Morrisons Blackburn Cafe in Blackburn with Darwen

The waiting time is ridiculous the tables where dirty staff seemed very lazy and couldn't not care less, the food came stone cold and I had a lasagne and my wife a jacket potato which was practically raw definitely and my father had a steak pie that was like a rock and cold chips the only thing was warm was the pea's.we sent the food back twice 3rd time we just got up and left got a refund.

If I could rate zero I would . My son was boxing in the day so we took him there to fuel up after his weigh in . What a mistake . Tea was disgusting , coffee machines Wouldn’t work … now for the food . Ordered 3 big breakfasts , we sent them back as they looked as if they’d been left out for 4 weeks . The food looked like it was riddled with E. coli Got a refund and left

Asked for a decafe tea after around 10 ‘ins was told was available not the end of the world but staff should already know this. The food is below standard of how it use to be. Morrisons cafe use to be the go to place for anything but for some unknown reason it’s dropped well down the pecking order . Had egg chips beans and sausage today. Egg swimming in fat Chips cold / warm Beans warm Sausages I’m sure they was cooked as they was also swimming in fat. Feel sorry for anyone having to endure this on the regular. But maybe next time I’ll just pick McDonald’s instead .

Was 11:00am and 50% of the stuff I ordered was out of stock, then it took 40 minutes for 2 bowls of soup to come out just for them to be lukewarm

Lack luster staff no numbers for self service cake area and hot drinks area FILTHY no napkins was handed a dirty roll of kitchen paper and then food is Luke warm at best won't be returning

Came for breakfast. No cutlery and when we asked for some it came dirty, the same with mugs. The breakfast was served quickly and the staff were pleasant but some of food was cold and the hash browns had obviously been cooked for a while and were burnt.

Back in the day Morrisons breakfast was great quality value for money. Today I was dismayed at the poor hygiene - dirty table, filthy cups and tea pots. I will not be dining at Morrisons Blackburn again.

Nobody at the till to take my order, I had to wait over 5 minutes. When I eventually got my breakfast it was awful, the bacon was like leather and the sausages tasted like they had been warmed up three or four times. Tables were t cleaned properly. Will not be going back

Breakfast 30/01/2023 Blackburn Morrisons. Sausages and bacon like leather, cold mushroom, snotty egg, cold hash browns, cold beans. But at least the toast was good. Worst breakfast I have ever had, and staff all looked like they wanted to be somewhere else.

Cutlery was filthy. Disgusting food and the service is even worse. First visit in years and I will definitely never be going back.
