I ordered from here today, as my usual is currently shut due to maintenance. I wasn't very impressed with the chicken tikka masala, it tasted very sweet and sour. something id expect from a Chinese takeaway. other than that the naan was lovely and fresh as was everything else. the curry was just a let down unfortunately.

The food was at the right temperature, but the portions were a bit big and burnt.

Propper chicken pieces nice sauce phall could have been a bit hotter pretty good in all will order again

Been using for a long time and normally excellent, even when busy. We always preorder because of this, especially on a Saturday. This time however the garlic nan was stone cold, as in fridge cold! We also never order poppadoms as they always send a couple…..last night we had all the sauces but no poppadoms. After calling the restaurant apparently they never give free poppadoms….but you have been for as long as we’ve been ordering from you? Curry was lovely shame about the other inconsistencies!

Was later than original time slot but did receive a message so that was ok. when it arrived, we were only give half our order so had to call the restaurant and wait for driver to come back, which was about 5 mins later. Driver apologised

so far always good, would say unlike other takeaway they don't give anything complimentary.

Food was really poor quality on this occasion. Bland curries, and the paratha was undercooked and thick. Popadoms were very poor. One totally smashed into bits in a bag.

Good Biryani. But poppadums not good plus small with no spicy flavour as ordered.

Food quality is now poor. We have used this restaurant for a while but today the food was cold, the chicken had gristle, the sauces are too thick and the masala sauce just tasted of vinegar. The small amount of chicken in the sauce is not worth the price you pay. The Tandori Roti was simply inedible- like a piece of cardboard. Very disappointing!

Order the Tandoori mixed grill with salad and mint sauce, No mint sauce or salad was delivered although that doesn't sound bad it is part of the meal..

The food here is out of this world and was so delicious I didn't want other people to find out about this restraunt however I have to tell the world because the food here was so good I ate it all and haven't been that full in a long time . let me say this the food bit the spot and the staff treat you like royalty I felt so good about my self after talking to the staff here as they are well spoken and are very helpful

The food here was amazing honeslty my belly is so full and I can not wait to reorder the staff here are abouslety amazing and the delivery drivers are awesome people I would highly recommend this restraunt 5 star service all round they deserve huge recognition because there food is out of this world so delicious

Chicken korma tastes a bit unusual, and the portion size is very small for the price however everything else was great

Everything was really tasty. Exactly what was needed for a good mood. Tandori mixed amazing and freshly baked hot nand bread with grilled meat..wow.. came to order again to try their specials.

Pretty good, like the samosa not keen on lemon rice but thats probably me. will use again.

Intially I had a good experience when first calling the restaurant, to find out the where abouts of my ordered. Which was a pleasant and nice interaction. But for some odd reason when the food arrived, I had a weird encounter with the driver who told me multiple times I should’ve paid more of fee due to my distance being 3miles. Out which twice I let him know this is something that should be discussed with just eat , as I don’t control the delivery fee. The animosity I was greeted with was definitely odd and I simply brushed it off as, I didn’t make sense due to the phone call I just had. So that was an odd start. As for the food it was very plain and bland definitely needed aromat / extra flavour as the only thing I ordered that had flavour was the korma. Which usually is not the case from an Indian cuisine. And was very disappointing. The nan bread came burnt and over cooked on one side. The samosa again sadly had no flavour and the pastry was hard. The biryani again was bland and lacked a lot of seasoning. ( which even after adding aromat lacked flavour ). This was my first and possibly last time. Hopefully these things can be considered and changed in the future. The First Gentleman was very polite so I’d advise just teaching and giving your drivers the same teaching of etiquette as it was very uncomfortable.

Absolutely fantastic! Good quality food, perfect portion sizes. Tried Meghna randomly as my previous favourite Indian sadly closed down. I have a new favourite now!

Everything had been made and cooked with care. Unfortunately, I found it all fairly bland. I had to break out the hot sauce to zzh it up. Best onion bahjees I’ve ever eaten. So very nearly excellent. And i still enjoyed it. Other palates may be more suited.

Food was quite satisfactory, however, it was spoilt a bit as some of the order was missing from the delivery. Only after complaining to the restaurant was the missing items delivered some 40 mins later.

The food was really nice and it was delivered much earlier than the time stated, the courier was very polite so overall I’m really pleased with the food and the service provided.

Great tandoori mixed grill and the lemon rice was really good. It went really well with the brinjal bhaji. The mushroom bhaji was also a star dish. We'll be ordering from there again in future.

Great food, Madras sauce was tasty, the right thickness, not too hot, chicken was soft n tasty, rice perfect, bombay potatoes big n tasty and not hard. 10/10. Deffo order again.

This is my first time ordering from them. Their food is OK but not really 100% to my palette. I guess I have my own taste and preferences of flavour. This is no condemnation of this restaurant. I ate and FULL-JOYED the food for what it was. Delivery time was as they said. PRICES were great. In fact for what I ordered the price and quality were EXCELLENT !

I had a text message at 6.24pm saying my food left the restaurant, which is less than a mile away, I rang the restaurant who told me my food was on its way. its arrived at 7.10pm, food was cold, not even warm. I could not even microwave it (which I shouldn't have to) as it's dangerous to reheated rice, can cause salmonella. I am very unhappy that I've wasted money I do not have to waste on food I can't eat.

really bad taste. cheese naan was horrible.. just a hard loaf of old bread topped with cheese. Chicken in jalfrezi was hard as a rock and peppers and onion were cut so big. biryani lacked flavour and rice was undercooked

Absolutely amazing food, the one and only complaint I have about this restaurant is the situation with the poppadoms usually when I spend over £20 I get poppadoms free with my order n this case I had to spend 95p for one

There was only 5 small prawns in your king prawn vindaloo! And the Nan bread was overpriced for the quality.

When I rang up the restaurant last night about it they said they would call me back to discuss the issue but I never received a call back - and I haven’t been refunded for the item. AMAZING FOOD. We’ve ordered from Meghna almost every Friday while staying in London for work and every time it goes down a treat. The lamb passanda is to die for.

The absolute best food in Plumstead. Worth every penny and would definitely return again and again! Two thumbs up!

Was very happy food was early and very hot took around ten minutes to cool down which was great as it was early the food was amazing as always and loved service all year round

Food arrived cold and samosas soggy. The poppadoms were folded in half and surprisingly burnt and couldn’t eat them. The naan and chicken tikka were nice.

30 minutes late and food was cold

Delivery arrived and naan bread was missing. Called the restaurant and first of all they told me that they couldn't send me one as they had no drivers. They said they'd give me it next time I order. When I said I wanted it now and not at some undetermined date in future, they then changed their approach and told me the naan was definitely sent, and they'd double checked with the chef. The Uber driver must have lost it. A completely unsatisfactory experience, and there won't be a "next time".

This is by far our favourite takeaway and exceeds any other business we have ever ordered from. The food is absolutely incredible, the service is always amazing and the staff who deliver direct from the business are always brilliant - never late, always extremely friendly and helpful! Couldn’t wait to leave a review for this gem of a curry house! Great food cooked exactly as I requested; the owner even called to confirm changes/upgrades. I left a note saying ‘please don’t knock, call instead as baby sleeping’, & yep, as requested the friendly driver (who arrived early) called upon delivery. Can’t fault this place, as well as they have a 5-star food hygiene rating, they make every effort to ensure your food is to your liking!
