Great service, warm & welcoming. Good food and decently priced, I think my new favourite cafe in Sutton :)

Favourite cafe in Sutton, can’t be beaten for quality and service, always greeted warmly and they’re generous with the portions. Highly recommend!! At times I haven’t been charged for asking for any additional toppings also, they’re the type of people who are happy to feed others.

We both had chicken curry and rice which looked more like a beef curry when served up, with latte coffees, the only thing that was hot was the coffees the food was warm. The owner seemed more interested in talking to an elderly lady sitting in the corner. Also the cafe doesn't have a toilet. This is the last visit to this cafe.

I came in here today and had a orange and carrot juice and marble cake. Both were excellent. Service is impeccable. Highly recommended

Sat down to eat . Needed the toilet. There wasn't one available.. due to illness this is unacceptable.. laughed when told me to walk to Starbucks.. . Terrible people

Lovely fresh food ,plenty of filling in the sandwiches, Aggy is the best Always makes you feel welcome and very helpfull It's a shame she only works weekends

Recent visit. Staff allowed a man to just walk in front of me as I stood in line and they served him!! He should have been told I was next. They ignored my request with egg cooking. I was served toast and marmalade that looked like the bread had been placed in a vice it was so squashed and the marmalade was plopped on in lumps. Not eating here again.

Staff rude stand in a queue and get to the front by pass me go to a table take order or regular who came in and sat down finally got served my breakfast came out very quick to quick to have been just cooked and it was soggy and steaming it was microwaved not FRESH and food was of cheap quality and high price will never go here again in Reply to your comment there is no way you can cook a breakfast as quick as mine came out as for rude staff you wasn't there and i watched the lady come in after me did not go to counter she sat down your staff took her a coffee which she shouted across to your staff so i was pushed back in queue

Nice staff and clean environment, ideally placed, shame its such an average breakfast. Weak café latte, the food came out within two minutes of ordering, boiling hot and slightly soggy. Most definitely a microwave job with budget ingredients. Shame to see that in Sutton.

Good choice of food at reasonable prices

The lasagne here is simply divine, paired with their hot chocolate, you have a meal to die for. Super nice people running the place, would highly recommend this place.

Amazing food and service. Under new management but the new owner previously owned the excellent Mica cafe in Wimbledon on Hartfield rd, which is family owned and ran for over 50 years, but closed to make way for a new hotel development that knocked down all the shops along the road back in March 2020, as the pandemic hit. Great to see them back

Went in today for the first time in a while, to see the place was under new management. Not only gave prices gone up, but they also overcharged me and forgot to put some items I ordered into my takeaway box! I’d only realised when I got around to eating the food. Awful service.

Good food with friendly service

My family go there since they first opened in Times Square and they were on the opposite side , we have a laugh with the Staff . And they are very helpful. It will grand to see everyone. If I have a sandwich and I cannot finish it I always ask for a doggie bag and they know who it is for.

Delicious food, big portions and extremely reasonable prices. You can also eat in peace, since you're away from the noise of the high street

Always cooked fresh while you wait, good portions

I've been before in the past had nice coffee this time didn't taste coffee it was like weak milky cappuccino with chocolate on top didn't finish it but is nice place to visit when the coffee is good ,!

This is my favourite cafe in Sutton. In my opinion it is probably the best as well. There is a lot on the menu to choose from and the food is great. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a decent fry up or a nice spot of lunch ☺️

Friendly staff, good food. New screens have been put up to separate the tables for peace of mind.

Just been out for lunch with my wife and as the UK government have reduced the Tax (Vat) by 15% from 20% to 5% allowing firms in the food, drink and hospitality sectors cut prices. The expectation is that firms in those sectors should respectively reduce the cost of prices respectively. The reality is that there are firms in those sectors that are using it to make extra profit as they will only pay the tax amount of 5% to the government in effecting increasing the current price of their goods by 15% during the period this is in effect. The cafe I went to today played ignorant as to the change trying to bs me by saying its not in effect till August (which is the point an additional government offer of 50% off meals up to a £10 off comes into effect) and didn't seem to care about the negative customer experience, so we walked back out. Being a business owner myself I get all the same notifications from the government as the place we went to so I know he is full of it. So sad to see you being dishonest.

Food is great freshly cooked for you. Service is good they are friendly. Always busy and good value for money.

Waited half an hour for our food to come and when it arrived I received no toast with my breakfast and my wife got white bread toasted not brown! No apology was offered by the staff Not good service will not go back

Really enjoy this cafe always come here when I have a breakfast, nice food excellent selection to choose from hot foods and cold. Excellent selection of hot and cold drinks. Staff are really nice and friendly deffinilty worth the visit. In the time square centre.

Tucked away at the back of the almost desolate Time Square arcade, but well worth the detour. Local, immaculate, fresh, polite, good prices. Nice bacon sarnie. Deserves more trade.
