Merano Rose Bar in Lambeth

Entré aquí porque estaba cerca de nuestro hotel y desayuné. Estaba muy sabroso y el café era realmente bueno. Las chicas que servían eran amables y serviciales, nuestra comida llegó bastante rápido y fue encantadora. ¡Realmente feliz con nuestra visita!

Fui allí para ver este lugar mientras nos mudamos a la zona. Esperamos una hora para que nos sirvieran nuestra comida (filete del menú diario). Nadie vino a disculparse por el retraso, el personal era invisible y tuvimos que levantarnos para preguntar dónde estaba nuestra comida. Cuando encontramos a alguien, dijeron que tenían una mesa grande delante de nosotros para ser atendidos. . . . . Entonces, ¿por qué no nos dijeron que puede haber un retraso cuando pedimos? El insulto adicional a una pareja que llegó después de nosotros fue servida con bastante rapidez y muy por delante de nosotros. Cuando llegó el bistec, estaba cocinado hasta la muerte, lo cual no es el medio raro que pedimos. Luego pedimos hablar con el gerente y nos dijeron "está en su descanso", así que a pesar de tener dos clientes muy descontentos en su restaurante, aparentemente no podía molestarse en venir a vernos y al menos permitirnos que nos fuéramos sintiendo a alguien influyente. Había escuchado y entendido nuestra frustración. El "Duty Manager", aunque cortés, no tenía ni idea de cómo manejar o tratar los problemas. Ciertamente no estaba capacitada en la gestión de establecimientos de restauración y en la buena comunicación y visibilidad cuando hay problemas en un entorno de servicio y es absolutamente esencial. Lamentablemente, la impresión cuando nos fuimos es que el propietario depende del personal que simplemente no está capacitado en cómo administrar el servicio de alimentos. Muy decepcionado de que pronto seamos vecinos y ahora tengamos serias dudas sobre llevar a alguien allí. También me pregunto si la gerencia leerá esta revisión y responderá. Lamentablemente, de alguna manera lo dudo.

Nous recommandons mille fois ce bar ils sont à l’écoute et font un véritable effort de compréhension. J’espère avoir l’occasion d’y retourner lors d’un futur voyage à Londres. Les cocktails et le repas étaient de très bonne qualité, l’ambiance était chaleureuse et la bonne humeur du personnel au rendez vous.

I have visited previously and had a good experience. My family was in town so decided it would be nice to take them for lunch. The food took forever to arrive which was strange as there was only one other table of three in there. The chicken was greasy and beyond bland, it had not even been seasoned with pepper, it came with a dry green salad that came straight out of a bag onto the plate. The eggs royal was very tasty but I had one small piece of toast cut in half , one half had no salmon at all and the other a tiny mouthful and two of the smallest eggs I’ve ever seen in my life. I went straight home and made something to eat. The girl serving us was extremely polite and offered us a croissant as an apology, this was most definitely an issue with the chef. I will not be going back which is a shame as it’s very close to where I live. It’s definitely not value for money.

Quick stop for lunch and the food was amazing! Stopped with my wife and daughter whilst we waited to get into our hotel room. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was beautiful and worth every penny so thankyou. Highly recommend if staying at Plaza on the River.

Very slow and badly organised! Also becareful if you order champagne by the glass it is likely to be prosecco but charge you for champagne! That is very bad customer service and insulting they thing a customer won't know the difference between champagne and prosecco! I won't waste my time and money here again.

We ate here 2 times, 1 lunch, 1 dinner. The dinner was better in the upstairs dining room. We had the same server both times and she was very patient with us.There was a service charge included but we gave her extra because of the way she treated us.

When we had gone to dine at Merano nearly everything we ordered they’d run out of. They couldn’t supply many wines either. The service was very slow. We could only see two other people there. Fortunately they gave us a complimentary glass of wine to compensate.

Bella location sulle rive del Tamigi. Piccolo dehor, qualche tavolo al piano bar ed un'ampia sala al piano superiore. Servizio familiare e relativamente veloce. La maggior parte dei clienti sono locali. Pochi i turisti in quanto il locale è situato lontano dalle principali vie turistiche. Sperimentato alcune sere. Piatti del territorio. Buona la qualità. Prezzi medi attorno ai 60€ per un piatto ed un dessert. Simpatica la tradizione, ad una certa ora, di abbassare la potenza dell'illuminazione e di mettere candele sui tavoli. Aspetti negativi: l'odore di birra al pian terreno, la pulizia dei tavoli che lasciava desiderare e la capienza limitata della cucina. Una sera infatti, dopo averci servito il primo piatto, ci hanno detto candidamente che non erano in grado di andare oltre prima di un'ora, invitandoci di fatto ad andarcene.

Went for breakfast on Saturday morning. First customer of the day. Had eggs benedict. Food was cool. Nothing stood out. Not sure I'd go back,

Had brunch one day lunch the next. Switched on health conscious cafe/bar reasonably priced with illy coffee and plenty of gf &df choices. Recommend

New bar/restaurant in a great location on Albert Embankment, opposite the river. We went for dinner but weren’t overly impressed with the food which came in small, under-seasoned, overpriced portions. We ordered Oysters for starters which came with lemon wedges. When I asked for mignonette sauce the waitress mdidn’t seem to know what I was talking about. We didn’t try the cocktails but the list looked good. When it came time to pay we waited for 20 minutes while the waitress tried to get the card machine to work. Not her fault but on the 5th attempt (and after a long wait) it was clear the staff are nice but inexperienced! Hoping they can iron out these issues asap because it’s nice to have a new addition to neighbourhood but this place needs work if it’s going to survive!

So I popped into this restaurant for a quick coffee while on a break. Amazing decor great coffee. The menu looked super tasty if I’d had time I’d have had the Scrambled eggs and Salmon. Best of all was the service the two ladies in there were super cool and on hearing of my crappy morning I was treated to a second coffee. Nelly & Aia were a delight to interact with!!!

I’ve been living in Vauxhall for 5 years and it was about time a place like this opened. I’ve been there almost every morning for coffee and brunch and had the opportunity to try their late food a couple of times and must say I have never been disappointed. Fully recommend, business partners were delighted with lunch!

We booked a table for Friday evening for 5.45 and on route at 5.38 were called but no message left. Upon arrival at 5.40 our pre booked table was given to someone else. We ordered rose wine only to be told by waitress it was...

Service, Meals and drinks were a delight. We were extremely well received and servided, food options are not extensive but are delicious and the drinks were superb.
