Food is very very bland rice is pale and tasteless. I’ll be sticking to other restaurants from now on.

Ming Sing is our go-to local Chinese takeaway. We love the food and the service is personal, warm and friendly. They are also open to altering dishes according to taste, which really makes a difference. We've been repeat customers for some time now and will continue to be :)

Delivery was late . The sweet & sour chicken with fried Noodles had a strong burning smell especially the noodles, chicken was ok . I couldn't enjoy the dish because it’s smell. They might have removed the burnt parts because there wasn’t any burned pieces but the smell,taste was still there.

Women who takes orders makes it very difficult and have been ordering form here for last 15 years and never had so much trouble on the phone trying to get it ordered, turns me away from wanting to purchase form here anymore as it is so difficult to get an order through, a few times it has now arrived wrong because of this

I used to live in the area and i can say i had the best food ever and the best service from them. I order in different Chinese and the food taste and quality cant be compared. Every time i go by the area i cant miss the opportunity of going there and remember how good there food is. A big thank you to all the team and keep it up your the best. the old gentleman the one that loves bacalhau is a legend big respect to this guy.

Have hugely improved since last visit and probably the best takeaway Chinese in Harrow now..... very fast too.... delicious and be bk often.... deals are fantastic and crispy chilli beef with egg fried rice delicious.. no complaints at all

Worst experience ever. Do not order from them. They blame late delivery and lack of updates on Uber. When the food hadn't even been prepared. Much better Chinese restaurants around so don't waste your time with them. Trust me.

Really good value for the box meals! I am quite a fussy eater so I had a few special instructions which were all followed precisely. Noodles and salt/chilli chicken box was very nice. The blackbean sauce also delicious. Good portion size.

Always good and make a dish I requested with a slight alteration so not exactly on the menu. Now they just know when I walk in without me asking. what I want and the food is great and service is quick and friendly.

The food was very bland considering one of the dishes we had ordered was the Kung Po, which is supposed to be very spicy. The chicken in each of the dishes lacked flavour and we were very disappointed as none of the food items were worth the expensive pricing marked. Will definitely not be ordering from Ming Sing again.

So bland. Hot when it was delivered, good start. But absolutely tasteless. Anaemic egg fried rice, not a single chilli in the dish. I ordered beef with green peppers and black bean sauce, normally because it’s very tasty and and has heat from the chillis. Tasteless. What a shame.

Really good chinese! Food is always delicious and delivered quickly. Very nice people running the place. Order frequently from here. Would recommend the szcheuan chicken and noodles.

Just ordered from ming sing. NEVER again!!. It was overpriced. The shredded chilli beef wasnt beef and was disgusting. The chow main had no bean sprouts as stated. The ribs were tough and the egg fried rice just awful. DO NOT waste your money!!!!!

Ordered couple of days back and got a throat infection and fever after eating the food. This is the 2nd time this has happened after having food from this place. There’s definitely an issue with the quality of the food.

Awful take away. not only 2 items were missing but they were very unhelpful when I call them. The food also was not nice at all

Amazing Chinese they do my favourite dish which I had since a kid when I lives in London. I found it once again in 2005 but it then closed around 5 years ago so I have surched high and low and then found it as a picture on the net and they delivered to me. I am so happy 😊 its the whole familys favourite and every Chinese does it different and yes this comes a bit different every time I order it but it's the one I thought got away so thankyou Ming Sing ur the best we love the gravy in it so plz make sure u put loads in not too thick as it has been the law few times but still amazing Chinese dish Roast Chicken chinese style ❤ it's the best I would order it every day if I could I mean I have been since I found it last week 😋 ❤ 😊 🥡 Best ever dish hands down thankyou so much for having it on ur menu and more so nearly the exact same as my childhood favourite dish 🥢🥡💯💚💜🖤❤🤍🤎💙💛🧡💯👍 just wish my mum got to have it one last time before we list her to covid19 but I know she will be smiling knowing I found it! 😋

Ordered some vegetarian dishes from this restaurant. Problem was the food was almost tasteless and really soggy and sauce was very watery. Not an enjoyable experience. Also took two hours to deliver.

Worst service ever! Been waiting 2 hours for my food. Rude customer service and no one answers the phone.

I would give 0 stars but that’s not an option. Horrible service. Ordered through Uber Eats and had 5 different drivers cancel the order because they couldn’t manage to speak with the staff due to the restaurant being busy... the restaurant’s phone number is always busy so it’s impossible to speak to them. After two hours, the last driver cancelled the order completely which allowed us to get a refund. Still no word from the restaurant. Never ordering from this place again.

Very tasty. Very quick as usual for Chinese takeway. Thier hygiene rating is 4start which is unbelievable for a Chinese takeaway. I recommend this takeway to anyone who need fast, cheap and no diarrhea food.

Ordered through deliveroo. Order arrived really early. The food was spilled out in the bag. Most of the containers were open. It was cold. Really poor quality.

This is the nicest tasting Chinese around, and when you ask to make the food spicy, they actually listen and make it spicy. I always order beef in black bean, and they do it really well. Staff are very nice too.

It used to be great. tonight I ordered a prawn dish that most certainly wasn't prawn. So never again, have noted a downhill trend but that's completely unacceptable. Giving one star on past experiences only out of kindness am I not going to trading standards

I like this place a lot. The food is very good. Me and my family frequently buy special fried rice and special fried noodles.

Great food, Szechuan pork chops are lovely.

I visited the shop and made my choice on site. My meal was prepared in double quick time . The quality was good and I certainly enjoyed it. Certainly good value for money. My only criticism, and it is very minor and unrelated to the food, is that they only accept cash payments. Not really a problem as there is a free cashpoint machine across the road.

I'm fairly new to the area so it's always a bit of a gamble when you try a new Chinese, I was really pleasantly surprised!

Great food - a lot of vegetarian options. Would be great if ordering was online instead of having to call because during busy times one has to redial quite a few times to get through...

Pros: Very quick delivery, a variety of vegetarian meats and well priced. Cons: A dish had whole slices of ginger within that was too overpowering and couldn't be eaten. The vegetable chunks are too large. Overall, the dishes had a lack of flavour and depth and were not satisfying to eat.
