Quizás acabamos de golpear una noche de cocina vaga Promedio de alimentos y diferentes temperaturas en algunos platos - nuestra tortilla obviamente en el microondas pasó de caliente en el exterior al centro casi congelado Trucha misma sobrecocida y cruda en el centro Presentación pero slap dash y para ser honesto la velocidad de la comida no salió muy bien Vino servido en pequeñas copas y extorsionado Mi Tempranillo sabía a vinagre Era demasiado ruidoso y un poco en el que estábamos tenía un ambiente tranquilo - se sentía como si fuéramos la sección de desbordamiento - al lado de la cocina Tapas fayre promedio sobreprecio Pero tal vez el anuncio dijo una noche de vagos

Este lugar es genial, excelente comida, un montón de opciones vegetarianas y buen vino. Buen ambiente y servicio. Una cosa que diría es que nuestra factura terminó llegando a casi £ 700 para un grupo de 9 de nosotros, le pregunté si podíamos tomar un limoncello o aperitivo al final de la comida, pero dijeron que no podían hacer esto gratis. Solo algunos de la mesa estaban bebiendo y creo que este pequeño gesto habría recorrido un largo camino viendo cuánto gastamos y con qué frecuencia parte del grupo va al restaurante. Aprecio que los márgenes son delgados y que ofrecieron té de café en su lugar, pero esto fue un poco decepcionante.

We came for dinner before heading on to the ABBA voyage show. Service was fabulous. Very helpful & friendly. We probably slightly over ordered but it was only because the menu was so tempting & we wanted to sample so much. Lovely food. Very casual experience. Luckily we had given ourselves plenty time to relax so we could pick at the food in leisure. Sadly we were all too full to try a dessert. Staff were all delightful. They even arranged for a cab to take us to the Voyage venue for a fixed fee. Glad we chose here.

We arrived on Sunday afternoon and Morito was very busy. We had prebooked and were quickly shown to our table. Service, despite being busy, was much quicker than we expected and was very friendly. The food was excellent - aubergine (as always!), Whole Mackerel, asparagus with feta and sour cherry harissa and potatoes bravos and list goes on! We particularly want to mention Augusta who went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our visit. We will be back (obviously)! P.s.: just a friendly feedback maybe try print more menus so they don’t look really dirty.

Hired the downstairs for a birthday do. Food was amazing and great hospitality all round. Would recommend if anyone is looking to hire for a function!

A sumptuous selection of tapas, with the freshest ingredients and original flavours! The restaurant has a lively atmosphere, and it’s perfect for a chat and a laugh with your favourite people!

Really nice food at a rather busy but nice place. The volume is rather noisy but the staff very friendly. We especially liked the aubergine and the lamb chops

Interesting menu with delicious food and drinks, we had a great evening sitting up at the bar. The staff were friendly and the food reasonably priced, would happily recommend this place to our friends.

Delicious tapas in a buzzy space. We had some great dishes including the delicious lamb chops. Everything was great though!

It was an easy trip up, on the overground, for us and then a quick stroll from Hoxton Station. The greeting was warm and then we were taken to a table at the back. "It's quieter back here" we were told.... Did she read my other reviews?! Or is it simply that we are clearly an older couple, either way it was appreciated! They had remembered that I am allergic to gluten (plus point) and offered to mark the menu for me with dishes that I could have - the plus points were building up. Our server arrived and was immediately helpful, in fact she was great throughout, even though they were clearly very busy. And the food was great, like zhushed up tapas. Highlight was the lamb chops with anchovy butter *drools*. We finished with lovely cortado coffees and a brandy for me. Overall a great experience, the service was particularly good. At some point we will return.

The food was great, every plate was fantastic. Brook was an amazingly welcoming and attentive host and recommended perfect wines for our tastes. Don't miss out on desert! We will definitely be back!

Nice relax atmosphere! Perfect for a sunday breakfast after or before the flower market away from the crowds! We recommend the Mimosa and Cortado!

We went early afternoon waitress very busy but not attending to us at all. I asked fo the service charge to be removed as we had to take our own dishes to the till - -at £51 for 3 dishes unacceptable service.

Food is fantastic, can’t fault the experience. We weren’t the easiest party to accommodate but staff were helpful and knowledgeable, and can tell they don’t put up with bull****.

We had the beetroot salad, aubergine, chiperomes, rabbit, lamb and patatas. All excellent though the iamb was perhaps a bit overcooked. The service was attentive - we got a last minute table and they managed to accommodate us outside in the sunshine which was great as it’s very loud indoors. Will return!

This was an impromptu lunch and we were lucky to get a table. The fact it was right by the kitchen made it more of a fun experience and enhanced our visit. Loved being able to watch the talented chefs preparing each dish. Our waitress Agus was welcoming and spent time with us, first selecting the wine. We really enjoyed her suggestion of the Curtido amber wine, which was lovely, an intriguing dry wine made from moscato grape, which, without recommendation, I would probably not have selected. Agus then helped us choose the food which was exquisite. She told us which were her favourite dishes and how many dishes to order, her enthusiasm was a joy. I particularly enjoyed the grilled mackerel, the rabbit stew and tomato anchovy bread, but, saying that, all the dishes were lovely flavour combinations and I cannot fault any of them. A lovely lunch.

The food was quite tasty. The service was below average and tables were cramped. My girlfriend and I were ignored at the door, the 'waitresses' never asked us how our food was, and when we went to pay and asked for the discretionary service charge to be removed as the service was nothing special and we are students, the old lady had the audacity to question our decision and tried to teach us a morality lesson about how the staff don't get a wage and live off tips. Would not recommend to anyone. I believe good service can make or break a night out, and happy to pay for good service. This was not one of those nights. We ate on 23rd September around 8pm.

We went here for a late lunch on Sunday having no idea what to expect. I can now advise you to expect delicious and varied food served by excellent staff in a place with a great vibe. Amazing grilled halloumi cheese with Cretan honey, grilled sardines and my wife described the tomatoes on bread as amongst the best she has tasted. We tried to pigeon hole the style. Several Cretan dishes but it is not Greek. I just read that the head chef is Cretan. A bit Spanish, a bit Italian. Described on one site I read as African. Who cares! The place is great. Simply great. A wonderful surprise of a place. Delicious.

My mouth is watering remembering the early Saturday dinner we had here before heading to a show at The Hackney Empire. Grilled halloumi with honey was the stand out starter. Lamb chops the standout main. The chocolate, hazelnut and olive oil dessert was absolutely delicious. As were the margarita cocktail I had, and another cocktail made with olive oil that I tried out of interest and loved. The tables are small and service can be a bit erratic, but happy to overlook these things for the ambiance and quality of food and drinks. I have booked to bring extended family back here in September.

My partner and I had about 6 or 7 dishes. The broccoli was cold. The plates were quite small for the price. Ended up being over 100 quid for 2 with a couple of soft drinks and 2 beers. Really not worth it, but fools and their money are easily parted.
