Morrisons Peterborough Cafe in Peterborough

¡La única razón por la que le di una estrella a este lugar es porque cero estrellas no era una opción! Fui aquí con mi esposa e hija para el desayuno. No había café disponible (aparte de un frasco de café instantáneo que no me informaron mientras ordenaba - solo lo vi más tarde, después de que había pedido una alternativa). Cuando se entregó la comida estaba fría. Pedí huevo revuelto y eso era lo único en mi plato que no estaba frío. Mi esposa tenía huevo frito y TODA su comida estaba fría. Las salchichas sabían a cartón y no se podía cortar el tocino con el cuchillo, no importa masticarlo. Incluso el agua para el té solo estaba tibia... Definitivamente, nunca volveremos a ir aquí, y tampoco insto a nadie más a ir allí. Horrible es una descripción más - generosa. El pésimo es más parecido. No puedo hablar lo suficientemente bajo de este lugar. ¡EVITA!

Mi cuidador y yo fuimos al café Morrisons hoy para almorzar. Me di cuenta de que una de las máquinas de café no funcionaba de nuevo. Platos sucios no limpiados en las mesas dos veces. Tuve que presionar el botón en la pared para los clientes. Y tenía bangers y puré de frijoles y salsa. La salsa no era salsa espesa. Era como salsas acuosas. Puré de patata quemado. Sentí frío. Los pasteles que encontré en el café están bien. También no había bandejas.

Absolutamente asqueroso. El servicio fue horrible Mesas sucias Máquina de café rota, tazas sucias y teteras. Desayuno Luke Wark. Cubiertos sucios. Nunca más

i ordered a bacon roll and two hash browns and they actually tasted alright but then i had The Worst food poisoning i've had in a long time. 99% sure it was the bacon in the roll??? the bacon looked pale pink it didn't look very cooked - tasted fine though so i ate it. and then yeah. doooont eat here 🙅‍♀️

Terrible service, nobody on Tills, no table numbers available when you try to order from the machine. Went a few months ago as well and waited 20 minutes to get served just to be told we have to wait 30 minutes for our food to actually be made.

Got 2 teas no one to take my money went into kitchen and shouted out and no one came so sat down my friend gave the money to the lady tidying up. And it was freezing in there Won't go again

Awful. Slow service. Bacon raw, beans dried up. Waited ages. Best thing was the toast! No tomatoes and chips half cooked. Disgusting food.

Popped in for Breakfast. Food was cold, sausages looked liked they had been cooked a day or two before and “reheated” they were not even warm to the correct temperature for pork, bacon not cooked and cold (fat not rendered at all), poached egg was cold and hard like a bullet - hard boiled would have been a better description, fried egg was not hot, mushroom not cooked through and cold, tomatoes were hard and cold, baked beans had skim on top and also lukewarm, toast cold, lurpak spread soft. And we only had to wait 15 minutes for it to be delivered to our table. We wouldn’t have minded waiting 15 minutes as the assumption was it was being cooked to order. Note there were only a total of 12 people in the restaurant including us, taking up 4 tables in total.

Stopped going to breakfast due to poor experiences. Gave it another try yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. Electronic ordering was broken but order was was quickly talked at the till. Food arrived in good time, was hot, we'll presented and on decent sized plates. A big improvement, we'll go again.

Popped in on a whim for breakfast. Good value however not in favour of the self ordering computer process. Also having to queue to get hot drinks as only one coffee machine operating Food was freshly cooked and tasty. Tables could have been cleaner

Ordered a breakfast for my partner and 2 poached eggs on toast for myself, a cup of tea and an Americano coffee. The cups for the drinks were filthy, there were no teaspoons, the cutlery was dirty and there was no selection for an Americano coffee on the drinks machine. The tables were full of trays and dirty items from previous customers and the food we ordered was cold. Don't intend to return any time soon.

Our 3rd visit to eat ..well there won't be a 4th .touch screens not working..and stood and watched 3 people leave .cakes /coffee on trays as no-one to take orders at the till ..when she did arrive .no apology..we asked for fish and chips..and got the response of no fish . This is the 3rd time this year we have asked for fish and chips to get no fish ...I'd like to give no stars but seems I have to give one ..

I thought that a this place is within the store it would be at least haft decent food, big mistake. It wasn't busy so you could understand just one girl serving but to wait 20 mins to be sold cold food and told there was no black pudding so they had give me an extra cold fried egg......and for clucks sake don't ask for fried bread, only tried a small bite but was tasting it two days later

Food ads looked inviting but on picking up menus they were filthy. Many tables not cleared or wiped. No staff to be seen. A haven for covid. Walked away disgusted. If you can't satisfy the customers then close the Restaurant. Staff shortages and covid have been excuses for long enough.

I called here yesterday expecting to have some Lunch well there was no Menu's on display! When I found one near the till The girl behind the tillsaid we have only got Chicken pie or fish and chips! Now come on this was just after mid day. She didn't even say sorry our delivery hasn't arrived. The chilled cabinets were more or less empty the soft drinks machine had an out of use notice on it. As the previous person has written the cups on display had stains on the sides of them as if they had never been washed just put straight back out. I was going to do a big food shop after my lunch but after what i saw in your so called cafe I just walked out. If I could give you MINUS Stars I would appallling place

By 12.15pm sold out of food virtually, no sausages, scampi, pizza, you can only have gravy pie, fish, or egg on toast! Veggy option....... chips! Even the cheese sandwiches have mustard and mayo in, which is not listed on menu or in allergy advice. At least the table had been cleared this time, never again! No food, no customers ! Oh and the coffer cups ewwwww!
