You might think there's nothing a place could do to make a bad experience worse when they're not open, but wait!... So while quietly to myself having a read of the actual opening times on the door, the branch's 'security' appeared quite excitedly behind the locked glass to mouth and hand-signal to me several confirmations of the restaurant's closed status. Literally to make sure the door was shut in my face.

Always brilliant food and service

Unhappy with the service. ALWAYS forgetting items from our order. They need to pay more attention and not hurry. Also, the couriers always get lost and our order is cold, add this to missing items, equals an unsatisfactory customer and review!!

Food was cold. Muffin was missing cheese. Ordered 1 without cheese but both were. Late as well.

Visited on Friday,around 4pm As I'm sitting down enjoying my food I randomly hear shouting in the background. I went to what was happening and I see the store manager having an argument with the customer. It was good to see a bit of drama but can see it was very unprofessional. Randomly as the argument was getting very heated up, the store manager started fighting with the customer. Then the police came and this ain't the first time the stood manager had been caught fighting. I'm a regular and have witnessed this before. The customer was complaining about his food. Also the state of the shop was a disgrace, food left over, surfaces unclean and the toilets smelt really bad. The hand wash had flies inside and flying around. The was poor marks on the toilet floor and I left immediately.

The staff in the night shift are really inactive. They gossip a lot and takes to much time to prepare order. I visited twice in the night around 11 and faced the same thing. There was one particular Caucasian European woman, small, blonde hair, white shirt, she was roaming around looking on her phone as if she was waiting for a call. I waited more than 30mins for my order which is unacceptable. I heard the drivers call her name "janina". She was the one who left her station and went off randomly and let her staff do all the rest.

One thing I hate about this McDonald is There is a McDonald’s worker who just walked around, with receipts and telling can she use our phone to do feedback and use delivery driver’s phone as well as a customer I can’t even relax and enjoy my food. I have to have this girl come up to me to use my phone.

My order is saying it was delivered but had been delivered to someone els I have not received it but have paid for someone els to have it.. I want all of the money refund back including the delivery fee.

This was a frustrating experience. From what I know, you can't handle fries like that, especially after cooking leaving them on top of the oil and preparing 10-15 fries at the same time while you have 6-8 orders. They served us cold fries, and I had to complain at the counter while i was reciving my food 5-7 times after receiving them. The staff kept acknowledging that they are cold instead of changing it. There was someone else she told her to change it after 2-3 time she did it but even after replacing them, they were still cold, she was telling me to touch it and check its cold or hot. I didnt bother to touch because i knew its gonna be cold they are sitting there for how long who knowa! I don't understand what they were doing, as it wasn’t even busy enough to have multiple batches of fries sitting around getting cold. They should go by the rules. Not interested to come here again!!

The Philly Cheese Steak usually tasted nice but this time something wasn't right, first there wasn't any crispy shallots, no cheese sauce but cheese yes. The big Mac are good 👍👍👍
