Food & staff seemed ok, the problem was the environment. If you like eating in a big, draughty hallway, you will love it...

Provides the nutrients I need quickly and at a very good price.

A good size restaurant with lots of central seating. Food is always OK at Mac's the service centre was very busy so expect se queueing.

Tables could be wiped more often

Overcooked bacon and sausages not the best truckstop I've been to.

It's not a good McDonald's I would say. Food is not prepared well. Chicken is not cooked properly. Service is also not that good. Bit rude staff. Not everyone, might be I caught them at the wrong time of the day. Overall a good place to dine in.

Dropped off at Tibshelf services Brought everyone a meal and price was reasonable - you do have to order smart They brought the food over but forgot a cheeseburger It's McDonald's and is always going to be average

Orderd our food sat down with our number 5 mins later we noticed our order sat on the counter I asked the manager if it was our order he said yes I asked him why he didn't put our number on the screen he said I called it out but he didn't so our food was nearly cold when I challenged him he shrugged his shoulders and walked away another customer stood by me said how rude he was

Only stopped for drink. Loads of customers ordering food, compared to other vendors offering items.

Food was nice, the service was good and the atmosphere was quiet.

This McDonald’s is at tibshelf service station northbound. It is quite a popular service station and the McDonald’s has the typical self-serve style electronic screens. But if you are old school, you can still get it from the counter if you need to. Everything is pretty standard and it is clean and normally tidy.

Utter processed non food offerings

The service is OK but they make the hot drinks whilst your food is being served so yiu can get warm coffee and / or stewed tea with both not being as hot as they should have been The pictures of the food never seem to match the actual food Staff, when busy, can tend to handle food with a little less care than normal

Coffee. Revisiting 18/11/2024. Stopped for breakfast @ 10:55. Trying to decipher the breakfast options, I decided to try what was on the app menu. Eventually returning to the desk to use my voucher and waited.... Asking what is for breakfast- " breakfast finishes at 11am" Who wants a beefburger for breakfast? Obtained a sausage sandwich from one of the other shops, but ordered a mcd coffee for table delivery. It arrived and that was it. No greeting, just a coffee placed onto the table. What a soleless experience.. Maybe that is how people expect things to be done, then leave rubbish on their table. Pretty annoyed the breakfast finishes at 11:00 a.m. Sharp....

My sausage and egg McMuffin meal was made with care and delicious. Cheese on the patty and not spread across the paper wrapper. Appreciated!

Ordered on the app to collect at this McDonald's branch. Went in the services to collect, to told they were shut for the night due to no staff. Surely there is a way to show if a McDonald's is shut and not accepting orders. More annoyed for this time wasted

Mac Donald's in general as gone down hill since covid they worry more about the food collection rather than the people stood waiting at the counter

Raw fries, weird chicken, service is shocking

The attitude of staff is poor the food is cold when get it when get items there is always something missing been like this for the past few weeks coming you mentioned things missing they not interested in replacing or refusing you this is staff and managers

Bit disappointed that I popped in for the 3 for £3 offer on McDonald's website but ordering from the touchscreen didn't have this offer. So, I ordered the double big mac instead, the service is always fast and with a smile at this branch, I've never had any issues.

Be easier if they took cash save wait for machines

Why are the burgers always smaller than the bun they are in, luke warm at best and take a bite and all the moisture in your mouth dissapears and your reaching for a dri k so your able to swallow the mouthful. I think the fact they've made the process slower, less human interaction we have to do our own orders, prices increased and quality decreased then I try not to venture to a McDonald's when I'm out. I try to at least go to the more gourmet or independent burger places you'll pay the same but won't feel like you're still hunger when you've finished your meal.

On this visit the service was very slow. Some of the order boards were turned off. Staff were overwhelmed with the number of orders that were coming in. May have been the time that I visited.

Got what I wanted quick and good fast food, just what I needed

McDonald's is no longer fast food... Waiting times have become longer and longer recently with the increase in cycle delivery people and mistakes in orders are increasing.

Handy place to stop when you have a day out with Grandchildren. Quite reasonable prices. We don't always eat in but that usually depends on how crowded it is.

The outside eating area has two folding roof covers, neither were used so tables and seats were soaking wet and not useable.

One of the worst ever experiences at McDonald's and mid forties this year. Kitchen sounded like absolute chaos, ridiculous amount of people waiting for their orders. Ticket numbers disappearing for upto 10mins before miraculously turning up again. Customers around me annoyed or being made late for national express coach transfers, some waiting over 20mins for their order!

This place was nice and clean.Quite spacious and the big Mac and fries were lovely and tasty.

It's McDonalds, what more is there to say. The new burger/fries sharing deals are actually good value, the fries still suffer from often being anaemic, limp and pale but the burgers are not bad. Not as good as a smash burger but enough variety and taste to fill you for an hour or so.

Very quick service and a good coffee for £1.49. Far cheaper than other rivals on site. Indoor and outdoor seating 💺

Stopped for a breakfast muffin and coffee. The food was fine, the place was clean but slow service. Only 1 staff member was correctly attired with her long hair fastened back and in a net. The others, including bearded men, seemed to think that their hair wouldn't fall out!

The service I got was amazing. I couldn't work out my rewards on my fone what I collected over the months and a young lad helped me out. What a lovely lad he was. And served me with a smile. Food was hot and tasty as usual. 5 stars from me .

Called at 3am for a McDonald's on way home from airport. Was told tills were running an update and couldn't sell anything for 5-10mins. Fair enough. Makes sense to update them at stupid o'clock when it's quiet. Went back 15 mins later and another customer walked in just before us..... only for them to be told tills were running an update and they couldn't sell anything for 5-10 mins. 🤔 Walked out and tills still weren't working when we drove away.

It was a motorway services Micky D"s. The food was very similar to every other MDs. The services are very nice with outside seating, which is great when the sun is out. Service was quick, and the order was correct

Stopover because of an accident and long queues on the motorway. The food was perfect. Very hot and it was extremely busy. Found seating straight away. Asked the cleaner if there was any napkins and she immediately went to get some. Asked where I was seated and brought some. Very polite lady. Difficult situation on the motorway and very long delays. Very welcome stop. Thank you 😊

McDonald's stays pretty much consistent up and down the UK which I appreciate. The only issues is that some venues when ordering don't provide dips and sometimes get the order completely incorrect. I hope this changes in the future when ordering after a long day.

Ordered two items, received one. Didn't notice until already on the road. There's a reason people work here and not somewhere else.
