Beautiful food and our server Lee, couldn’t do any more than he did xxx

Disappointed with the new healthier option of Pan-fried Cod. Wasn't much of it there and came with spicy baked beans (just had a posh name for it).

Great food and service particularly from Lee. He couldn't do enough for us. Fantastic.

Fantastic food and service and that’s why we are repeat customers. Lee, our server, was most accommodating and nothing was ever too much trouble. We love going to Miller and Carter as a family with two young girls. I recommend this place always for great-quality food, warm and friendly servers and the overall atmosphere.

Excellent service by our waiter Lee. Really looked after us and made it a great night. Food was fantastic, only gripe would be the toilets (men’s at least) are in need of a refurb and not the same standard as the rest of the place.

Went with a work evening meal. There were around 16 of us but there was no delay in bringing the food to tables. Service was excellent and food was exquisite as what you would expect from a miller and carter. I had Prawn cocktail and rump steak. All cooked and served to perfection.

Served by Michelle and she was great as she always is. Faultless

Not the best scallops cold 2/10 one of the steaks was cooked wrong was rectified but took 10mins service poor worst miller I've had in 25+visits paul our server not the best tonight I think he was to busy with a bill of 283£ didn't even ask if we wanted any condiments.never had a bad experience before maybe a one off we did tell paul our grievances but it was well it is what it is attitude

Mum & Daughter Saturday Lunch. Food and service were excellent. Our server was Michelle and she went out of her way to ensure we had a nice time.

We came for lunch and had 2 vouchers gifted to us for Christmas. Lee was our server and was very friendly, efficient and checked that we were happy with our food and experience. Lovely meal and we left very happy.

Came on a Tuesday night, so was a little quiet. Food was ok but service was 10/10 by Davis. Very attentive, overall good experience :)

My first time here, its warm,inviting, modern, clean, the staff are compassionate, and friendly.Our server Ronnie, was excellent,couldnt do enough for us.The menu was intensive,sooo many steaks to choose from.There was not one thing i didnt like about this place,i can highly recommend. Had a lovely meal at M&C Poulton. We had the Chauteaubriand and it was cooked to perfection. We came for our anniversary and Lee went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely evening. He even brought us a cheesecake with candles and a nice happy anniversary message. Great evening thankyou.

Went for the father in laws 71st birthday 6 of us. We had booked for 12:15 arrived at 12 to be shown to our table. We were looked after superbly by Lee for the duration of our stay. The whole experience was good from ordering to receiving our order. Lee could not do enough and was very pleasant and accommodating.

While the restaurant excelled in ambiance and décor, the food was disappointing and fell short of expectations given the price. The tomato and red pepper soup starter was overly bitter, while the main course included dry turkey, undercooked carrots, and just one crispy potato—the rest were soggy. To finish, the poached pear dessert was excessively sour. The only saving grace was our waiter, Lee, who was very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. I would not return for a Christmas meal and have advised my parents to seek a different venue for next year.

Christmas day was really, really good. The waiters and waitresses were spot on. They were very attentive and the service was excellent. The food was, as always, really good. We are certainly looking at booking in again for next year.

Service was friendly and helpful but the food lacked flavour and wasn't cooked to preference, even after sending the steak back initially. The drinks didn't arrive until after we'd finished our meal.

Our server, Holly, served every plate with a beaming smile and was in the perfect zone of being attentive without being over the top. Clearly very experienced and it sums up the quality of our meal!

Absolutely lovely meal celebrating my parent’s golden wedding anniversary. The Festive Menu had something to suit everyone and impressively the meals arrived in sync despite having 15 diners. Lee our waiter was amazing, very personable, captured everything and was always ensuring we had all that we needed. Loved it, thank you

Food was superb. Highly recommend the 50 day aged rib-eye & the lamb rump. Waitress and bar staff were very helpful. Celebrating a birthday and appreciated the nice touch with the pudding! Nothing to improve for us.
