We booked the Mint Brasserie after reviewing it's web pages that offer award winning food and a wide variety of international dishes. Whilst the international dishes were offered, the standard of food we experienced was far from award winning and was very over priced for what we received. Adding to our disappointment was a poor and down market atmosphere. We both wished we had walked away when we saw it from the outside. I cannot recommend this pub/restaurant.

A lovely place to have something to eat. The restaurant is not big but has a lovely atmosphere. Everything is cooked fresh to order, something for everyone. Take away is very busy understandably. Lovely people.

We tried The Crepe Shack at The Scottish Deer Centre. Crepe's are made to order, fresh, staff are friendly, it cost £5.25 for a Nutella and Banana Crepe. It was really good. We shared this as a family, passing it around for bite until it was gone and it served as a lovely sweet snack which broke up our time exploring the Centre. We would purchase from them again.
