Miiko in Poole

This place was recommended by a work colleague, and I must remember to thank them! Quite hidden away, but well worth hunting for. Every single thing on the menu is gluten free and vegan, so you don’t have to worry what is and isn’t available as a GF option. I chose the Sun option, a lovely mix of turmeric hummus, falafel, pesto , gherkin and rocket with a balsamic glaze. Heaven! When I went back the next day I added avocado and it was even better. Quick service, lovely attentive staff and outdoor seating options. Thoroughly recommended! Give it a go!

We LOVE Miiko. I’m local to the area so visit Miiko super often, I’m not actually vegan or gluten free which is their specialty but the food is stunning. The smoothie bowls are easily the best in all of Bournemouth/Poole (I’ve tried a lot!). The power bowls for lunch are amazing, and so are the overnight oats. Super cute decor too

Absolutely adore this place! The food was AMAZING and so healthy and fresh! The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating! Loved the interior and products available to purchase. I’m in love!!

What a delightful brunch place. Our local friend brought us here on a Sunday. What a treat! We really enjoyed the banana bread and the avocado breakfast. It has a great setting made even better by the good weather. It was quite busy but it still felt very positive and relaxed.

We enjoyed breakfast at Miiko so much we went back twice while we in Poole for the weekend so we could try more of the options! The place is deservedly popular, but the staff handled busy periods calmly and were delightful. The food was delicious and the quality of everything was great. Smoothies, juices, toast and banana bread were all fantastic.

This place is fantastic - great food for any time of day, hot & cold drinks, and 'afters'. Superb staff and a great location make Miiko a easy choice for a quick bite or long chilled out relax-a-thon. 😍🌱

Everything is overpriced and it isn’t even that nice. The service is barely tolerable. There are much better options nearby so you should avoid at all costs!

Really tasty food and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. They have some very nice outdoor seating. The majority of the food and drink is in ready-to-go takeaway containers which is convenient to pop in Especially enjoyed the banana bread French toast! Great selection of fresh juices

Miiko Everyday Nourishment does what it says on the sign. Good food, slightly pricey but nutritious in a chilled environment. Now the subs out it’s great to be able to sit outside!

Been here before as I've got relatives who live locally who are regulars, the food is super healthy and well presented, staff are always friendly. Okay it's not cheap, the smoothie bowls are around £6, but it's enough for a super delicious and healthy breakfast and there are lovely things for lunch, coffees are really good, too. It's not that big, just a few stools to sit on indoors but there is outside seating and a lot of people get takeaways. Can't think of a negative thing to say about Miiko, it's always busy here whenever I've visited for a good reason!

Best brunch place in Poole! So many delicious options to choose from and everything made fresh. They don't skimp on the fruit to top the smoothie bowels and the banana French toast was absolutely amazing. The staff are all super friendly despite it always being very busy. If you want a seat, make sure to get there early as seating us limited and indoor seating is minimal. Hopefully with more support they might be able to expand. Love the vibes - reminds me of Bali, and the shop is also super cute.

Miiko is an absolute delight to visit. Always friendly smiling staff welcoming you into their shop and very helpful in regards to any questions related to their food/drinks options. I'm both vegan and gluten free, so Miiko is a bit of a revelation for the Bournemouth/Poole area and means I can choose absolutely anything from their menu. I've tried most of the menu and can say I've never been disappointed. Their focus is on nutrition and flavours and they score on both points. It's a super chilled environment and stylishly done with good taste. Keep doing what you're doing and here's hoping they open another maybe near Ringwood or in Bournemouth.

I love the range of food at Miiko from the smoothie bowls packed with nutrients and brimming with tropical fruit to the scrumptious toasted banana bread. The drinks are also a bit different offering Exilirs in varying flavours. Great place to go if you're vegetarian...

No imagination service poor, sloppy and boring dressed up as hip. Complete slop, I’m not vegan and though I’d try on recommendation from my partner, I honestly felt dissatisfaction in every way from the service to the food. I would never recommend or return.

Not especially tasty and rather expensive for what it was. Almost a fiver for a cup of almond milk with flavouring is flying a kite a bit too high.
