Fantastic brunch spot with incredible service! Dave is so attentive, kind, and genuinely cares about making your experience perfect, checking on everyone to ensure all is well. Very rare to find nowadays. The host at the door is lovely and welcoming, adding to the high standard of customer service. The food is outstanding—easily the best posh lamb kebab and pancakes I’ve ever had. A solid 10/10 for both service and food. Highly recommend!

Karla was an amazing waitress really good service. Very polite and friendly and we were on a Christmas outing and she offered to take photos and videos during the night. The Sea bass as a meal was very small for the price. And sauce was flavourless.

Prices are outside of these world and is nothing special. Links overpriced, food overpriced, best on these site is the ambient, but sometimes it is field to dark.

Thursday, November 14, 2024 at 11:14 AM “Megan’s" has long been one of my favorite restaurants, known for its delicious dishes and generally great service. My recent experience, while initially disappointing, was ultimately made much better due to the manager's excellent handling of the situation. I visited for breakfast and coffee, and after paying my bill, I was handed a card offering a free drink for my next visit, which I appreciated. However, when I returned to redeem the offer, I was surprised to find that the card was only valid for an alcoholic drink, which I cannot consume due to my religious beliefs. When I politely asked the waitress if the card could be applied to a coffee instead, she ignored my request and did not offer any apology or suitable alternative. I felt disappointed by her lack of consideration. Thankfully, when I spoke to the manager about the situation, they were incredibly understanding and professional. They apologized for the miscommunication, reassured me that the card would indeed apply to a coffee, and provided me with the coffee as promised. The manager's response was thoughtful, and it went a long way in restoring my faith in the restaurant's commitment to customer service. That said, I do feel that some of the morning staff, particularly the tall Eastern European waitress, may benefit from additional customer service training and sensitivity to the diverse needs of patrons. While my issue was resolved, I believe that attention to the staff's approach and attitude would improve the overall experience for all customers. Despite this, I continue to enjoy "Megan’s" for its wonderful food and the way the manager handled the situation. I’m confident the restaurant will continue to be a favorite of mine as long as they maintain their commitment to excellent service.

I had the best experience at Megan’s last night! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at home. Our server, Jordan, was fantastic – attentive, friendly, and super knowledgeable about the menu. Met a friend for lunch and had the mezze feast which was delicious and so much food for the two of us! We drank pink vodka lemonade and rum ginger beer soda. We were served by Jordan who was so attentive and super knowledgeable about the menu and helpful with his recommendations. We loved the decor and the whole experience! Top marks for Jordan!

The restaurant is amazing. The staff was really welcoming and friendly especially Aleena who has a pretty smile helped me in choosing chicken kebab and shakshuka which was really good. Definitely I would recommend this place to my friends.

Charged me £3.90 for a side of spinach which equated to one small mouthful. Rest of the food was good but a side dish so small, that wasn’t even served in a separate side dish, is taking the mick.

The decor is very pretty and great for photographs. The food was delicious and good size of portions too. The only thing which was somewhat disappointing was the time taken for the food to arrive. The waitress explained that they were busy (we were there at midday for brunch/lunch). However, they really need to look at their staffing/ systems if this happens regularly. I would happily go again (and hope not to wait so long for my food)

Colleague and I popped in to Megan’s for a late lunch (around 4:30 pm) today. It was a very nice restaurant with lovely atmosphere and the service was very good too. Food was delicious, very nice presentation. I really enjoyed my late lunch today! This restaurant is also dog friendly so you can bring your dog along to enjoy your meal 😊

Mostly tasty food - I wasn't keen on the sharing platter being a tray with a paper liner on which the pickles and couscous were placed. Everything I ate was tasty though. Atmosphere was romantic, we were there early Sunday evening, the light level was low making reading the menu and seeing the food hard; but the place does look kinda lovely. Bread was dry, a couple of things not available for the meat platter, donner was delicious but a little small. Aleena's service was great, cheery, helpful and accommodating. V. close to 5 stars all round. Would definitely come back!

Dev was really attentive. He share he was in training but he was exceptional better that a lot of the waiters I have come across! Defo would come again.

The food was very good and the place was packed. My only criticism is that the waitresses are slow to take orders waited over 20 minutes to order a bottle of wine, fearing it would take equally as long to order our food we ordered that at the same time. I'm sure it will get better with the watchful eye of the mangeress who was welcoming and attentive! Delicious food fun decor definitely worth a visit or 2..... The service has greatly improved. We were there for lunch today , and the no wait at all.

Had this Amazing waitress on Saturday for brunch, I think her name was Asia. She made us all feel welcome and was great with suggesting items off the menu! Try the Eggs Benedict if you ever go! Thank you for a super friendly and amazing atmosphere. I would definitely book again :-)

Met a friend and her daughter for lunch here and thoroughly enjoyed. I’ve been to a Megan’s before (in Kingston) but don’t remember enjoying it as much as I did this one. The place is a really good size, lovely bright conservatory, pretty decor and a fab menu. It was difficult to choose as everything sounds good but I ended up going for the veggie brunch. It was yummy as was my flat white with coconut milk (extremely tasty!), my easy green juice and my baklava & ice cream dessert. It’s a little on the pricey side for what you get but it’s in yummy mummy Balham so to be expected I guess. Either way, the service was friendly and prompt. I really liked it and I’ll defo be back!

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional service I received from Aleena during my visit last Saturday. From the moment I was seated, she made me feel welcomed and attended to all my needs with a warm smile.She was attentive without being intrusive, and her knowledge of the menu truly enhanced my dining. Her recommendations were spot-on, especially the Chilli chicken shakshouka and the cookie dough dessert , which were both delicious. The quality of the food and affordability was impressive. Additionally, the ambience of the restaurant contributed to a wonderful evening. The warm lighting and elegant decor created a cozy atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a meal. I look forward to returning soon

A stylish ambience but food and service very poor... The service was poor, my granddaughter was served her lemonade after I had asked for the bill. Her tomatoes and onion salad had a hair in it, and was saturated with a vinaigrette dressing and too salty. My dish came with a salad and was also saturated with a vinaigrette dressing. Overall the food was substandard and I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Totally overpriced - extra £3.90 for a few bits of halloumi?! The dishes are small and mostly filled with yoghurt with very little substance. Ambiance is lovely though which is why it’s such a shame the food is average and expensive. Won’t come again.

Came here on a sunday around 3:30 pm, my friends and I were looking for a place to have a late lunch. We ate the most delicious meals, i highly recommend the halloumi fries with the piri sauce, the mezze sharing platter and the ferrero roche iced latte. More importantly, the service was amazing, Kazi was a superstar, making sure my friends and i were very well looked after. We really loved the service and will definitely be returning with our friends and family. I highly recommend this place for families too as it is very spacious and bright in the back. Great place for a quick bite on a Monday night. Good food - chilli chicken shakshouka is a a particular favourite - good wine. What is not to like especially when you can get the ‘neighbours’ menu price. Recommended
