Donner meat missing of a donner kebab,rung them up and they said they would send a replacement but it never turned up

It's a takeaway! Can be busy and noisy with standing waiting. Speed of service depends on the time. Good food but a little cheapskate when it comes to donner and meat kebabs with them loaded with donner but only 3 pieces of meat

We order from McTucky's quite a lot, have done for a few years now. We love the folded garlic bread (Calzone) - top tier comfort food. Food is highly consistent and chefs kiss. Food is delivered to us quickly within the timeframe on justeat. On occasion we've had orders turn up within 15 mins. Friendly drivers too. 5/5

Chicken kebab can't fault it, the peri peri box was out of this world better than frangos. I will be returning 🤗

The prices and the food are both 5* The people are courteous and I feel part of their family

I was there years ago. But I still keep thinking of that chicken and missing it. It was the best, moist chicken I've ever tasted. For real. I was there for a pride month and It was close to the clubs, open through the night and saving me after whole day forgetting to get something to eat.

The gentleman at reception tried to charge me an extra £4 on top of the meal deal when I asked why he started shouting at me an told me to get out his shop very confusing situation an went to get food elsewhere

Ordered close to 3 hours ago, called the company an said they had no recall of me ever calling them? Currently in the process of trying to get refunded what a joke

Overcharged me food when the price was stated otherwise on their menu. Last time I'll buy from here. £3 for a portion of chips!!!

forgot part of our order, rang multiple times to try to rectify it and kept being told someone was on the way. Did eventually rectify situation although was 3 hours later, sent a free bottle of pop.

Forgot food after waiting two hours, called up and was told they will send it out. An hour later still nothing rang up got told "ok" and got hung up on. It's now another hour later called up again. Still saying it will be here soon. Not expecting much won't order here again.

very rude over the phone made us wait 2 hours for hour food. Put the phone down when tried to ask how long it was going to be due to having a 5 year old waiting for their food. Wouldn't recommend

Called and no one spoke then they just put the phone down and blatantly lied to me about not hearing me yet I could hear my echo

Burnt food rude staff not that customer friendly not even a one star

Always gave this place a good review ordered tonight , don't know why but crust on pizza thicker than usual and toppings looked like they had been thrown on being regular customers first time had a complaint .

Arrived an hour late after having to call three times... chips are undercooked, garlic bread has gone cold... would not recommend!

Waited almost 2 hours order was wrong and shish was off and smelled and the pizza burned and dry..rang to complain. The food was exchanged no problem and was right when it eventually came but by no means anything speacial. Wont be back anytime soon

Doner pizza had a few scraps of dinner. Chicken kebab meat very dry. Will not be using again.

Pulled up in the car asked for 2 chips waited nearly 15mkns for chips was a joke Chips wasn't even that good considering he told me they were FRESH

used to always order till they took 3 hours and 4 phone calls. They blatantly lied throughout and if the money hadn't gone out of my bank I wouldn't have waited. Terrible service, don't bother there are other places far better like Mando's

Very disappointed with the food i ordered tonight, kebab has 3 pieces of meat in and a few pieces of lettuce. I always order from here and womt be ordering again.

Waited 2 hours when it said 1 hour. Pizza arrived and the box was flattened that had destroyed one of the pizzas. Rang to get another but told I could collect or then wait another long time for another to be delivered. Was told they had staff issues but surely you shouldn't take orders unless you can complete them fully.

Best kebab ever and the friendllest staff .deserve medals these guys. Even took time too ring me back when my credit went. Much love you lot ❤️❤️

Right after Old Trafford it was on-point to go to this place. Delicious chicken, nice texture, not so greasy, chips were also pretty good and the pizza was melting tasty oh yeah.

Ordered through their own app. Given a time of 1hr 30 mins, had to ring after 2 hours to chase, turned up 2 hours 15 minutes after order placed. App deleted. Won't be ordering again.

Owner is rude and arrogant. Used to order a lot from them on justeat, but never again!!!

The chicken bleeding in the middle, genuinely dangerous. Should be shut down.

Ordered from these every time I've had a takeaway and for the first time I've slipped up by pressing the wrong pizza and pressed the one above by mistake. Called them to see if there's anything they can do and all I got was you need to re order and pay again! Talk about keep your customers happy! Pathetic

Belting for late night cans when wine man cant deliver or its after 11pm

Pathetic service , ordered 5 meals , and some kids meals , the meals we ordered with chips , they never arrived and when we phoned up to question it all we got was abuse , never again

Food was half hour late so in all waited an hour and half for 2 pizza . Won't be using them again
