Everything is fabulous…. you’ll love this place! The menu has a fantastic selection of dishes, and we loved everything we tried. We only had good comments about the food. I can’t wait to come back again!❤️

I quite like the food they make but this time they have let me down. When I opened the tray it had a piece of metal mixed with the chicken. Luckily, I could see it at the top because otherwise, I might have been sent to the hospital. After all, the metal was quite strong.

Ordered a mixed kebab, but I was extremely dissatisfied. The meat and fries were cooked well, but they were over salted. The portion size was too small to charge £10.99. I couldn't see how big the kebab was because they put it in an oversized tray which contained a small amount of salad in a small sealed cup. I asked for sauce, and they said they've put it inside the sealed tray. Surely we should have a choice what sauce we want? (I didn't like the sauces they put in) you can see the problem here... To add, just eat drivers place their food bags on the only table and chairs so it looks tacky. Lastly, the main worker handling the orders uncessarily screamed orders out which startled me a few times because it's that loud and it's a small room. I used to come here a while back and it has turned into a Just Eat workshop.

Rude staff. Awful experience. I have been waiting for a manager to call me back about a partial refund on a large order I was promised after we had waited 2 hours and was told each time we called the food was 5 minutes away to finally be informed our order hadn't even been made. I have been waiting for my call back since 27th December 2024 and get gobbed off each time I call and met by rudeness.

Probably the nicest food I've eaten from kebab/swarma shop it is the best all fresh and is gorgeous but you have to ask for s tiny amount of ketchup on the chips if not they are drowned in it. Once out of 4 times the chips are edible.plesse please sought this out as the food is five star but the chips are terrible if you like a bit of ketchup

Always a lovely experience when I come monmos I’ve been coming here for years since I was a kid the food has always been 100/10 and it has changed so much I love what they have done to the restaurant , it is very colourful the experience is more like I’m entering a mini club with food sold at the venu definitely recommend it to friends and family keep up the good work

The food is amazing, the service was really good I recommend it for anyone.

The chicken was fine, quite dry and they were not particularly big, flavour was ok. The chilli cheese nuggets were good, fries were fine, portion size was ok. Value is ok. Man screaming orders nearly burst my ear drums though. Extremely unpleasant. 2. I tried their mixed grill thing. It looks good but I thought it taste pretty sub-optimal. Everything just taste the same and the quantity was deceptively small for the price. Minus a star.

Customer service was absolutely horrendous I used to order very regularly but because of the ignorance of the staff over me complaining over a problem with my order and having the phone put down on me I will not be returning

2nd time we have ordered and the food has been wrong. Called numerous times on both numbers and each time they ask me to hold and then hang up along with answering the other line and taking an order whilst I’m on the phone with them! We have used monmos numerous times and until now everything has been okay. The customer service is absolutely awful and to hang up on a customer numerous time because you don’t want to rectify their order is disgusting! We will not be using this company again.

Great selection of meats, I had a mix of all of them with chips. Tasty, but very very very greasy. I started to regret this food option the next day. My friend had the chicken wrap which he said was alright. I would go back to try something else on the menu as it could of been a poor choice that I made
