Great place to take the kids to play in the park with the massive added benefits of plenty of seating and a great cafe to grab a latte, been a few times and always a pleasant experience

After a walk along the Bridgwater/ Taunton canal we enjoy coffee together. Excellent coffee with a good choice of cakes available. Also a menu of light lunch options. Seating is either outside on a patio area or inside a large conservatory like building. Staff are always helpful and the Midas lounge is a modern well maintained, spotless refreshment venue. Plenty of carparking and a children's play area near by.

Visited with friends. Our 5 year olds loved the outdoor play area. Panini's & cakes are very tasty. The outdoor seating is great. Lots of space. Toilets clean. Lots of parking. Friendly service. Definitely worth a visit and I would go back. Thanks.

Decided to try Midas to meet a friend for lunch. She was limited to a lunch hour so I thought the venue was convenient with parking. We were delighted and had an excellent lunch of a panini each. Following this I arranged to meet my aqua class ladies and again,, everything was spot on. Very good selection of brunches/lunches and charming helpful staff. Definitely a place to be recommended

Found ourselves cycling along the Bridgwater to Taunton canal one sunny afternoon so decided to stop off at this gem. Luckily the gate was open leading from the towpath but while we were there one of the ladies came out and was going to lock it but realised we came in that way on our backs. Why lock it if you want passing trade from walkers and cyclists? Ordered a cream tea. OMG the amount of jam and cream you get for one scone is amazing. Unfortunately I tried to eat it all and then felt sick for the rest of the day as I over indulged. It wasn't cheap but not expensive either when compared to other facilities offering the same. I wouldn't say the staff were attentive but polite and helpful. Not sure this is by anyway there may income but a bit of an off shoot maybe during lockdown that may have grown. I noticed some other diners ordered food whilst there which looked lovely and very well presented on the plate (in fact wooden chopping board). Would have no trouble recommending it as a place to stop for a cuppa and something to eat whilst on your travels.

Well, what can I say. I came here on Tuesday the 29th September soon as we arrived we had lovely staff show us to a very nicely decorated table as pre arranged to booking I requested if this was possible, they had done everything from flowers to bunting! Once sat they promptly came over and asked which drinks we would like as we were having a high tea lunch. The drinks came promptly - the food came and oh my was my mind blown at the presentation and the amount of food that came 🤯 not forgetting how delicious it was! My dad had told me about the place and god! It was amazing! I certainly cannot wait to visit again! Thank you again Midas coffee! Keep up the good work❤️

We arrived on a rainy Monday night after a wet and weary walk from Weston. We were given a warm welcome and the pizzas were absolutely awesome. We'd definitely be regulars if we lived locally.

Prezzo Bridgwater really let themselves down tonight, and they know it. I've been a very good customer. I've been rooting for the place to succeed while other Prezzos have been failing. I take my family there often - and have done for many years. I always leave a generous tip. Last time I was there (this year), I was given a Prezzo scratchcard. It was a winner, and it offered 40% off the whole bill for up to 12 people. I was impressed and asked the waitress, who had served me many times before, how long it was valid for. My family all remember her saying "It has no expiry." As the card itself shows no expiry, I believed this. This evening however, I presented it and it was rejected. It wasn't a large bill. 4 of us - 2 of them children, no alcohol. I had to be extremely firm about how unethical they were being, and the manager's attitude was really unnecessarily obnoxious. It was so odd. I would have left a great tip. The waitress was lovely, and so attentive. There was another waitress on her first day - she was great. It had been a lovely evening, and I feel really disappointed that I wasn't able to leave them a tip, at Christmas, for their excellent service. The manager made me feel like trash - for what? That last time I was there, the bill was about £350 as there were 8 of us, and I must have been 20 X in the last 10 years or so. It's one of the best restaurants, in the best building, in Bridgwater. I'll never go in there again. Moronic.
