So your chips were cold and there was lettuce in my burger then you gave me 3 chicken nuggets when I paid for 4 horrible service

Entré esta noche. Lo que he visto allí me ha dejado fuera. Uno de los miembros del personal que estaba doblando la envoltura se rascó y no se lavó las manos, ni guantes, ni redes. Otro miembro del personal estaba limpiando el piso lateral de la cocina y no se lavó las manos después, luego continuó trabajando en la cocina con la manipulación de alimentos. Creo que toda la industria alimentaria debería haber cumplido con la Higiene Alimentaria pero incluso el gerente se estaba tocando la cara y trabajando con los alimentos sin lavarse las manos. Basura tirada alrededor del comedor. La persona que estaba "limpiando" rastros usó un paño sucio para limpiar todo. Fue una experiencia horrible, lugar muy sucio. No recomiendo comer allí. ¡EVITA!

2 hours late only to have 1 triple cheesburger missing and 1 medium cheese mcdispy meal and no 6 nuggets. Absolutely shocking.

waited 2 hours on an order for it to arrive with 1 out of 6 items

ordered from this mcdonald’s as the other didn’t come at all, the order came late and had the wrong items and stuff that shouldn’t have been in burgers on it, very disappointed

ordered at 14.20 but it took almost 40mins after that the restaurant started with my menu

wrong order received. ordered 2 smoothies and mcflurrry and received over £60 of someone else's food called restaurant and explained the girl was helpful! feel awful for whoever was waiting for there McDonald's showed they ordered at 16:40 and was delivered to me at 19:50. not good

The delivery driver cnt find my address I had to come down and meet them outside on the street, the food took a long time to arrive and was abit cold

Terrible order this evening for one I ordered a burger without the bun as I’m gluten free it came with a bun so it was all contaminated so i couldn’t eat that the other burger we ordered was missing bacon and he didn’t get the mc flurry he ordered, the hot chocolate was half full and there was a milkshake lid in side the hot chocolate lid so he couldn’t get a drink it has been an awful order

After waiting for 45 minutes for my food to leave the restaurant only to sit and watch my driver spend another 15 minutes dropping off other orders food the. Arrive cold wet and the bag looks like it was opened before being delivered

Food was good but the order was wrong. A message to say there was no hot chocolate would have been fine rather than sending coffee that went down the sink.

Food was cold when delivered, milkshake was meant to be strawberry but ended up being vanilla flavoured instead, ordered a 5 chicken selects meal and did not receive 5, only received 3 and did not receive the correct amount of sauce. Delivery was on time but food was not satisfactory. Likely to not order from there again.

Order arrived and all food that was supposed to be hot was freezing! offered £2.67 redund! Very unhappy with service!

i know it showed up late but it was only because the place was short on drivers according to just eat but as usual the food beats it and takes amazing.

Well for a start, the delivery was the wrong order, I have someone else's food. From touch it was stone cold, the item McMuffin was contaminated with sausage so couldn't even attempt to eat it. The hash browns were a greasy mess and the other item cheesy flat bread was edible but only just. my order hopefully the other customer could attempt to eat. Check the delivery items before you attempt to hand over the wrong food!

Waited over an hour for our order, was about an hour before it was even getting prepared. Never received two juices that we ordered either, nor did we get any straws or sauces.

we ordered a chocolate brownie but it wasn't in the order. also no straw with the smoothie. normal straws don't work because it's too thick. gutted

It's like a free for all in there. The place needs a good manager and a better layout and system to get the place organised.

foreign delivery driver with no English had a friend on speaker phone to translate (huge breach of GDPR as he used my address) delivery was horrendous as he refused to show me he even had the food before I gave him the code (I assume so he could get the code then leave with the food) on the map he drove around half of Dundee before coming to us (multiple deliveries?) will be putting in a formal complaint as that person should not be driving for just eat!

The food is cold and the triple cheeseburger is a double and the double bacon burger is a single so I am looking forward to a refund for the price difference!

McDonald’s is usually my go-to when I need something fast and convenient. The fries are a hit or miss, with it either being hot and crispy, or cold and damp. The burgers hit usually hit the spot whenever I’m craving something familiar. That being said, at certain times this place can get really busy, and the quality of the food can be a hit or a miss. But overall, it’s great for a quick, no-fuss meal when you're in a rush for something to eat.

Young server didn't look like he knew what he was doing, just called my number and left it sitting on the counter. I asked if this was my order and he mumbled something and shuffled away. Meal was OK,have had better. Lack of seats downstairs for disabled. Had to keep watching and then pounce on one when able bodied kids left.
